The Covid-19 pandemic has a direct impact on the environment of society, both regarding aspects of knowledge and aspects of problem solving which are all trial and error or speculative on various things, as a result in the world of education it is also inseparable from various problems, so that not a few end up leading to conflicts or debate. This community service program (PKM) is aimed at SMA Muhammadiyah Pangandaran teachers with the aim of being able to help solve problems, especially those related to the Teaching and Learning Process in the form of networks (online) in the field of science learning. For this reason, it is necessary to have a technology device that can help teaching and learning activities, especially internet-based information technology applications, with the hope that the online teaching and learning process can take place as it should. and motivate teachers to teach. The results of this PKM activity are in the form of increased motivation or enthusiasm for teaching and additional insight into the use of Information Technology (IT) in carrying out the On Line-based Teaching and Learning Process. In conclusion, the PKM which was appointed under the title Science Learning Training Using Information Technology in the Covid-19 Pandemic Period provided an adequate contribution to 32 SMA Muhammadiyah Pangandaran teachers as training participants.

The COVID-19 pandemic led to an expansion and increase in the demand for online teaching and learning across the globe. Online teaching and learning is attracting a large number of students for enhanced learning experiences. However, there are many challenges and hindrances that pose a problem in the smooth learning. The impediments in the learning process are suppressing the advantages that may aid the learners with augmented learning sessions. The pandemic that has hit the world has forced us to do learning indirectly or is often referred to as online (Daring). Online teaching and learning process requires some adjustments both on the teacher's side and the student's side. One of the adjustments is the need to seek technology and adaptation using technology. The currently widely used technology is online meeting services, such as the Zoom Meeting application, Google Meet, Video Calling via the Massager application, or other similar applications. To adapt to the technology, teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah 01 Pekanbaru strongly desire to deepen ownership of the Zoom application as one of the media used for online learning. This training aims to provide an understanding and hands-on practice of using Zoom Meeting technology to increase learning effectiveness.

The Covid-19 pandemic has affected various sectors particularly the education sector. The decision by the Malaysian government to close down higher learning institutes and schools has forced educators and teachers to switch their teaching and learning techniques from face-to-face to completely online. This situation has pushed the lecturers from the General Studies Department, Sunway University, Malaysia to master not only the technological tools, but also the pedagogic aspect that drive the entire process, to ensure the teaching and learning process can be carried out properly. Within a short period of time, different methods and modalities were designed and experimented, yet little is known on how such abrupt and rapid modifications affect the overall quality. Considering the value of experiences and reflections, this study probes on the mediated experiences of GSD academics on online teaching and learning, whereby a qualitative-research design was leveraged in a plethora of collective reflections in using E-Learn. The findings revealed that E-Learn has a huge potential to be effectively employed for synchronous and asynchronous modalities due to its user-friendly features and tools within the capacity to disseminate information, structure virtual lessons, record students’ involvement, monitor reports and deploy both formative and summative assessments. This study concluded that the various features of E-Learn had tremendously assisted the GSD lecturers during the online teaching and learning process, and is deemed suitable be used as a platform or Learning Management System (LMS) for online teaching and learning activities.

This paper aims to reveal factors that affect the students' participation in a speaking online class. The subjects are the second and fourth semester students of English department, Language and Culture Faculty, UNTAG Semarang. The research was held during the even semester of the academic year 2020/2021. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. The data was based on the interview and the questionnaires filled by the students. Some technical issues came up in the online class such as internet connection which mostly became the hottest issue and also the device being used which was sometimes not compatible to the program used in the teaching and learning process. Those issues somehow have affected the online teaching and learning process. The other issues affected in online learning are students’ contribution and students’ condition. For those, it is hoped that the research will give a clearer explanation especially for the teachers who are struggling on teaching the online class and face a similar situation. The author's interest is to investigate the lecturers' attitudes towards online teaching in the learning process which is the teaching for the 21st-century learning process and to seek the relationship among lecturers’ attitudes, online teaching and learning process. The problem is many lecturers in Tangerang City area are afraid of using technology and some of them are stuttered and technology illiterate. The lecturers still prefer face to face learning in the class more campuses have provided Moodle as a platform of learning. With the circumstances of Coronavirus, the learning has moved to e-learning. In this research, the author used a mixed-method and the number of respondents was 104, data collection was obtained from questionnaires sent via Google Form and distributed through WhatsApp to the lecturers in Tangerang City area. Data is translated into frequency and regression linear. The result showed that 73 lecturers change them toward e-learning and remain 27 lectures had difficulty in teaching online and preferred traditional learning. Keywords: Lecturers' attitudes, online teaching, and learning process

In the field of education in China, a large number of learning management systems have been deployed, in which vast amounts of data on learners and learning processes have been stored. How can one make use of these data? How can one transform the data into information and knowledge that inform decision-making in teaching and optimize learning? These questions have become a matter of concern for educators and learners. Learning analytics helps to unlock the value of the learning process data, so that the data can become an important basis for prudent decisions and process optimization. 'Learning analytics' was listed in the 2013 NMC Horizon Report as one of the emerging technologies that will have a great impact on learning, teaching and innovative research in higher education in two to three years. The report notes that learning analytics aims to decipher trends and patterns in the teaching and learning process from educational big data. In this paper, an online course on the Moodle platform is used for the research. The study examines reflection on online teaching and learning based on massive records of the learning process from the perspective of a tutor employing learning analytics. It is a brand new form of reflection on teaching and learning. The analysis of interactive course forums can help tutors to focus on key teaching and learning activities, and achieve more accurate analysis than with conventional face-to-face teaching activities. The research indicates that learning analytics is effective in supporting tutor reflection on interactive online teaching and learning.

Abstract Various studies on the impact of online teaching and learning have shown the importance of a teacher’s presence in the classroom, in terms of the efficiency of conveying knowledge. With online teaching, students show that they still require their teacher’s involvement as well, demonstrating that his/her guidance and management of a class remains an important component of pedagogy. However, not all students decide to get equally involved in in-class activities, considering the issues that four groups of students in a university revealed during their online learning experience during the COVID-19 pandemic. Their need for better interaction with the teacher and their hesitancy to participate due to possible bullying, demonstrate that a teacher’s presence is necessary. The Peer-Review Approach and the Flipped Classroom Strategy were both helpful to the students as they were involved in activities under the teacher’s observation. The latter could check the students’ knowledge acquired before the start of the classes and monitor their learning process, which enhanced their feeling of self-confidence. As a result, the students could better concentrate and became more self-confident as they succeeded academically.

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed many aspects of life, one of which is education. The transformation and acceleration of education is a challenge that must be faced by the government and educational institutions. This article aims to find out how education policies during the COVID-19 pandemic are in accordance with Circular No. 4 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Education Policies in the Emergency Period for the Spread of Coronavirus Disease (covid-19) and various teaching media that can be used to support online teaching and learning activities. /on line. This study uses relevant literature review research methods and surveys of students and teachers in one school using a google form which is processed and interpreted as a result. The data taken in this study came from various sources and research results related to the investigated case, then the data was processed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, which is a way of processing data that is formulated in the form of words or sentences and data collection techniques using observation techniques. , interviews and documentation. Based on research, various teaching media are used such as youtube, educational platforms such as whatsapp, google classroom, google meet, zoom cloud meeting, the teacherscorner. net and others. The results of this study indicate that the use of teaching media and educational platforms may be an alternative solution in learning, for the sake of continuity of learning in every educational unit during the Covid-19 Pandemic.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, teaching and learning activities must be carried out online from home. The development of technology today really helps the online teaching and learning process, there are many tools / software that can be used. Tools / software commonly used in online teaching and learning activities are Ms. Word, Ms. Power Point, and Virtual Lab. Another impact of technological developments coupled with pandemic conditions has led to more interactions between humans being carried out online through internet intermediaries on cellphones or computers. Currently cellphones do not only function as a medium of communication, some work that was previously completed using a computer / laptop can now be completed using a smart phone. So that cellphones can be used for more positive activities and support the teaching and learning process, sharing is carried out with students through sharpening design creativity through mobile applications on smart phones. In this activity, students hone graphic design skills using the CANVA application to support the teaching and learning process. The enthusiasm of students is quite high, as evidenced by the work produced in the form of personal profile designs, extracurricular activities and logos. Students can practice well the material presented. The school welcomes this activity, and wants to form an extracurricular Graphic Design at SMA Dharma Wanita so that it becomes a forum for student creativity in graphic design.
