An overview of publications related to selected topics is given. Their direct communication is described thanks to the only specialized magazine «Music» in Ukraine, national radio and television channel «Culture» and their placement on social networks. It has been determined that the media and communication play a special role of the image-maker and lobbyist in the formation of the management of academic musical art in Ukraine, that is, it is an effective means of PR and promotion of a high cultural product. Key words: media and communication, management, academic music, national culture, media product.

The current research was carried out to investigate the effects of iron source in the culture media for Vaccinium corymbosum L. ʻBluerayʼ, ʻDukeʼ, and ʻPatriotʼ cultivars grown on five different types of medium (Woody Plant Medium supplemented with 1.0 mg·L−1 zeatin and 0, 25, 50, 75, and 100 mg·L−1 Sequestrene 138). After 10 weeks of culture, seven physiological parameters were measured, such as the number and length of axillary shoots, rooting and acclimatization percentage, as well as chlorophyll (a, b, a/b) and carotenoid content of the leaves. Adding Sequestrene 138 to the culture media led to a slight decrease of the proliferation rate but increased the length of the shoots. The chlorophyll and carotenoid content in all of the three cultivars was considerably increased as the iron concentration of the media increased. The shoots developed on the Sequestrene 138–free medium were chlorotic and short, whereas at different concentrations of iron in the culture medium the shoots were dark green and vigorous, providing a greater acclimatization success than those grown in iron-free medium.

Uzbekistan is one of the most active countries in the migration process. In this process, she participates as a donor country. The problem of migrants is directly related to economic and political factors. However, the media, especially online publications, play a special role in shaping attitudes towards him. Analytical articles of Uzbek researchers and foreign publications on this topic were chosen as a theoretical basis for the work. The article discusses topical articles of leading online publications such as Kun.uz, Daryo.uz, Qalampir.uz Analysis and synthesis of the general research methodology were used as methodological tools. The article examines the attitude of Internet publications to this process, the degree of disclosure of this topic, the role of Internet publications and modern technologies in the process and coverage of this process. In addition to labor migrants, the issue of “brain drain” was also covered in online publications. The problem of “refugees” was not ignored either, and it seems that it has not been widely disseminated in Uzbek Internet publications. The publications are dedicated to Russian labor migrants, and the materials are full of sympathy for them. It was studied how the situation of labor migrants in a pandemic is reflected in Internet publications. Migration is mainly covered in the news genre, followed by interviews and analytical articles. According to the results of the article, Uzbek Internet publications have made significant progress in this area in recent years (3 years). It has become clear that they are taking a broader and more open approach to the problem of migration and are listening to the plight of migrants. However, it was also noted that the role of bloggers is different from that of online publications. If the problem of refugees in the European media began to attract more serious attention after the tragic death of Aylan Kurdi, in the Uzbek media the situation intensified after the tragedy in Aktobe.

Special attention of S. B. Krymsky devoted himself to the study of the phenomenon of sophianism and the problem of the second spiritual birth of man, as his involvement in certain existentials, among which the main ones are freedom, love and creativity. AbstractIn 2014, something happened that changed how the media report on court proceedings in South Africa. The Oscar Pistorius trial proceedings attracted much media attention. International journalists flocked into South Africa in droves. Our newspapers, our televisions, our radios, even our Facebook feeds were flooded with information. An entire twenty-four-hour television channel was created with the sole purpose of televising, and then discussing, the proceedings. Everything about the trial – the judge's rulings, the witnesses who gave evidence and especially the verdict – clogged social-media newsfeeds on laptops and other devices for months on end. This has changed irreversibly the manner in which the media and the justice system in South Africa converge. Through a focus on the debates in and out of the courtroom that the Pistorius trial generated, this paper explores the intersection between the judicial function, the media and the public. It was an important moment in post-apartheid South Africa, ushering in a new way of making and distributing judicial images to the public and thereby bringing into being new ways for the media and the public to access and assess the adjudicative role of judges.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to describe the role of the vaccine manufacturer in the global vaccine enterprise. Design/methodology/approach Narrative review. Findings Pharmaceutical companies involved in the vaccine enterprise play critical and often unrecognized roles in the global health management arena. In addition to the obvious role of vaccine production and distribution, companies are often involved in the identification of infectious agents for which vaccines may be of benefit, basic and applied research, process development, pre-clinical and clinical evaluations of vaccine candidates, as well as continuous post-licensure safety monitoring efforts. Vaccine manufacturers interact with health and regulatory agencies, academia and agencies interested in supporting cost-effective means of vaccine distribution to areas most in need of life-saving vaccines. Originality/value This review provides the reader with an understanding of the many roles of the manufacturer in the global vaccine enterprise.
