This study aimed to analyze the effect of flood that occurred in Jakarta toward the return of sectoral stock indices listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2000-2013. The hypothesis of this study is that there are significant effect of floods occurred in Jakarta toward the return of sectoral stock indices listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2000-2013.The data used in this study are secondary data, daily closing prices of sectoral indices in 2000 and 2013 were obtained from the library of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. While the analysis is the analysis of time series with GARCH models. The results of this study are that there are significant effect of floods occurred in Jakarta toward the return of sectoral indices, which 4 of the 10 sectors in 2002, 3 sector in 2007, and 2 sector in 2013. The sectors that are affected significantly are the consumer goods sector, property and real estate, finance, and trade, services and investment.

This study aims to determine the effect of simultaneous and partial ownership structure and earnings management on firm value in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector Companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014. The method used in this study is the census method. The population studied was 32 companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014. The data collected were secondary data. Analysis of the data in this study used path analysis using SPSS V. 24. The results showed that the ownership structure and earnings management, simultaneously, had a significant effect on the value of the company in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector Companies that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014. The ownership structure, partially, has no significant effect on the value of the company in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014. Earnings management, partially, has a significant effect on the firm value of the Consumer Goods Industry Sector Companies that are listed on the Exchange Indonesian Securities in 2014, and ownership structure does not significantly influence earnings management in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector Companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014. Keywords: ownership structure, earnings management, company value

<p><em>This research was conducted to capture the extent to which Indonesian companies have revealed their activities related to each goal of the Sustainabls Development Goals (SDGs), specifically in the year the SDGs were launched. Aim of the study is to analyze and obtain empirical evidence about the effect of SDGs’ related company disclosure, firm size, leverage on profitability, and related industrial analysis. The SDGs’ related company disclosure was measured using content analysis. This research conducted on all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015, with a sample, amounted to 468 companies. The results show the positive effect of SDGs’ related company disclosure on profitability and the negative effect of leverage on profitability. There is no effect of size on profitability. The results also show that the financial sector revealed the most SDGs, followed by the basic industry and chemical sector, property, and real estate sector, and the consumer goods sector.</em></p>

This study aims to analyze funding decisions on capital structure through trade off theory in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2018. Profitability is measured using the return on equity ratio, asset structure is measured by fixed assets ratio and funding decisions are measured by debt. to equity ratio. The population of this research is property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2018. The data analyzed is secondary data in financial reports or annual reports. The sample selection used purposive sampling method and the sample obtained in this study were 40 data from 10 companies. In this research, the analytical method used is descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis and statistical test. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that there is no effect of profitability on funding decisions, there is an effect of asset structure on funding decisions. This shows that the asset structure influences the company's decision making in funding.

This study aims to examine the effect of foreign ownership, leverage, cash holding and debt maturity on financial performance in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange (idx) in the period 2014-2018. This study is categorized as causative research. The population in this study are property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange (idx) in the period 2014-2018. By using purposive sampling method, there were 24 companies as the research’s sample. The type of data used is secondary data and used is panel regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that foreign ownership, cash holding and debt maturity has no significant effect on financial performance, only leverage has significant effect on financial performance

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of leverage, liquidity, inflation, and interest rates on the value of the company. Property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019 as a population. Purposive sampling method for sampling and research is quantitative type. The data sources used secondary data are obtained from annual financial statements and analysis used multiple linear regressions. The results of research into external factors of the company namely inflation and interest rates influenced the increase in the value of the company. While the company's internal factors namely leverage and liquidity do not affect the increase in the value of the company.

The technique of taking the sample using purposive sampling method The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis using Eviews. The results showed that the variable, Liquidity, Solvency has a positive and significant impact on profitability ( ROE)

The purpose of the study is to determine the effect of investment policies, funding policies, and dividend policies on the value of real estate companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange either partially or simultaneously. Data used in this research is secondary data obtained from the company's financial statements, as many as 42 companies from 2012-2014 period. There were 126 data obtained and analyzed with t test, F test, coefficient of determination test, and multiple linear regression test. The conclution of the research were investment policies, funding policies, and dividend policies affect the value of real estate companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange either partially or simultaneously.

Among factors that may be instrumental in affecting the dividend payout decision, this study aims to determine the effect of return on assets (ROA) and investment opportunities on dividend distribution in a company. Using secondary data from 10 Consumer Goods companies listed on the Stock Exchange in the period 2015 - 2019, the data were analyzed using panel regression using EVIEWS. This study found that ROA and investment opportunities can predict the Dividend Payout Ratio in the Consumer Goods Industry. The results suggest that the more profitable a company is, the more likely it is to pay high dividends. Also, high investment opportunities are good position increases a firm's ability to pay dividends.

This study aims to examine factors that influence the timeless of financial report. The independent variable of this research are profitability, firmsize, and the public ownership, while the dependent variable is timeless. The population of this research are property and real estate companies which are listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange 2011-2014. The sample in this research is taken by using purposive sampling method with some carracteristics and consist of 30 companies. This research used secondary data from www.idx.co.id and the method of analysis used logistic regression analysis. The results show that the profitability is significantly influenced to the timeless of financial report, while both the firmsize and public ownership are not significantly influenced the timeless of financial report.

The purpose of this study was to exame the effect of tangibility, growth, business risk and profitability to debt policy. This research includes causative research the population used in this study are our property and real estate companies listed on Indonesia stock exchange of period 2017-2019. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling technique. There are 30 property and real estate companies that were used as research sample. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the official website of the Indonesian stock exchange and the official website of each company. The analytical method used is quantititave methods. The result shower that tangibility and company growth did not have a significant effect but had a positive relationship to debt policy, and business risk does not have a significant effect on debt policy but has a negative relationship debt policy.
