Many companies have implemented technology in conducting their business, one of them is by using information systems in managing their business. The business process that runs on the Konveksi A&N is still manual because the Konveksi A&N has not implemented or is familiar with information systems like other companies has. This causes all the data collection process of goods, production, and transactions are all documented in different books, making it possible for errors in recording and calculating the data. In addition, the owner also needs to come directly to the location to find out new data or updated data where this takes more time. This research aims to establish a web-based system that can make business processes in Konveksi A&N more effective. This web-based system will be built using a system development methodology in the form of a prototyping method that uses the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language. System modeling was developed using UML 2.5, use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. The final result of this study is a website-shaped information system that can document all data contained in the Konveksi A&N such as the existence of a master data that contains all the data of convection, production data, and also transaction data to facilitate the owner in checking back all activities that are occurs in Konveksi A&N. There are also some reports about the transaction that can display information related to data contained in the system.

BP-RB PKU Muhammadiyah Pakem is a medical center that is still relatively new and is seriously preparing hardware, software, and brain devices, especially in Emergency Installation (IGD). Patients who come to the emergency room need fast and appropriate assistance. At BP-RB PKU Muhammadiyah Pakem there is a patient registration process, medical records and calculation of payments still made manually so patients must wait for inspection or payment. This makes searching medical records and visiting data examining previous patients longer because they have to look for lines and sheets. The purpose of this study is to establish an Emergency Management Information System that can help health practitioners in the management process in the emergency unit to be faster and easier in finding patient medical records for previous visits and recording patients' medical records so that patients can be treated quickly and accurately . This study uses several steps including: Defining the main problem, Collecting data, Developing information systems, Defining the main problem, Collecting data, Developing information systems. Methods in system development include software requirements analysis, design, implementation, development. The method for building a web-based system using PHP (Hypertext Prepocessor) and database management systems with My SQL.Keywords: System, Manajemen, IGD

Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakarta (UPN Veteran Jakarta) is one of the public universities which views student associations to play an important role in student self-development. Student’s self-development can be realized if students participate in every activity. but a lot of problems that occur because the process related to student association is still done manually without using an information system, where students have to come to campus to take care of all the needs to hold an activity. So that we need a system that aims to improve services to student associations as well as facilitate the management of existing student associations data and can increase the credibility of UPN Veteran Jakarta itself. It is called SIWA. It is expected to minimize errors that occur and manage business processes that exist in each student association. So that the benefits generated later, it is hoped that information on Real Estimate of Cost, submission of activity proposals, accountability reports and annual reports can be managed properly. Besides that, it can also support a paperless culture in the college environment. This information system will be built based on a web-based system and its development will use the waterfall method.

Tracer study is a method used to get feedback from alumni to tertiary institutions. Tracer alumni can be used to determine the absorption of PSN Blitar AKN alumni in the business world and industry. In addition, it also serves as a reference for adjusting competencies that must be owned by prospective alumni of AKN PSF Blitar in accordance with the needs of the business world and industry. System development uses the waterfall method which has several stages, including planning, analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The technology used in this system is web-based which aims to facilitate users in filling out the questionnaire and can be wider in scope. The result of this system design is a system design that uses a use case, the system flow uses a flowchart and the design of the physic data model. The results obtained are a web-based system that can reach a wider user, this system reduces operational costs, restrictions on access rights and individual alumni reports. Conclusion: This system can help universities in conducting tracer studies easily. The system used is web-based which can reach alumni wherever they are so that alumni do not need to come to campus or send questionnaire data so that the data will be faster to process.

Sidoarjo is one area that deserves to be put forward. The culture of batik and textile creation is interesting to explore further. With current technological developments, making data, information and matters related to information systems is very fast to be obtained and distributed to various layers of society, various circles, and various social layers. The purpose of this study was to find out how to design and build a website-based e-catalog as a medium of information for Batik Sari Kenongo. The research method used by the author in designing a website-based e-catalog as a collection of information media at Batik Sari Kenongo includes two methods, namely data collection methods and data collection methods. system development method. The result of this research with the existence of an e-catalog information system at Batik Sari Kenongo is that it is easy and fast for visitors to get information on Batik Sari Kenongo and with the implementation of the e-catalog, it is expected to be able to attract visitors to come to Batik Sari Kenongo. The conclusion of this study is that it is easy and fast for visitors to get information on Batik Sari Kenongo. With the implementation of the e-catalog, it is hoped that it will attract visitors to come to Batik Sari Kenongo.

Web Services (WS) technologies create the potential for an organization to collaborate with partners and customers by enabling its software applications to transact over the Internet. This collaboration is achieved by carefully incorporating Web Services in the organization’s software applications, resulting in comprehensive Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) for the enterprise. This incorporation of WS-enabled applications and components in the organization’s overall enterprise architecture requires understanding of the service at three interrelated yet distinct layers: policies, activities, and standards. This chapter describes how the existing business processes of an organization are transitioned in to collaborative business processes that would result in a Collaborative Web- Based System (CWBS). The ideas presented in this chapter have been validated through an action-research carried out by the authors in a large energy supplier organization in Melbourne, Australia.

Registration of Umrah in Jember Alkhairat Group is a regular activity performed almost every month, In implementation Alkhairat ' Umrah during the registration of the Group do not restrict Jember pilgrims to Mecca to perform the applicants, so that the required applications that handle the entire registration process bias ' in order to make it easy for prospective pilgrims to Mecca and it sysop Alkhairat Group registration in the service is doing. This study has formulated the problem how to build information systems services is doing in the web-based Alkhairat Group. Umrah service information system is being developed in the scope of the registration cost of doing ' Umrah and installments only, such as the registration procedures ' in the Alkhairat Group. Research conducted at the information system using the method prototype by using iterative System Development Life in models (SDLC) Cule. Research conducted can be concluded that the information system Services AlKhairat web-based Group can be a tool to assist and facilitate the service of process is doing. Facilities provided in this information system are charging from ' registration ' fee installment, option packages, and reports data umrah applicants with various details.

Laboratory of SMKN 2 Payakumbuh not well organized, whereas all activities in thelaboratory requires administration, so that the laboratory can be functioned optimally. Informationtechnology is one way that can be used to simplify the administrative management of the laboratory.The aim of this research was to design and build a web-based laboratory information system inorder to facilitate the administrative management of the laboratory. Information systemdevelopment methods carried out by the approach of Object Oriented Programming (OOP) anddesigned using system modeling tools. Implementation of this information systems using webprogramming languages PHP, HTML, CSS, and Javascript by using CodeIgniter framework andMySQL as the database server. The information system can be accessed via web browser byteacher as user of goods in laboratory, laboran as laboratory activity manager, engineer asmanager of the broken equipment, and the head of the laboratory in main charge of the laboratory.Web Based Laboratory Information System of SMKN 2 Payakumbuh can help the administrativemanagement of the laboratory to booking, use, return and maintenance of laboratory instruments,manage laboratory activities and preparing reports, so that making the laboratory functioned moreoptimal.Keywords: Laboratory, Web, Information Systems, CodeIgniter

Introduction: Graduate is one of the important support in the development of a university. Graduate have a role to assist universities in developing the university into the community through collaboration in academic terms. Since the establishment of the Adventist University of Indonesia (UNAI) to date has resulted in 12 608 qualified graduates, but the problems that exist today data on students graduated from UNAI difficult to find because UNAI not have a special service for containing information about the data the continuation of a career each of graduate that will be created as the relationships that can support the advancement of the quality of the Graduate at Adventist University of Indonesia. Methods: With the difficulty of knowing the whereabouts of graduate, an graduate tracer study system was created using Web-based GPS that aims to make it easier for universities to find out the alumni position and is expected to be able to overcome the problems above. The graduate tracer study system was designed using a website-based system. .The system of Graduate tracer study was designed using a web-based system. The system is easy to use by any user because it is built using the waterfall method as a method of system development, laravel framework for building websites and using the Global Positioning System (GPS) locator that serves Graduate. Results: The end result of this research is to facilitate UNAI system to track and determine the position of the Graduate as well as get information takes on new Graduate pass or long pass which spread to various area Discussion: It is expected that the future can be developed to add features that are useful scholarship to help students who are still studying, and add graphs about graduate information in getting a job.
