In digital world, people spend most of their time on social media. Social media has gone beyond being just an online communication platform. It has become a channel that users prefer to other online platforms, such as websites, blogs, forums to get information about various businesses, events, and individuals. With Industry 4.0, all devices are connected to online platform, smart devices get more place in daily life. Instead of accessing information through individual applications, consumers prefer to obtain information from the company's social media pages and/or the company's internal and external customers' shared content. The purpose of the chapter is to indicate the importance of social media use, for organizations to interact effectively with all stakeholders, and to explain the benefits of social media usage of organizations in terms of different functions with examples from best cases and results of empirical researches.

With the rapid changes in the information and communication technologies through Industry 4.0, managers and change agents are now able to unlock wholly new streams in communicating change to their stakeholders. Social media can be an important “vehicle” to facilitate better and faster change management, whereas data mining can provide some crucial insight about employee perception about change. The purpose of this chapter is to capture the reader's attention towards the relationship between change management and Industry 4.0 tools specifically: social media and data mining. For that purpose, three in-depth interviews with senior managers of a Turkish telecommunication and technology services provider were conducted. The results support the research questions partially but point out new variables (national culture and generation gap) to consider in the relationship between employee behaviors and social media usage as an internal communication tool. Lastly, this chapter aims to provide suggestions for further studies.

The forthcoming Industry 4.0 is expected to change not only manufacturing and industrial services, but will rearrange how services are offered in a variety of sectors, including museum's services. Museums will inevitably be led to more digital (VR & AR) and promoting (Social Media) paths. A forthcoming “digital convergence” between VR & AR technologies and social media's promoting logic could enlarge museums' potentialities in attracting more visitors, younger visitors, while new patterns for connecting learning effects and amusement should be established. This chapter contributes to the following: • Presenting existing theoretical and empirical research on Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality technological implementation in Museums. • Presenting current tensions on social media's usage from cultural organizations. • Exploring how VR & AR applications can incorporate various elements coming from social media operational logic.

Innovation of products continually, customization, and personalization are the strategies to gain sustainable competitive advantage for companies operating in Industry 4.0 era. Corporations tend to turn to the new social media for access to customer data. How much big data in terms of variety, veracity, velocity, and volume the corporation has determines its prediction architecture and hence customer satisfaction. This is reflected both in terms of inflecting revenues as well as investment from the venture capitalists (VCs), who then see great potential in the business, whether it be a start-up, an established organization, or its spin-off. This chapter explains this new management strategy for corporate sustainability through application of social media to acquire personal consumer and customer data. This is to devise customised products, personalize experience, and innovate for the two. The chapter takes exceptional growth story of BYJU's an educational technology company, as an example to elucidate the theory, concepts, and ideas discussed.

In the current age of IoT and Industry 4.0, vast amounts of big data are exchanged in the cloud, social media and among sensing devices, at times causing videos to go viral and proliferating fake news. Ultra high quality videos such as in the latest H.265/HEVC standard format have the capacity for data to be embedded in them for different security applications. Security for high quality videos is a concern in our current technological age where netizens often share videos with others through social media and video hosting sites like YouTube. In this paper, we focus on data hiding for H.265/ HEVC and perform detailed security analysis of a recent H. 265/HEVC data hiding scheme. Our security consideration includes the hiding properties of secrecy and undetectability, as well as the robustness security property of tamper resistance. We show specifically an attack against the robustness security of this data hiding scheme. We discuss reasons causing the insecurity against robustness and justify strategies to improve the scheme’s protection against these types of attacks
