The purpose of this research is to examine the influence and relationship of performance base on three influence such as emotional intelligent, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Cluster area Bekasi Juanda-1. The methods which is used in the research is descriptive and causality respondents involved in this study as many as 75 people. The study used saturated sampling. The data collection is done by spreading questionnaire. And the method for the data analysis in this research is regression which are multiple linear regression using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 24. The result of this research is, emotional intelligent and organizational citizenship behavior has an impact to performance but organizational commitment have no impact to performance.

The Effect of Servant Leadership and Organizational Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at PT. Karya Semangat Mandiri Padang. This study aims to examine how much influence Servant Leadership and Organizational Commitment to Job Satisfaction and how much influence Servant Leadership, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Job Satisfaction. Methods of data collection through surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 85 respondents obtained by the Slovin formula in the employee population of PT. Karya Semangat Mandiri Padang. The analysis method used is correlation analysis, multiple linear regression and path analysis using SPSS 16. The results obtained based on the T test (partial test) obtained Servant Leadership and Organizational Commitment parisally have a significant effect on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of PT. Karya Semangat Mandiri. Based on the F test (Simultaneous), it was found that Servant Leadership and Organizational Commitment parisally had a significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Karya Semangat Mandiri.

This study aims to the find out significant effect of: (1) Job Satisfaction on OCB. (2) Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment. (3) Organizational Commitment on OCB. (4) Job Satisfaction on OCB through Organizational Commitment as an intervening Variable. This is as case study conducted on Civil Servant of Regional Public Hospital of North Lombok Regency. The research design in a causal associative research. The population in this study were 66 Civil Servant. While data collection techniques are documentation, interview, and  questionnaires to get answer as well as characteristics of respondents. This research then applies census method. In this research, to analyze the data, path analysis was used. The results shows that : (1) Job Satisfaction does not have significant effect on OCB. (2) Job Satisfaction has significant effect on the Organizational Commitment. (3) Organizational Commitment has significant effect on OCB. (4) Job Satisfaction has significant effect on OCB through Organizational Commitment of Civil Servant Working at Regional Public Hospital of North Lombok Regency. Keywords: Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and work motivation of organizational citizenship behavior in LPD Tanjung Benoa. The population in this research is all employees in LPD Tanjung Benoa which amounted to 32 people. The sample used in this study is the entire population of 32 people with the participation of leaders. By the method of determining saturated sampling is the technique of determining the sample when all members of the population used as a sample. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis to test the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work motivation to OCB in LPD Tanjung Benoa. The results showed that job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on OCB employees in LPD Tanjung Benoa. That is, the higher job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work motivation owned by employees, it will increase the OCB LPD employees Tanjung Benoa.

This research aims to study, analyze, and determine the effect of Work Cultur and, Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Employee Performance PT Kaltrabu Indah Tour & Travel Banjarmasin. Method of data collection is done by passing the question form on the overall Employee population PT Kaltrabu Indah tours & Travel Banjarmasin totalling 35 people who then established as the sample of respondents with saturated samples or samples (total as many as 35 people) census respondents. Using quantitative and qualitative analysis also linear regression program simple and multiple linear regression as well as using software MS Excell and SPSS Version 20.0.The results were obtained as follows: Partially work culture influence the Employee Performance PT. Kaltrabu Indah Tour & Travel Banjarmasin significant effect. And Partially Organizational Citizenship Behavior influence the Employee Performance PT. Kaltrabu Indah Tour & Travel Banjarmasin significant effect. Simultaneously influence Work Culture and Organizational Citizenship Behavior Employee Performance PT. Kaltrabu Indah Tour & Travel Banjarmasin significant effect.

The purpose of this study was to measure the effect of organizational commitment, job satisfaction and work motivation on organizational citizenship behavior in SMK Satria Srengseng teachers, this research is quantitative. The population is all teaching teachers and staff. The technique in taking samples uses nonrandom sampling in the form of saturated samples with a total of 70 teachers. Data obtained from the results of the study were analyzed using multiple linear regression. T-test results for the variable organizational commitment, job satisfaction and partial work motivation are positive and significant for organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). F-test results for the variable organizational commitment, job satisfaction and work motivation together are significant for organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Suggestions for further research are to include other variables that also have a strong influence in shaping organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).

Abstrak This study aims to conduct a test where organizational commitment mediates the influence of organizational culture and organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) studies on employees of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (TELKOM) in the city of Padang, so that it can help PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (TELKOM) in Padang City to address OCB issues and organizational commitment. The sampling technique was carried out by saturated sampling which made the entire population as a sample obtained as many as 70 employees. The data analysis used in this study is Smart PLS 3.3 which is useful for finding the influence between variables with mediation. The results of this study are organizational culture, organizational justice and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Generally, various acts of citizenship exhibited by workers influence thesuccess of an organization. The study assessed the extent of manifestation of thevarious dimensions of the organizational citizenship behaviour and its antecedentsin Pages Holdings, Inc. (PHI) for crafting an intervention scheme. This studywas done because majority of the employees in PHI exhibit complacency inaccomplishing their tasks. This study utilized the descriptive survey method.Researcher-made questionnaire was used for data gathering. Statistical treatmentsused for data analysis were percentages, weighted mean and Fisher’s T-test ofdifference. The respondents were the regular management staff and the rankand-fileemployeesof the companies under PHI.Considering the findings, thestudyconcludes that organizational citizenshipbehaviour is necessaryfor thesustainabilityand the good functioning of PHI.The presenceof employeeswhowillinglydo thingsthat beyondtheir respectivejobdescriptionsindicatesthatthePHIworkersaremotivatedto performwellbyexertingeffortsaboveandbeyondthe formal workrequirements. Inspite of these positiveresults,the PHImanagementneeds to revisitcertainaspects of its operating policies and mandatetosustain the willingness of their workersto engage in OCB.Keywords: Social Science, organizational citizenship behavior, altruism, descriptivedesign, Philippines

This study aims to determine the effect of citizenship organizational behavior and compensation to organizational performance simultaneously, determine the effect of citizenship organizational behavior to organizational performance partially determine the effect of compensation to organizational performance partially determine the effect of organizational commitment on organizational performance partially determine the effect of citizenship organizational behavior on performance through organizational commitment and determine the effect of compensation to organizational performance through organizational commitment variable. The study was conducted on the organization of PT. Merak Beton Jaya Cikarang. Sampling using saturated samples involving 90 employees in all parts of the organization. Analysis of data using path analysis. Based on data analysis known that variable of organizational citizenship behavior and compensation effect on organizational performance simultaneously. Organizational citizenship behavior variables affect the performance of an organization partially. Variable compensation effect on organizational performance partially. Organizational commitment variables affect the performance of an organization partially. The influence of organizational citizenship behavior and compensation to organizational performance is smaller than through the commitment of the organization of work.


Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is an individual contribution that exceeds the demands of roles in the workplace. This study was conducted to determine the effect of organizational commitment and organizational culture on OCB on employees of PT Taspen (Persero) KCU Bandung. This study used saturated samples were 41 respondents. Method used were descriptive and verificative, using multiple linear regression, multiple correlation, and coefficient of determination analysis. The results showed that simultaneously organizational commitment and organizational culture influence on OCB of 81.3%. Partially, it is known that the influence of organizational commitment on OCB is 67.3%, while organizational culture has an influence of 14.0%.
