The progress of the company was not the eye of the eye located on how much profit they were by, but it is also in human resources to form in a company to be established to be paranoid to be well eployess well based on justice or company policy considering humanity values, work achievement, education, and work experience.This research is aiming to know the Individual Characteristics and Work Environment to Employee Performance. Research that located at PT. Multi Nabati Sulawesi Bitung. The sample taken was 112 people from a total 450 employees in the company. In this study are using simple statistics with a simple regression with the SPSS version 23.00 to test the significant connection between variables and to measure the glory of the influence that occurs on variation of Individual Characteristics and Work Environment to Employee Performance. Based on the calculations of using the SPSS 23.00 software device that’s a variable Individual Characteristics of affects the employee performance variables which show that Work Environment received is not in accordance with the expectation and desires of employees, so that there is a coplaint for every employee in the company

Individual characteristics and work environment are considered as crucial aspects for companies that want to improve their employees’ performance. PT Trakindo Utama specifically Samarinda branch is one of many branches of PT Trakindo Utama in Indonesia, which become the sole agent of Caterpillar products in Indonesia. Caterpillar itself is the world's leading manufacturer of heavy equipment originally from USA. This research aims to determine the influence of characteristics and non-physical work environment of the employee performance in parts Department at PT Trakindo Utama Samarinda branch. The individual characteristics (x1) and non-physical work environment (x2) are used as independent variables while the performance of employees (Y) as dependent variable. Primary data is obtained by conducting interviews to 34 respondents by using questionnaires while secondary data is obtained by conducting field observation. Data analysis uses a double linear regression technique by using SPSS 22 software. The results show that the individual characteristic variables does not have any partial effect toward the performance of the employees of Parts Department PT Trakindo Utama Cabang Samarinda branch and individual characteristic variables (X1) and non-physical work environment (x2) are simultaneously influential in the performance of the Employees (Y) Parts Department at PT trakindo Utama, Samarinda branch.  Suggestions for PT Trakindo Utama Samarinda Branch, the company should hold a family gathering in order to improve not only for each employees relations but also with bosses to stay awake, provide suggestions and evaluate employee work which can effectively improve employee performance, manage the best possible time so that the job can be completed on time.

<p align="center"><strong>ABSTRACT</strong><strong></strong></p><p><em>This study aims to look at the effect of training and development on PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Palembang. Training programs and employee development in a company can improve the skills, knowledge, and experience of employees, on their work. </em><em>The main purpose of this training and development is to overcome the shortcomings of human resources at work due to possible inability to carry out work, and at the same time strive to foster human resources to become more productive. </em><em>This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a total sample of 57 respondents, while the sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling. In this study the independent variables consist of Training and Development, while the dependent variable is employee performance. The results of the independent training variable (X1) were obtained tcount&gt; Ttable (7,800&gt; 2,004), the development variable (X2) obtained tcount &lt;Ttable (1,474 &lt;2,004) and then the training variable (X1) had a partial effect on employee performance variables (Y). While the development variable (X2) does not partially affect the employee performance variable (Y). The results of the F test show that F count&gt; Ftable (33,185&gt; 3.17), while the significance is 0,000 &lt;alpha at a significant level of 0.05. Then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which means that the independent variables (training and development) jointly or simultaneously affect the dependent variable (employee performance) positively and significantly. The multiple linear test results from the results obtained from the training variable (X1) value is (0.922%), while the results obtained from the floating variable (X2) value are (0.224%).</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><strong><em> </em></strong><strong><em>:</em></strong><em> Training, Development, Performance.</em></p><p align="center"><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p><p><em>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh pelatihan dan pengembangan pada PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Palembang. Program pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan pada suatu perusahaan  dapat meningkatkan ketrampilan, pengetahuan, dan pengalaman karyawan, terhadap pekerjaanya</em><em>. </em><em>Tujuan utama dari pelatihan dan pengembangan ini adalah untuk mengatasi kekurangan-kekurangan para sumber daya manusia dalam bekerja yang disebabkan oleh kemungkinan ketidakmampuan dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan, dan sekaligus berupaya membina sumber daya manusia agar menjadi lebih produktif</em><em>. </em><em>Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 57 responden, sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh. Dalam penelitian ini variabel independen terdiri dari Pelatihan dan Pengembangan, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah kinerja karyawan. Hasil variabel pelatihan independen (X1) diperoleh thitung&gt; Ttabel (7,800&gt; 2,004), variabel pengembangan (X2) diperoleh thitung &lt;Ttabel (1,474 &lt;2,004) dan kemudian variabel pelatihan (X1) berpengaruh parsial terhadap karyawan variabel kinerja (Y). Sedangkan variabel pengembangan (X2) tidak secara parsial mempengaruhi variabel kinerja karyawan (Y). Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa F hitung&gt; Ftabel (33.185&gt; 3,17), sedangkan signifikansinya adalah 0,000 &lt;alpha pada tingkat signifikan 0,05. Kemudian Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti bahwa variabel independen (pelatihan dan pengembangan) secara bersama-sama atau bersama-sama mempengaruhi variabel dependen (kinerja karyawan) secara positif dan signifikan. Hasil uji linier berganda dari hasil yang diperoleh dari variabel pelatihan (X1) nilainya (0,922%), sedangkan hasil yang diperoleh dari variabel mengambang (X2) nilainya (0,224%).</em></p><strong><em>Kata kunci :</em></strong><em> Pelatihan, Pengembangan, dan Kinerja</em>

Abstract Human resources are a significant enough part of achieving organizational goals, both large and small companies; a company has modern equipment with high technology. The purpose of understanding and studying human resource management is the knowledge needed to have analytic skills in dealing with management problems, especially in the organization's field. The role of human resources in the company is significant because as the primary driver of all activities or activities of the company in achieving its objectives, both to obtain profits and to maintain the survival of the company. The success or failure of a company in maintaining its existence starts from the human being itself in maintaining the company in maximizing its effectiveness and efficiency. Wages and work environment are factors that significantly affect employee performance. An employee who has high wages or as expected and a pleasant work environment will achieve the company's goals and objectives.

Salah satu aset terpenting yang dimiliki oleh suatu perusahaan adalah sumber daya manusia karena memiliki pengaruh dalam keberlangsungan hidup perusahaan. Karyawan dalam suatu perusahaan perlu diberikan tempat kerja yang nyaman agar menghasilkan kinerja optimal. Lingkungan kerja merupakan suatu hal yang penting untuk diperhatikan oleh perusahaan dan merupakan salah satu faktor menentukan kinerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui bagaimana lingkungan kerja, kinerja karyawan dan pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Divisi Detail Part Manufacturing Direktorat Produksi PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 116 karyawan di Divisi Detail Part Manufacturing Direktorat Produksi PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero). Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh persamaan regresi Y=40.404+0,438X. Hasil penelitian menyatakan lingkungan kerja dan kinerja karyawan yang ada di Divisi Detail Part Manufactur Direktorat Produksi PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero) memiliki hubungan positif yang sedang (moderate) dengan nilai sebesar 0,438 dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan . One of the most important assets owned by a company is human resources because it has an influence on the survival of the company. The purposes of this research are to know how is the work environment, employee performance and how much is the impact of the work environment on employee performance. The result of this study can be summarized as follows: 1. Individual Characteristic and Work Environment on Employee Performance are good. 2. The analysis regression is Ŷ = 20,910 + 0,816X1 + 0,399X2 have a positive influence between individual characteristic and work environment to employee performance. 3. The correlation result of r = 0,799, the analysis correlation have a moderately high and positive correlation between individual characteristic, work environment with the employee performance. 4. The result of coefficient of determination can be explained the level of employee performance is 63.90%, and the remaining 36.10% is explained by other factors not discussed in this study. From the results of the processing and calculation of the questionnaire, the authors concluded that the individual characteristics and work environment conducted by the Badan Pengelolaan Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah UPT SAMSAT Pematangsiantar had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by simultaneous hypothesis testing, where the results of the test are calculated (36,214 )> ftabel (3.23) with a significance level of 0,000 < 0,05. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of work environment and individual characteristics on employee performance at the BPS of West Sumatera Province. Independent variables from this study are work environment and individual characteristics. The research method used is quantitative research. In this study the population amounted to 75 people who are all BPS employees of West Sumatera. The results of this study is there is a significant relationship between the Work Environment (X1) and Employee Performance (Y), Improving the work environment will affect employee performance and there is a significant relationship between Individual Characteristics (X2) with Employee Performance (Y) Meaning the better the individual characteristics make the employee's performance will be higher.

Work environment is where the employees work or perform activities, work environment can bring positive and negative impact for employees in the effort to achieve the results of work, a conducive working environment will bring a good impact for the survival of employees at work, and vice versa Positive impact will can understand individual behaviors such as co-workers, superiors, or subordinates. Individual backgrounds can make individual traits or individual characteristics that bring individuals within an organization's environment, especially the work environment. There is the opinion that motivation is a process that explains the intensity, direction and persistence of an individual to achieve his goals. We know that motivation is the result of interaction between the individual and the situation (in this case the work environment). Good employee performance, reflected in the work environment and motivated good employees too. Performance is the work of quality and quantity achieved by an employee in performing their duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to employees concerned, and performance is the result achieved by employee according to the size applicable to the work in question.

Human resources (HR) is one of the most important factors that cannot be separated from an organization, both an institution or a company. The government in carrying out its duties and responsibilities are required to produce good performance. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment, work environment and work discipline on employee performance. The sample used in this study were 95 respondents who were in the Kerinci Regency BKPSDMD. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment and significant effect on employee performance, work environment influences and significantly affects employee performance, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment, work environment and work discipline jointly influences and significantly affects employee performance Kerinci Regency BKPSDMD.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja ter-hadap kinerja pegawai pada Pusat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Regional Makassar. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh (sensus) terhadap seluruh pegawai yang berjumlah 49 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PPSDM Regional Makassar.   This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the Makassar Regional Human Resources Development Center. The sampling method uses saturated sampling (census) of all 49 employees. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance PPSDM Regional Makassar.
