The Irapuato Higher Technological Institute has the "Itinerant Laboratory" program, a project that carries out various scientific dissemination activities that are offered to educational institutions in the state of Guanajuato; However, poor communication between Responsible led to various problems that prevented the provision of the services of this itinerant laboratory; In 2017, a total of 32 applications were made by primary and secondary schools, of which only 12 were met, due to the lack of organization and the time it took to complete the process. In order to mitigate these delays and increase the number of visits, it was decided to use IT by designing a web system through which educational institutions can request visits. The methodology followed for software development is based on the cascade life cycle; It culminated with a web system that manages the requests for visits as well as the existing recreational activities in addition to providing reports of attention and number of people benefited, resulting in an increase in requests received by 30% and attention to them with a 40% increase compared to the previous year.

In recent years, the Ministry of Public Education (SEP) has established new standards for the issuance of Digital Bachelor Degree Certificates titles by educational institutions and their registration with the Directorate General of Professions (DGP). Currently, the Technological Institute of the South of Guanajuato (ITSUR) through the academic body of Software Development under software engineering methodologies, is completing the first stage of developing an application to issue, sign and register digital bachelor degree certificates before the DGP. This application does not have any module that allows access to the student or general public interested in their validity. Therefore, it is required to develop new modules that require the student to follow up on the process, download the degree certificate and the graphic representation, as well as allow those employers or affected to verify the validity of a degree. The methodology to use will be iterative and incremental, to divide the project into iterations that generate increases in value and achieve stabilization in less time. This new version will have greater impact, as it may be distributed to other Technological Institutes that have implemented the Integral School Control System (SICE) owned by ITSUR and thus reduce the gap in the issuance of digital degree certificates.

SQL Server Reporting Services is a way to analyze data, create reports using the indicators and gauges. Indicators are minimal gauges that convey the state of a single data value at a glance, and most are used to represent the state of Key Performance Indicators. Manage and harmonize the performance of an institution's educational institutions, especially universities with the performance of individuals or resources, no doubt is one of the essential elements for the success of an entity of the institution. Integrate the performance of an educational institution with individual performance is not an easy process, and therefore required a systematic approach to manage it. Implementation of a strategic management system based Balanced Scorecard can be used as a performance measurement system that will continuously monitor the successful implementation of the strategy of any public educational institution and measure the performance of its resources in a comprehensive and balanced, not the quantity but the emphasis is more concerned with the quality, so the performance of educational institutions at any time can be known clearly. Contribution of Key Performance Indicators to manage and harmonize the performance of any public institution is a solution in providing information to realize the extent of work that has set targets, identify and monitor measures of success, of course, with performance indicators show a clear, specific and measurable.

With the enactment of the Education System Act no 20 of 2003 (better known as the Sisdiknas Act), the State has determined that educational institutions should have a legal umbrella in the form of a legal entity, or better known as the Legal Entity Education. As a non-profit organization, the Foundation is the right legal entity that becomes a place for educational institutions, especially private schools. Therefore, of course, Notary has a very crucial role in making notary deed in the form of establishment and deed of change, such as example how in making the right basic budget and not multi interpresatasi for stake holders in the foundation. Therefore, the role of function and authority of the organ of the foundation must be clearly stated in the articles of association, so as not to cause a dispute in the future.KEYWORDS: Notaries, Foundation, Organ Foundation,

The present article describes setup, configuration and usage of the key performance indicators (KPIs) of members of project teams involved into the software development life cycle. Key performance indicators are described for the full software development life cycle and imply the deep integration with both task tracking systems and project code management systems, as well as a software product quality testing system. To illustrate, we used the extremely popular products - Atlassian Jira (tracking development tasks and bugs tracking system) and git (code management system). The calculation of key performance indicators is given for a team of three developers, two testing engineers responsible for product quality, one designer, one system administrator, one product manager (responsible for setting business requirements) and one project manager. For the key members of the team, it is suggested to use one integral key performance indicator per the role / team member, which reflects the quality of the fulfillment of the corresponding role of the tasks. The model of performance indicators is inverse positive - the initial value of each of the indicators is zero and increases in the case of certain deviations from the standard performance of official duties inherent in a particular role. The calculation of the proposed key performance indicators can be fully automated (in particular, using Atlassian Jira and Atlassian Bitbucket (git) or any other systems, like Redmine, GitLab or TestLink), which eliminates the human factor and, after the automation, does not require any additional effort to calculate. Using such a tool as the key performance indicators allows project managers to completely eliminate bias, reduce the emotional component and provide objective data for the project manager. The described key performance indicators can be used to reduce the time required to resolve conflicts in the team, increase productivity and improve the quality of the software product.

Background: With the advancement in the field of software development, software poses threats and risks to customers’ data and privacy. Most of these threats are persistent because security is mostly considered as a feature or a non-functional requirement, not taken into account during the software development life cycle (SDLC). Introduction: In order to evaluate the security performance of a software system, it is necessary to integrate the security metrics during the SDLC. The appropriate security metrics adopted for each phase of SDLC aids in defining the security goals and objectives of the software as well as quantify the security in the software. Methods: This paper presents systematic review and catalog of security metrics that can be adopted during the distinguishable phases of SDLC, security metrics for vulnerability and risk assessment reported in the literature for secure development of software. The practices of these metrics enable software security experts to improve the security characteristics of the software being developed. The critical analysis of security metrics of each phase and their comparison are also discussed. Results: Security metrics obtained during the development processes help to improve the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of software. Hence, it is imperative to consider security during the development of the software, which can be done with the use of software security metrics. Conclusion: This paper reviews the various security metrics that are meditated in the copious phases during the progression of the SDLC in order to provide researchers and practitioners with substantial knowledge for adaptation and further security assessment.
