The success of an organization in achieving its objectives, cannot be separated from the human resources factor. This is because human resources is a key factor to mobilize other resources that exist within an institution. To realize these goals can be achieved by improving the performance of human resources with the many factors that influence it. The purpose of this research is; 1) to analyze empirically significant influence Work Environment, Supervision, Competency, Motivation, Employee Compensation Dishubkominfo to Tegal. 2) To analyze empirically significant influence Work Environment, supervision, competence, motivation, the employee's performance Dishubkominfo Tegal. 3) To determine empirically significant influence as an intervening variable compensation to employee performance Dishubkominfo Tegal. This type of research is explanatory research (explanation) using a quantitative approach. The location of this research is Dishubkominfo Office of Tegal. With the object of study include: 1) Work Environment, 2) Supervision, 3) Competence,               4) Motivation, 5) Performance and Compensation office clerk Dishubkominfo Tegal. Office workers Dishubkominfo population numbered 204 people with various strata covering court clerks, staff and leaders in the ranks Dishubkominfo Office Tegal as the sample is equal to 135 Employees who are civil servants and non-civil servants. The results showed that: 1) Work Environment, competence significantly influence employee compensation Dishubkominfo Tegal is proven. 2) Monitoring Motivation significantly influence employee compensation Dishubkominfo Tegal is not proven. 3) Working Environment Monitoring significant effect on employee performance Dishubkominfo Tegal is proven. 4) Competence Motivation significant effect on employee performance Dishubkominfo Tegal is proven. 5) Compensation as an intervening variable is a significant positive influence between work environment, supervision, competence and motivation to employee performance Dishubkominfo Tegal is proven. ABSTRAKDevelopment of technology and information to make PT. Athens Tagaya Surabaya engaged in cleaning services have wanted to improve its ability to organize the existing resources, especially human resources into the frame the better, because the resource management that will either save cost, improve performance accelerate the achievement of goals at once will create good relations and employee loyalty towards the organization of the company. The work environment within the company will be able to change the attitudes and behavior of human resources in order to increase labor productivity and to compete and face the challenges of the future. Besides the motivational factor is required with employee expectations can carry out work environment that has been applied in a company with a commitment as a duty and responsibility so that progress can be felt by both sides. The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) the simultaneous effect of Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance. 2) partial effect Work Environment and Motivation on Employee Performance. The subjects were employees of PT. Athens Tagaya Surabaya as many as 40 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire. Statistical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Conclusion: (1) There is significant influence between Working Environment and Work Motivation simultaneously the Employee Performance PT. Athens Tagaya Surabaya. Environment Variables Work and Work Motivation together contributed 57.9% of the Employee Performance. (2) There is significant influence partially on the Work Environment Employee Performance. Work Environment Variables give partial effect to the Employee Performance by 32.49%. There is a significant relationship between working motivation partially on Employee Performance PT. Athens Tagaya Surabaya. The motivation variable influence to variable 16.65% Employee Performance. Kata Kunci : Work Environment, Employee Motivation, Employee Performance

The purpose of this research is to gain an overview of the working environment, competence, motivation and work performance of the employee at Tanjung Jabung District Education Office; and to know the influence of the working environment andwork motivation against the competencies and performance of pergawai; as well as to know the influence of work motivation on performance. To answer the research objectives, the author uses the theory that studies related to the variable of researchi.e. working environment theory, competence, motivation and work performance. In addition the author also searched for relevant earlier research in the form of articles/journals and previous thesis to support this research. The population in this research is an employee at Tanjung Jabung District Education Office East of 65 employees.Due to the number of population in this study less than 100 people then in this research sampling method using the method of census. Analysis techniques using pathanalysis to see the direct and indirect influence, and was succeeded by testing the RSquare and hypothesis testing partially and simultaneous with t-test and F-test of the test path analysis is done, the results the research showed that the work environment has an impact on the competence and motivation of working and performance of employees. Where on the basis of the results of the test t (partial) and F (Simultaneous) indicate that the work environment and competence has a significant and positive influence towards the working motivation and performance, as well as the motivation of working also has the influence of the significant and positive towards the performance of employees. This explains that if an organization has a good working environment and supported by employees who have good competence, then it would have an effect on the motivation of work that have implications for improved performance against employees on Tanjung Jabung District Education Office. This research makes some conclusions based on results of research i.e. work environment,competence, motivation and performance of employees at Tanjung Jabung DistrictEducation Office in a pretty good condition; the work environment and the competence of a positive and significant effect against the motivation of working either partially or simultaneously; the work environment and the competence of a positive and significant effect on performance clerk either partially or simultaneously; the motivation of working effect on employee performance; and the work environment and competence together through motivation affect direct and indirect employee performance against at Tanjung Jabung District Education Office.Keywords: work environment, competence, Motivation and Work performance.

Employee performance is something that is considered important for the company. Employees have high performance will certainly be able to work optimally so that the objectives of the institution itself will be easily achieved. Through the improvement of the working environment and working discipline expected the resulting performance can be optimized within the enterprise. In this study to determine the three variables that can affect employee performance (Y), the work environment variables (X1) and discipline (X2). Simultaneous and partially on the performance of employees at PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia. Type of research is quantitative research. Methods of data collection using questionnaires with sempel amount of research is 100 respondents.Data analysis techniques in research using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, validity and reliability test and partial test ( Test T) and a simultaneous test (Test F). Results of research conducted using SPSS 2.2 (ststitical program for social science), from the results obtained that the working environment (X1) were significant influence on employee performance (Y) on PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia because work environment variables t = 3.231 > t table 1.660 with sig = 0.002 < 0.05. Labor discipline (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Work environment (X1) and discipline (X2) simultaneously significant effect on employee performance (Y) PT. Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia.The results obtained on the whole of the working environment (X1) and discipline (X2) are all very significant influence on employee performance (Y) in PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia. Keywords:Work Environment, Work Discipline and Employee Performance

Salah satu aset terpenting yang dimiliki oleh suatu perusahaan adalah sumber daya manusia karena memiliki pengaruh dalam keberlangsungan hidup perusahaan. Karyawan dalam suatu perusahaan perlu diberikan tempat kerja yang nyaman agar menghasilkan kinerja optimal. Lingkungan kerja merupakan suatu hal yang penting untuk diperhatikan oleh perusahaan dan merupakan salah satu faktor menentukan kinerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui bagaimana lingkungan kerja, kinerja karyawan dan pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Divisi Detail Part Manufacturing Direktorat Produksi PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 116 karyawan di Divisi Detail Part Manufacturing Direktorat Produksi PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero). Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh persamaan regresi Y=40.404+0,438X. Hasil penelitian menyatakan lingkungan kerja dan kinerja karyawan yang ada di Divisi Detail Part Manufactur Direktorat Produksi PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero) memiliki hubungan positif yang sedang (moderate) dengan nilai sebesar 0,438 dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan . One of the most important assets owned by a company is human resources because it has an influence on the survival of the company. The purpose of this study to determine: 1) Motivation, Competence, Work Environment and Performance of Employees in Private-owned Politechnic; 2) to determine the effect of motivation on Employee Performance, 3) to determine the effect of Competence on employee performance; 4) to determine the effect of Work Environment Employee Performance; 5) to determine the effect of Motivation, Competence and the Work Environment simultaneously on Employee Performance Politeknik Swasta. The method is a method of research used census (population) of 35 respondents using descriptive analysis and verifikatif. From the results of descriptive analysis showed that the total effect of motivation (X1) of the Employee Performance (Y) of 63.3%, the total effect of Competency (X2) of the Employee Performance (Y) of 14.8%, and the total effect of Work Environment (X3) Performance of Employees (Y) of 7.7%. While the influence of Competence, Motivation, Corporate Culture of Performance jointly or simultaneously have the effect of a total of 85.8%.

Human resources are one element of the organization and have an important role in organizational activities. Therefore, human resources have to be managed in such a way that they are efficient and effective in achieving the organization's mission and goals. An organization is a system, namely a series and relationships between parts of a component that work together as a whole This research aims to analyze the influence of work competence, work discipline and work environment on the performance of employees at the Wonosobo District Police Station. This research uses three independent variables, namely work discipline competence and work environment, with one dependent variable, namely employee performance, The data within this research were collected through questionnaires and implemented to 66 police officers in Wonosobo as research samples, data testing techniques use quantitative analysis, namely, multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient and t test and model F test. Based on the result of data analysis, the research result  shows that: competency variables have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, work discipline also has a significant influence and the greatest influence on employee performance. Work environment variables have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

This study examined the influence of information culture and work environment on employee job performance in Lagos state internal revenue service. A validated survey instrument was tested on 210 employees in Lagos State Internal Revenue Service and showed that information culture positively influenced employee job performance. (R = 0.676; R2 = 0.458; Adj R2 = 0.455; F (1, 190) = 160.43; Sig. = 0.000). Work environment positively influenced employee performance. (R = 0.488; R2 = 0.238; Adj R2 = 0.234; F (1, 190) = 59.53; Sig. = 0.000). The results further reveled that information culture and work environment both have positive influence on employee performance. (R = 0. 691; R2 = 0.477; Adjusted-R2 = 0.472; F (2, 189) = 86.40; Sig. = 0.000)The study concluded that information culture and work environment plays an important role in enhancing employee job performance in Lagos State Internal Revenue Service. The study recommended that Information culture and good working environment should be maintained in the organization. Each company is formed to achieve a specific goal and it is said to be successful when it has been achieved is necessary to achieve success incompetent human resources. There are competence becomes very useful to help organizations to improve their performance. This research aims to specify the influence of knowledge competence, skills, and attitudes on employee performance at PT. Nikomas Gemilang. The Data were collected using the method of survey, interviews, a questionnaire with 100 respondents. The data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis and Partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The analyzed model of the equation is the outer model, the inner model, and the hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the calculations using software SmartPLS version 3.3.2 for Windows has a significant influence on the employee's performance with the value of 2.545 significance of 0.011, the value of significance is less than 0.05. Knowledge has no significant effect on the employee's performance with a value of 1.705 in its significance of 0.089 more than 0.05. Attitudes have a significant influence on the performance of employees with the statistical value of 3.313 significance value 0.001, a significant value is less than 0.05. Conclusion Skills and attitudes have a positive influence on employee performance and knowledge does not influence employee performance
