This article presents an excerpt of the author's collection of interactive tasks for students, created on the basis of the MACROMEDIA FLASH program. This collection is compiled on the basis of the State Mandatory standard of primary Education. The interactive collection is intended for employees of secondary schools, as well as for students of higher and secondary specialized educational institutions of the relevant specialties in order to teach children in primary classes English. The interactive collection of tasks can be used both in the main English classes and in optional ones. This interactive collection meets all modern requirements for teaching children and develops not only the communicative skills of children in English, but also the skills of using information technologies.

The Irapuato Higher Technological Institute has the "Itinerant Laboratory" program, a project that carries out various scientific dissemination activities that are offered to educational institutions in the state of Guanajuato; However, poor communication between Responsible led to various problems that prevented the provision of the services of this itinerant laboratory; In 2017, a total of 32 applications were made by primary and secondary schools, of which only 12 were met, due to the lack of organization and the time it took to complete the process. In order to mitigate these delays and increase the number of visits, it was decided to use IT by designing a web system through which educational institutions can request visits. The methodology followed for software development is based on the cascade life cycle; It culminated with a web system that manages the requests for visits as well as the existing recreational activities in addition to providing reports of attention and number of people benefited, resulting in an increase in requests received by 30% and attention to them with a 40% increase compared to the previous year.

Do we care about the security on the internet environment the way we do in the daily life safety of our children? In order to answer this question, this study aims to reveal what kind of education is provided at school about using secure internet. In accordance with this purpose, Information Technologies and Software Course textbooks at primary and secondary schools are examined applying document analysis method and analyzed by content analysis method. According to the findings, in the textbooks, the most frequently mentioned topics related to the use of secure internet are “protection of personal data”, “security measures that can be taken” and “digital footprint”; and the most frequently mentioned topics related to the ethic are “internet ethics” and “respect for others”. In this study on the use of secure internet, suggestions have been made about the precautions to be taken. The results are expected to provide information and resources to the researchers who work on secure internet use, educational institutions and teachers. The relevance of the study is due to the priority of the principles of continuity and prospects of modern education, compliance with which will ensure the holistic formation of personality during all years of study in educational institutions. Maintaining continuity with the preschool period of childhood, primary school ensures the further development of the child's personality, its physical, intellectual, social development; forms the value attitude to the state, native land, Ukrainian culture, health, ability to creative expression, critical thinking and more. Emphasis is placed on the need to synchronize the basic provisions of preschool and primary education, as bringing the content, forms and methods of formation of preschoolers' competencies in line with the requirements for personality set by the reform of the New Ukrainian School. The purpose of the article is to determine the main aspects of synchronization of preschool education with primary for the holistic formation of the child's competencies. In the process of scientific research methods of analysis, synthesis, generalization, systematization, inferences and comparisons were used to determine the main competencies and their synchronization with such normative documents as the Basic component of preschool education and the State standard of primary education. The competencies defined by the Basic component of preschool education and the State standard of primary education, built in accordance with the requirements of the Concept of the new Ukrainian school, have been synchronized. In the process of comparative analysis it was noted that each of the competencies of the Basic component of preschool education is defined by the competence in the State standard of primary school, which characterizes the continuity and prospects of preschool and primary education. Since the leading activity in preschool is play, the basic component is the formation of game competence, and in the primary school the educational process is built through play.

In the article, important tasks that should be performed in higher and secondary special educational institutions , as well as in secondary schools, in order to integrate the masterpieces of Uzbek national and classical music, as well as musical heritage of “Shashmakom” into the minds of young people, classes in the traditional style" teacher – in the process of using modern information technologies in the teaching of “traditional singing”, important tasks such as providing knowledge to students and students, developing their talents and abilities, educating the younger generation in the national spirit will be resolved. The education of a harmonious person, the formation of his spiritual world, the development of his attention to national values - in fact, should begin with the primary classes of secondary schools. The awakening of love in children to all genres, spheres of art is carried out from that time. Those in the primary classes are threeraydi a lot of students with such multifaceted abilities. The solution of these issues is based on the creative activity of the master artists, on the research conducted in the process of delivering classical music performing arts to fans and the results of the experiments obtained, the experiences of their introduction into the educational process are presented and the solution of the problems that are encountered is expressed.

The state of education in the country affects the lives of its people, their wellbeing and personal development. Today the role of education is quite different from the one in previous centuries. Preparation for life and work in a rapidly changing environment comes at the forefront.Education should focus on active, developing technologies, aimed on to development of logical thinking operations (analysis, synthesis, comparison, systematization, generalization, specification, etc.); ability to learn, to make decisions quickly, and to adapt to the conditions of life and labor.Education should be aimed to prospect development of the society. It means that educational institutions must use the latest information technologies. Creation of functional information environment is the main task of modern society. So, the main task is the computerization of educational institutions. Accordingly the teacher’s role in this process is changing. And therefore there is the urgent need of teacher accordance with the new requirements of society. One of the ways of elaboration of this question is the active use of information and communication technologies, which provide wide opportunities for development of professional competence of teachers.The article discusses the role of information and communication technologies in the modern educational process, the state of development of teachers’ skills of using ICT in the system of continuous pedagogical education, organizational and pedagogical conditions for the success of this process.

SQL Server Reporting Services is a way to analyze data, create reports using the indicators and gauges. Indicators are minimal gauges that convey the state of a single data value at a glance, and most are used to represent the state of Key Performance Indicators. Manage and harmonize the performance of an institution's educational institutions, especially universities with the performance of individuals or resources, no doubt is one of the essential elements for the success of an entity of the institution. Integrate the performance of an educational institution with individual performance is not an easy process, and therefore required a systematic approach to manage it. Implementation of a strategic management system based Balanced Scorecard can be used as a performance measurement system that will continuously monitor the successful implementation of the strategy of any public educational institution and measure the performance of its resources in a comprehensive and balanced, not the quantity but the emphasis is more concerned with the quality, so the performance of educational institutions at any time can be known clearly. Contribution of Key Performance Indicators to manage and harmonize the performance of any public institution is a solution in providing information to realize the extent of work that has set targets, identify and monitor measures of success, of course, with performance indicators show a clear, specific and measurable.
