Relational database systems that exist until now are only able to handle data that is definite (crisp), deterministic and precise. In fact, in real conditions, vague data is often needed for the decision-making process. For decision making involving fuzzy variables based on crisp data in the database, you can use a query on the database system with the concept of fuzzification on the data. In every educational institution, especially universities, there are several types of scholarships given to students. To get a scholarship, students must meet all the requirements that have been set. This study discusses the application of the Fuzzy Tahani algorithm for the recommendation of Academic Achievement Improvement (PPA) scholarship recipients at Bumigora University, Mataram. Data for PPA scholarship recipients was used in 2014 with details of the number of registrants 64 people and recipients (quota) of 15 people. Every year the number of applicants for this scholarship is increasing, while the processing and selection process is still done semi-manually so that the expected results are less than optimal, especially in terms of transparency and distribution. There are several variables that must be calculated by PPA scholarship recipients, namely the value of the Grade Point Average (GPA), Parents' Income, Number of Dependent Parents and Number of Diplomas. From the results of trials conducted in this study, it can be seen that the system's accuracy level reaches a value of 73.3%. This value is obtained by comparing the results of the semi-manual selection of PPA scholarship recipients with the results of the PPA scholarship selection using a system that uses the Fuzzy Tahani Algorithm.

The selection of students who excel academically is a measure of the quality of education in an educational institution. In the implementation of education, student achievement becomes a measure of the success of education at the institution. Achievement is the result of hard work by following the rules given by a certain person or institution with certain criteria and conditions to determine if someone is eligible to be chosen as an award recipient. This research uses the Mamdani Fuzzy method or Fuzzy inference system and Sugeno Fuzzy, to design this decision-making system is to design the decision results from the rules compiled using Matlab software for testing. The South Aceh Polytechnic holds outstanding student elections every year, the selection of students with achievements that are carried out every year only focuses on the GPA value in academic achievement without looking at the determining factors which are more precise. In the research that will be conducted the selection must meet the eligibility criteria as a student who gets an award or as an outstanding student at the South Aceh Polytechnic involving variables in the form of Cumulative Achievement Index, Final Project value, Extracurricular, and Attendance. Research is expected to be a tool in the selection process for candidate participants who compete in the selection of outstanding students at the South Aceh Polytechnic so that relevant departments in universities can determine the eligibility of prospective students as award recipients as students with the best achievement scores by considering the appropriate determining factors. The expected output using the Mamdani and Sugeno fuzzy method can become an intellectual property system so that this system can be selected as a guideline by the South Aceh Polytechnic academic for determining outstanding students. The results of the research that have been obtained show that the level of truth is 86.82% for the Mamdani method while the implementation of Sugeno Fuzzy logic is obtained a level of truth of 71.88%

The paper discusses the basic requirements for hosting and updating information on the official website of the educational institutions in the information and communication space, which are the input parameters for the design of the structure and functionality of the site. The analysis of the input parameters on the examples of existing websites of universities are given. Structural and functional parameters for reducing the burden on the site administrator are defined. The example of the site of the educational institution «The Russian State University of Tourism and Service» is given.

Proses seleksi dalam menentukan penerima beasiswa masih mengalami kendala. bahwasanya dari tahun ke tahun terdapat kenaikan peminat siswa untuk mengikuti program PASCH begitu pula kuota untuk penerima beasiswa pun terbatas dan dari tahun ke tahun menurun karena kebijakan dari pemerintah jerman sendiri disebabkan di tanggung oleh pemerintah jerman, dan kemampuan kompotensi yang dimiliki dari setiap siswa sangat tipis, menjadi kendala dan hambatan yang terdapat dalam proses penyeleksian siswa mengakibatkan keraguan dalam pengambilan keputusan yang memungkinkan terjadi kesalahan keputusan yang kurang tepat. Oleh karena itu perlu menerapkan metode pengambilan keputusan berbasis komputer, untuk memperketat, memperkuat, meminimalisir kesalahan, serta proses seleksi menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Penerapan metode banyak digunakan untuk membantu menyelesaikan masalah seleksi calon penerima beasiswa, ada beberapa metode yang dapat di gunakan dalam menyelesaikan kasus penyeleksian/perangkingan beasiswa untuk berangkat ke jerman, salah satunya metode yang diterapkan adalah Weighted Product (WP).The selection process to determine the scholarship recipients are still having problems. that from year to year there is an increase interest of students to join the program Pasch so are quotas for scholarships is limited, and from year to year decline due to the policy of the German government itself is caused on the responsibility of the German government, and the ability of competency possessed of every student very thin , the constraints and obstacles contained in the student selection process led to doubts in the decision making that allows an error occurred less appropriate decisions. Therefore it is necessary to apply a computer-based decision-making methods, to tighten, strengthen, minimize errors, and the selection process becomes more effective and efficient. application of the method being used to help solve the problem of selection of the applicants, there are several methods that can be used in solving the case of the selection/perangkingan a scholarship to go to Germany, one of the methods applied are Weighted Product (WP).

Data processing in the determination of scholarships in SMK Madyatama to date still use a system that is still manual. Where the absence of a well-computerized system in determining the acceptance of scholarship which then led to the emergence of some problems in this manual system. The problem that often arises is not exactly the distribution of scholarships to students. Problems like this are triggered by the lack of scrutiny of the scholarship selectors in conducting the selection process of the scholarship recipients, which is basically the selection process conducted by teachers from the school itself. The decision-making system at SMK Madyatama will be made using TOPSIS method to determine the right scholarship recipient in accordance with the scholarship recipient criteria. With the decision support system of awarding scholarship recipients at SMK Madyatama Palembang based on this website can help and facilitate the school in evaluating the selection of scholarship receipt.

OLAP and multidimensional database technology have contributed significantly to speed up and build confidence in the effectiveness of methodologies based on the use of management indicators in decision-making, industry, production, and services. Although there are a wide variety of tools related to the OLAP approach, many implementations are performed in relational database systems (R-OLAP). So, all interrogation actions are performed through queries that must be reinterpreted in the SQL language. This translation has several consequences because SQL language is based on a mixture of relational algebra and tuple relational calculus, which conceptually responds to the logic of the relational data model, very different from the needs of the multidimensional databases. This paper presents a multidimensional query language that allows expressing multidimensional queries directly over ROLAP databases. The implementation of the multidimensional query language will be done through a middleware that is responsible for mapping the queries, hiding the translation to a layer of software not noticeable to the end-user. Currently, progress has been made in the definition of a language where through a key statement, called aggregate, it is possible to execute the typical multidimensional operators which represent an important part of the most frequent operations in this type of database.

For students, scholarships are important to ease the burden on parents, namely tuition fees.The large number of scholarship applicants is a challenge for FSM to be able to provide an appropriate, effective and efficient decision to manage data on scholarship recipients who are truly entitled to receive scholarships. Prospective scholarship recipients are selected based on the criteria determined by FSM.The criteria determined by the FSM are GPA (Grade Point Average), parent income, number of certificates, number of dependents of parents, semester, and electricity. The method applied to select 170 PPA scholarship recipients (Academic Achievement Improvement) is FSAW (Fuzzy Simple Additive Weighting) and FTOPSIS (Fuzzy Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) with entropy weighting. This entropy weighting does                                             a combination of the initial weight that has been determined by FSM and the calculation weight. This research was conducted with the help of MATLAB (Matrix Laboratory)  GUI (Graphical User Interface) as a computing tool. With the MATLAB GUI system built, it can simplify and speed up the selection process. FSAW and FTOPSIS calculation results are 96% the same, while FSAW with FSM is only 39% the same and FTOPSIS with FSM is only 42% the same.The FSAW and FTOPSIS methods are better used than the determination of the FSM, because the results of the FSM are not appropriate.FSM selects manually by looking at files collected by registrants. Keywords:Scholarship, FSAW, FTOPSIS, Entropy, GUI

Rumah zakat is one of the agencies that provide assistance or scholarship for school students in Batam city, for this process, there is no special way or mathematical calculations used this process for Rumah zakat, thus allowing the scholarship is not right on targetMamdani fuzzy logic is fuzzy logic by using a function, Mamdani method can be implemented in the decision-making, as do determine the selection of scholarship recipients, by implementing fuzzy logic for the selection process for the scholarship recipients, then the results obtained will be more precisely targeted, because the process is generated based on calculation mathematically.

The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has forced the economic activity of the Indonesian population to decline drastically, which has an impact on the education funding process. Given these problems, it is necessary to develop a Decision-Making System to assist the selection process for KIP admissions for students who meet the requirements. The purpose of this research is that the provision of KIP can be right on target. For decision making, three stages are used with the method used, the first stage is the C-45 method for student priority decision making, the second stage is the Fuzzy MADM method, and the third stage is ranking according to the total quota. which is determined. The initial selection used the C-45 method with the variables of GPA, parents' income, achievements, parental dependents, and cases. The results of the C4.5 calculation show that the first priority is parental dependents with a Gain value of 0.007822696, followed by a GPA with a Gain value of -0.130011482, the third priority is Parents' Income with a Gain value of -0.702657067 and the last priority is an achievement. The results of the calculation are continued with Fuzzy MADM resulting in 5 rules used to determine student priorities (can) or not. The results achieved from 140 students who applied were accepted by 135 students who passed the initial stage, and out of 135 rankings, 70 students were determined to receive scholarships from the Government with the highest calculation score of 21 and the lowest of 14.4.

 Interests and number of STMIK Balikpapan new student enrollments are increasing every year. The balance of the ratio of lecturers to students is one of the most important components in improving the quality and teaching and learning process of a university. Avoiding shortages in the number of lecturers can be realized by providing scholarship programs to alumni and teaching assistants. This study aims to build a multi criteria decision making application that can assist the Head of HRD in the process of receiving scholarships to advanced and effective study lecturers. The multi criteria decision making application developed in this study uses the SAW method. The implementation of the SAW method includes the process of evaluating the weighting of criteria, evaluating alternative weights, the matrix process, the results of decision making preferences, resulting in the weighting and ranking of each alternative candidate for the scholarship recipient. The results of the evaluation of multi-criteria application decision making in the study are expected to produce modeling with a high degree of accuracy. The results of the analysis carried out can provide alternative recommendations for prospective scholarship recipients to advanced study lecturers in STMIK Balikpapan.

This article discusses the application of methods to enhance the knowledge of experts to build a decision-making model based on the processing of physical data on the real state of the environment. Environmental parameters determine its ecological state. To carry out research in the field of expert assessment of environmental conditions, the analysis of known works in this field is carried out. The results of the analysis made it possible to justify the relevance of the application of analytical, stochastic models and models based on methods of enhancing the knowledge of experts — experts. It is concluded that the results of using analytical and stochastic objects are inaccurate, due to the complexity and poor mathematical description of the objects. The relevance of developing information support for an expert assessment of environmental conditions is substantiated. The difference of this article is that based on the analysis of the application of expert methods for assessing the state of the environment, a fuzzy logic adoption model and information support for assessing the environmental state of the environment are proposed. The formalization of the parameters of decision-making models using linguistic and fuzzy variables is considered. The use of information support for environment state assessment is shown on the example of experts assessing of the land desertification stage.
