One of the most important assets owned by a company is human resources because it has an influence on the survival of the company. Employees in a company should be provided with a comfortable working environment to produce optimal performance. The work environment is an important thing to be considered by every company and is one of the factors that determine employee performance. The purposes of this research are to know how is the work environment, employee performance and how much is the impact of the work environment on employee performance. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 116 employees at the Division of Part Detail Manufacturing Production Directorate of PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero). Based on research that has been done, the regression equation Y = 40 404 + 0,438X. The study states the working environment and employee performance in the Department of Part Detail Manufacturing Production Directorate of PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero) has a positive relationship (moderate) with a value of 0.438 and the working environment influence on employee performance.

Salah satu aset terpenting yang dimiliki oleh suatu perusahaan adalah sumber daya manusia karena memiliki pengaruh dalam keberlangsungan hidup perusahaan. Karyawan dalam suatu perusahaan perlu diberikan tempat kerja yang nyaman agar menghasilkan kinerja optimal. Lingkungan kerja merupakan suatu hal yang penting untuk diperhatikan oleh perusahaan dan merupakan salah satu faktor menentukan kinerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui bagaimana lingkungan kerja, kinerja karyawan dan pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Divisi Detail Part Manufacturing Direktorat Produksi PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 116 karyawan di Divisi Detail Part Manufacturing Direktorat Produksi PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero). Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh persamaan regresi Y=40.404+0,438X. Hasil penelitian menyatakan lingkungan kerja dan kinerja karyawan yang ada di Divisi Detail Part Manufactur Direktorat Produksi PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero) memiliki hubungan positif yang sedang (moderate) dengan nilai sebesar 0,438 dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan . One of the most important assets owned by a company is human resources because it has an influence on the survival of the company. This research aims to analyze the impact of motivation and working environment on employee performance. The study was held in Perumda Air Minum Tirta Lestari in Tuban Regency. Perumda Air Minum Tirta Lestari is a company that provides clean water services. This study uses a quantitative approach with probability sampling techniques. The sample used was 96 employees. Statistics are multilinear regressions using SPSS. The results show that motivation significantly impacts employee performance while work environment variables have no significant effect on employee performance. Companies must increase employee motivation by increasing motivational factors to maintain performance.

<p><em>Keberhasilan sebuah perusahaan sangat erat berkaitan dengan kinerja dari karyawan yang ada dalam perusahaan. Karyawan mengemban tugas dan fungsi dalam perusahaan. Meningkatnya kinerja perusahaan merupakan indikator dari keberhasilan suatu perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis: 1) pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, 2) pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, 3) pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan 4) variabel yang dominan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah survei pada karyawan CV Panca Putra di Karanganyar</em><em>. Jenis data menggunakan data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Sumber data menggunakan sumber data primer dan data sekunder. </em><em>Populasi target adalah karyawan bagian produksi sebanyak 534 karyawan. Sampel ditentukan 80 karyawan dengan proportional cluster random sampling</em><em>.</em><em> Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja, motivasi dan kompensasi  berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kompensasi merupakan variabel yang dominan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan, karena nilai koefisien regresinya 0,473; lebih besar daripada lingkungan kerja (0,261), dan motivasi (0,393)</em></p><p> </p><p><em>The success of a company is closely related to the performance of existing employees within the company. Employees carry out the </em><em>task and </em><em>functions within the company. Increased corporate performance is an indicator of the success of a company. The purpose of this study is to analyze: 1) the influence of work environment on employee performance, 2) the influence of motivation on employee performance, 3) the effect of compensation on employee performance, and 4) the dominant variable influence on employee performance. This type of research is a survey on employees of CV Panca Putra in Karanganyar. Types of data use qualitative and quantitative data. Data sources use primary </em><em>and </em><em>secondary data sources. Target population is employees of production as much as 534 employees. The sample was determined by 80 employees with proportional cluster random sampling. Data collection using questionnaires. Data analysis using multiple linear regression test. The results showed that the work environment, motivation and compensation effect on employee performance. Compensation is a dominant variable affecting employee performance, because the value of regression coefficient 0.473; greater than the working environment (0.261), and motivation (0.393)</em></p>

Abstract Human resources are a significant enough part of achieving organizational goals, both large and small companies; a company has modern equipment with high technology. The purpose of understanding and studying human resource management is the knowledge needed to have analytic skills in dealing with management problems, especially in the organization's field. The role of human resources in the company is significant because as the primary driver of all activities or activities of the company in achieving its objectives, both to obtain profits and to maintain the survival of the company. The success or failure of a company in maintaining its existence starts from the human being itself in maintaining the company in maximizing its effectiveness and efficiency. Wages and work environment are factors that significantly affect employee performance. An employee who has high wages or as expected and a pleasant work environment will achieve the company's goals and objectives.

A B S T R A C TThis research was conducted to determine the effect of work motivation, work environment, and work discipline on employee performance in operational company as a Work From Office in the Pandemic Era of Covid 19. This research was done because the researcher think that it was necessary to know how is the infuence among variables in Pandemic condition. Therefore, the company could prepare good human resources to face new normal Era. The object of the research was PT.CS2 Pola Sehat Palembang. The researcher gave the questionnaires to 74 employees as  the sample of the research. This research used multiple regression analyses, stimultaneous testing and individual testing.This results of the research conducted jointly between all the variables that illustrate that there was the influece of work motivation, work discipline, and work environment on employee performance. And the results of research individually known that there was the influence of work motivation and work environment and work discipline toward to  employee performance. A B S T R A KPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kerja disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan yang beroperasional secara Working From Office di masa pandemi covid 19. Penelitian dilakukan karena peneliti menganggap perlu mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel yang diteliti pada kondisi pandemi sehingga perusahaan dapat menyiapkan sumber daya manusia yang baik dalam menyambut era new baru.Objek penelitian adalah PT. CS2 Pola Sehat Palembang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner  kepada sampel penelitian sebanyak 73 karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode analisis berbentuk kualitatif yang dikuantitatifkan dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, pengujian simultan dan pengujian individual.Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan secara bersama-sama antara semua variabel yang diteliti menggambarkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. dan hasil penelitian secara individualnya diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja dan   lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.

ABSTRAKDevelopment of technology and information to make PT. Athens Tagaya Surabaya engaged in cleaning services have wanted to improve its ability to organize the existing resources, especially human resources into the frame the better, because the resource management that will either save cost, improve performance accelerate the achievement of goals at once will create good relations and employee loyalty towards the organization of the company. The work environment within the company will be able to change the attitudes and behavior of human resources in order to increase labor productivity and to compete and face the challenges of the future. Besides the motivational factor is required with employee expectations can carry out work environment that has been applied in a company with a commitment as a duty and responsibility so that progress can be felt by both sides. The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) the simultaneous effect of Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance. 2) partial effect Work Environment and Motivation on Employee Performance. The subjects were employees of PT. Athens Tagaya Surabaya as many as 40 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire. Statistical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Conclusion: (1) There is significant influence between Working Environment and Work Motivation simultaneously the Employee Performance PT. Athens Tagaya Surabaya. Environment Variables Work and Work Motivation together contributed 57.9% of the Employee Performance. (2) There is significant influence partially on the Work Environment Employee Performance. Work Environment Variables give partial effect to the Employee Performance by 32.49%. There is a significant relationship between working motivation partially on Employee Performance PT. Athens Tagaya Surabaya. The motivation variable influence to variable 16.65% Employee Performance. Kata Kunci : Work Environment, Employee Motivation, Employee Performance

    Implementation of a clear system of remuneration and to be fair to all employees at all levels of office can provide motivation to employee performance so it will be the human form of competent and qualitified companies. In other word the expected relationship management system of remuneration which is applied against the employee can improve employee performance in work environment so that it can increase company productivity.   The analysis showed that (1) of the Remuneration System Employee Performance there was a positive relationship and significant at a value r + 0.478 and a significance of probilitas 0000 <= 0.05, then there is a positive and significant between Remuneration of Employees Performance shown with a regression coefficient value of 0.272 and 0.000 significance probability <0.05, whereas the contribution system which explains the performance of Employee Remuneration of 22.9%, while the regression equation is Y + 19.573 + 0.272X1, (2) of Assessment Work with Employee Performance there and positive relationship was significant with a value of r + 0.543 and a significance of probilitas 0000 <= 0.05, then there is a significant and positive effect between Employee Performance Assessment Working against the value shown by the regression coefficient of 0.302 and 0.000 significance probability of <0.05, while the contribution of Assessment Work which explains 29.4% of Employee Performance, while the contribution of Assessment Work which explains of Employee Performance, while the regression equation is Y = 20.500 + 0.302 X2 and simultaneously the relationship between Remuneration and Employee Performance Assessment Work with positive and significant areindicated by the value of the correlation coefficient of 0.557.    In addition there are jointly significant and positive influence Remuneration and Employee Performance Assessment Working against, while the contribution of Remuneration and Appraisal Employee Performance Work which explains 33.3%. The regression equation to expresss the influence of Remuneration System (X1) and Assessment of Work (X2) of the Employee Performance (Y) is Y = 18.269+0.139+0.223X1 X2.

Human resources is one important factor for the progress of a company, one of the aspects that affect the achievement of human resources that have high performance is the motivation of work. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at PT Dagsap Endura Eatore Jakarta. The author uses the method of observation, questionnaires, study documentation. The author distributed questionnaires to 56 respondents by using Likert scale. Data analysis technique using correlation coefficient, determination, regression equation, then writer process the data by using SPSS version 22. Based on calculation of correlation coefficient obtained equal to 0,750 which mean, there is strong relation between work motivation to employee performance at PT Dagsap Endura Eatore Jakarta. From result of calculation of coefficient of determination obtained result of equal to 0,563 or 56% and the rest 44% influenced by other factors like compensation, promotion, training, and seen from regression equation formed Y = 14,774 + 0,650X this indicate that without work motivation employee performance of 14,774 units and if the motivation to work increased 1 unit it will increase the employee performance of 0.650 units.

The progress of the company was not the eye of the eye located on how much profit they were by, but it is also in human resources to form in a company to be established to be paranoid to be well eployess well based on justice or company policy considering humanity values, work achievement, education, and work experience.This research is aiming to know the Individual Characteristics and Work Environment to Employee Performance. Research that located at PT. Multi Nabati Sulawesi Bitung. The sample taken was 112 people from a total 450 employees in the company. In this study are using simple statistics with a simple regression with the SPSS version 23.00 to test the significant connection between variables and to measure the glory of the influence that occurs on variation of Individual Characteristics and Work Environment to Employee Performance. Based on the calculations of using the SPSS 23.00 software device that’s a variable Individual Characteristics of affects the employee performance variables which show that Work Environment received is not in accordance with the expectation and desires of employees, so that there is a coplaint for every employee in the company

The success of an organization in achieving its objectives, cannot be separated from the human resources factor. This is because human resources is a key factor to mobilize other resources that exist within an institution. To realize these goals can be achieved by improving the performance of human resources with the many factors that influence it. The purpose of this research is; 1) to analyze empirically significant influence Work Environment, Supervision, Competency, Motivation, Employee Compensation Dishubkominfo to Tegal. 2) To analyze empirically significant influence Work Environment, supervision, competence, motivation, the employee's performance Dishubkominfo Tegal. 3) To determine empirically significant influence as an intervening variable compensation to employee performance Dishubkominfo Tegal. This type of research is explanatory research (explanation) using a quantitative approach. The location of this research is Dishubkominfo Office of Tegal. With the object of study include: 1) Work Environment, 2) Supervision, 3) Competence,               4) Motivation, 5) Performance and Compensation office clerk Dishubkominfo Tegal. Office workers Dishubkominfo population numbered 204 people with various strata covering court clerks, staff and leaders in the ranks Dishubkominfo Office Tegal as the sample is equal to 135 Employees who are civil servants and non-civil servants. The results showed that: 1) Work Environment, competence significantly influence employee compensation Dishubkominfo Tegal is proven. 2) Monitoring Motivation significantly influence employee compensation Dishubkominfo Tegal is not proven. 3) Working Environment Monitoring significant effect on employee performance Dishubkominfo Tegal is proven. 4) Competence Motivation significant effect on employee performance Dishubkominfo Tegal is proven. 5) Compensation as an intervening variable is a significant positive influence between work environment, supervision, competence and motivation to employee performance Dishubkominfo Tegal is proven.
