This research aims to analyze the impact of motivation and working environment on employee performance. The study was held in Perumda Air Minum Tirta Lestari in Tuban Regency. Perumda Air Minum Tirta Lestari is a company that provides clean water services. This study uses a quantitative approach with probability sampling techniques. The sample used was 96 employees. Statistics are multilinear regressions using SPSS. The results show that motivation significantly impacts employee performance while work environment variables have no significant effect on employee performance. Companies must increase employee motivation by increasing motivational factors to maintain performance.

Salah satu aset terpenting yang dimiliki oleh suatu perusahaan adalah sumber daya manusia karena memiliki pengaruh dalam keberlangsungan hidup perusahaan. Karyawan dalam suatu perusahaan perlu diberikan tempat kerja yang nyaman agar menghasilkan kinerja optimal. Lingkungan kerja merupakan suatu hal yang penting untuk diperhatikan oleh perusahaan dan merupakan salah satu faktor menentukan kinerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui bagaimana lingkungan kerja, kinerja karyawan dan pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Divisi Detail Part Manufacturing Direktorat Produksi PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 116 karyawan di Divisi Detail Part Manufacturing Direktorat Produksi PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero). Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh persamaan regresi Y=40.404+0,438X. Hasil penelitian menyatakan lingkungan kerja dan kinerja karyawan yang ada di Divisi Detail Part Manufactur Direktorat Produksi PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero) memiliki hubungan positif yang sedang (moderate) dengan nilai sebesar 0,438 dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan . One of the most important assets owned by a company is human resources because it has an influence on the survival of the company. ABSTRAKDevelopment of technology and information to make PT. Athens Tagaya Surabaya engaged in cleaning services have wanted to improve its ability to organize the existing resources, especially human resources into the frame the better, because the resource management that will either save cost, improve performance accelerate the achievement of goals at once will create good relations and employee loyalty towards the organization of the company. The work environment within the company will be able to change the attitudes and behavior of human resources in order to increase labor productivity and to compete and face the challenges of the future. Besides the motivational factor is required with employee expectations can carry out work environment that has been applied in a company with a commitment as a duty and responsibility so that progress can be felt by both sides. The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) the simultaneous effect of Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance. 2) partial effect Work Environment and Motivation on Employee Performance. The subjects were employees of PT. Athens Tagaya Surabaya as many as 40 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire. Statistical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Conclusion: (1) There is significant influence between Working Environment and Work Motivation simultaneously the Employee Performance PT. Athens Tagaya Surabaya. Environment Variables Work and Work Motivation together contributed 57.9% of the Employee Performance. (2) There is significant influence partially on the Work Environment Employee Performance. Work Environment Variables give partial effect to the Employee Performance by 32.49%. There is a significant relationship between working motivation partially on Employee Performance PT. Athens Tagaya Surabaya. The motivation variable influence to variable 16.65% Employee Performance. Kata Kunci : Work Environment, Employee Motivation, Employee Performance

Employee performance is something that is considered important for the company. Employees have high performance will certainly be able to work optimally so that the objectives of the institution itself will be easily achieved. Through the improvement of the working environment and working discipline expected the resulting performance can be optimized within the enterprise. In this study to determine the three variables that can affect employee performance (Y), the work environment variables (X1) and discipline (X2). Simultaneous and partially on the performance of employees at PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia. Type of research is quantitative research. Methods of data collection using questionnaires with sempel amount of research is 100 respondents.Data analysis techniques in research using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, validity and reliability test and partial test ( Test T) and a simultaneous test (Test F). Results of research conducted using SPSS 2.2 (ststitical program for social science), from the results obtained that the working environment (X1) were significant influence on employee performance (Y) on PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia because work environment variables t = 3.231 > t table 1.660 with sig = 0.002 < 0.05. Labor discipline (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Work environment (X1) and discipline (X2) simultaneously significant effect on employee performance (Y) PT. Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia.The results obtained on the whole of the working environment (X1) and discipline (X2) are all very significant influence on employee performance (Y) in PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia. Keywords:Work Environment, Work Discipline and Employee Performance

<p><em>Keberhasilan sebuah perusahaan sangat erat berkaitan dengan kinerja dari karyawan yang ada dalam perusahaan. Karyawan mengemban tugas dan fungsi dalam perusahaan. Meningkatnya kinerja perusahaan merupakan indikator dari keberhasilan suatu perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis: 1) pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, 2) pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, 3) pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan 4) variabel yang dominan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah survei pada karyawan CV Panca Putra di Karanganyar</em><em>. Jenis data menggunakan data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Sumber data menggunakan sumber data primer dan data sekunder. </em><em>Populasi target adalah karyawan bagian produksi sebanyak 534 karyawan. Sampel ditentukan 80 karyawan dengan proportional cluster random sampling</em><em>.</em><em> Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja, motivasi dan kompensasi  berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kompensasi merupakan variabel yang dominan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan, karena nilai koefisien regresinya 0,473; lebih besar daripada lingkungan kerja (0,261), dan motivasi (0,393)</em></p><p> </p><p><em>The success of a company is closely related to the performance of existing employees within the company. Employees carry out the </em><em>task and </em><em>functions within the company. Increased corporate performance is an indicator of the success of a company. The purpose of this study is to analyze: 1) the influence of work environment on employee performance, 2) the influence of motivation on employee performance, 3) the effect of compensation on employee performance, and 4) the dominant variable influence on employee performance. This type of research is a survey on employees of CV Panca Putra in Karanganyar. Types of data use qualitative and quantitative data. Data sources use primary </em><em>and </em><em>secondary data sources. Target population is employees of production as much as 534 employees. The sample was determined by 80 employees with proportional cluster random sampling. Data collection using questionnaires. Data analysis using multiple linear regression test. The results showed that the work environment, motivation and compensation effect on employee performance. Compensation is a dominant variable affecting employee performance, because the value of regression coefficient 0.473; greater than the working environment (0.261), and motivation (0.393)</em></p>

Mal Lippo Cikarang a shopping center that uses outsourcing employees to manager level down. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of work environment and job insecurity on work motivation and its impact on employee performance Outsourcing in Lippo Cikarang Mall. The method of analysis used in this study are Pearson correlation and path analysis. Data obtained from the assessment of employees through questionnaires and interviews. Results achieved in this study was to determine that the work environment at the Mall Lippo Cikarang less convenient and there is job insecurity on the company and therefore contributes less well on work motivation and employee performance Outsourcing in Lippo Cikarang Mall. Job insecurity has a weak and a significant effect on work motivation and employee performance and work environment has a fairly strong relationship and significant impact on employee motivation and performance. Motivation to work has a strong relationship to the employee's performance. With the company is expected to focus on increasing motivation and improving the working environment at the Mall Lippo Cikarang and member attention on job insecurity. In addition, the expected results of this research can provide input to the Mall Lippo Cikarang so as to improve employee performance Outsourcing as well.

Nowadays, competitiveness increase continuously and influenced by quality of its people. Performance improvement of human resource in a company can be reached by several ways. There are several factors that influence peoples in a company, such as training and motivation. This research is to examines the impact of training and motivation toward operation employees performance. Population of this research are 400 respondances and 80 samples. This research is conducted in one of welding electrode manufacturer company called PT Alam Lestari Unggul. The result of the reasearch shows that both training and motivation positifly and significantly influences operators’ performance in PT Alam Lestari Unggul both partially and simultanousley. The conclution of this research is production operators performance can be increased using two ways, enhancing training effectiveness and designing work environment to develop employee motivation.

The performance of employees in the PT.Asuransi JiwaSraya (Persero)  Bandar Lampung based on several factors including leadership style, work motivation, and work environment. The purpose of this study was to determine whether leadership style, work motivation and work environment affect the performance of employees in the PT.Asuransi JiwaSraya (Persero)  Bandar Lampung. This study uses a quanitative method, namely data obtained from the results of questionnaires, with the number of samples in this study were 74 respondents with Multiple Linear Regression test, F test and R2 test with an error limit of 5% = 0.05. The results of F test calculation, the value Fcount 8.103 > 3.13 Ftable, means Ho rejected and Ha accepted.It can be concluded that the independent variables consist of leadership style (X1), motivation (X2) and the working environment (X3) simultaneously on the dependent variable that consists of employee performance (Y) to the PT.Asuransi JiwaSraya (Persero)  Bandar Lampung. Based on these results shows the results of multiple regression Y = 12.678 + 0,083X1 + 0,338X2 + 0,197X3 + 0.05.Results obtained correlation coefficient (R) of (0.508). The R2 Determination Coefficient is (0.226). This means that independent variables consisting of leadership style, employee motivation and work environment explain variation employee performance by 22.6% while the remaining 77.4% is influenced by other factors.

The impact of work inspiration and work environment on work execution is very important, and some theoretical and fact assessments in several companies also show work motivation and a supportive environment that provides a very large increase in employee performance, plus in this “NEW NORMAL” period many companies make breakthroughs in running its business once again so that the company can survive in the midst of this crisis. Based on these conditions, the quality of performance and motivation in a company needs to be improved by formulating a new policy in the work system in the company so that it can pass through times like this, which is a new program or procedure in the system to improve employee performance in a company. The method used in this study is the procedure for approaching employees, research that emphasizes the basic principles of work motivation and the environment which seeks to create a new work environment that is more developed in situations like this. The theory outlined below will greatly assist companies, especially Trapo Indonesia, in evaluating and updating inspiration and work environment governance that can have a positive effect on the company and can moreover progress representative execution even better.

Employee performance is one of the benchmarks of success of an organization, whether it is good or not. So does that happen in school which is a company engaged in the field. For that, there is a need to research to find out what factors affected it. This research aims to find out if there is a conflict between the role of influence, stress, and work environment against performance of the teacher in SMK N IU Singojuruh, and became the object of this research that is all teachers teaching in SMK N IU SingojuruhBanyuwangi. Using Multiple regression analysis using SPSS software help.The results of this study demonstrate a significant influence between the role conflict, stress, and work environment against performance of the teacher in SMK N IU SingojuruhBanyuwangi simultaneously as well as partial in each from. In addition, in this study also noted that the working environment variable is the most dominant factor affecting performance.
