Data processing in the determination of scholarships in SMK Madyatama to date still use a system that is still manual. Where the absence of a well-computerized system in determining the acceptance of scholarship which then led to the emergence of some problems in this manual system. The problem that often arises is not exactly the distribution of scholarships to students. Problems like this are triggered by the lack of scrutiny of the scholarship selectors in conducting the selection process of the scholarship recipients, which is basically the selection process conducted by teachers from the school itself. The decision-making system at SMK Madyatama will be made using TOPSIS method to determine the right scholarship recipient in accordance with the scholarship recipient criteria. With the decision support system of awarding scholarship recipients at SMK Madyatama Palembang based on this website can help and facilitate the school in evaluating the selection of scholarship receipt.

Grand Sirao Hotel is a hotel that stands in the middle of Medan City, located on Jl. Semarang. Grand Sirao Hotel is an attractive hotel in the sector of cooperation in certain fields, but in this hotel it often happens in cooperation with outside companies. One of the problems that often occurs at the Grand Sirao Hotel is the constrained stock of goods needed for guests staying at the hotel, items that are often constrained which are usually in the form of sandals and toiletries that are in short supply. This problem often arises because of the many other factors between companies related to hotel owners themselves, debates that often arise from hotel owner claims include quality of goods that are sometimes incompatible with reservations and need to be taken into account, inventory can be exhausted, prices always go up because of skyrocketing market prices and other problems. This collaboration problem arises due to lack of success in determining partnerships with related companies that are not appropriate and in company selection is also still manual and there are appropriate systems and criteria. Therefore a decision support system is needed in the selection of partners upon the proposed approval. One solution to this problem that is right is to make a decision system in the decision of the company's business partners so that the determination of cooperation in accordance with the right requirements. By using a Decision Support System (SPK) is expected to help the company in making decisions made by the right company partners in increasing the efficiency of the decision. PSI (Index Selection Preference Method) is a method for solving multi-decision making (MCDM) decisions. In the proposed method it is not necessary to submit among the attributes. There are no attributes required in computing that are involved in decision making. It is hoped that by using the PSI (Index Selection Preference) Method, it is necessary to establish a decision support system which can assist in the selection of corporate cooperation partners at the Grand Sirao Hotel.Keywords: Determination of Cooperation Partners, Decision Support System, PSI (Index Selection Preference)

The purpose of this research is to build a decision support system that can be used by schools in the selection of scholarship recipients, which requires completion, as decision support with multicriteria is the VIKOR method. The basic concept of the VIKOR method is to determine the ranking of the existing samples. This study aims to apply the VIKOR method to the selection of scholarship recipients that can be used to assist the student section in determining the recommendation for scholarship acceptance at SMK TPI AL-HASANNAH Pematang Bandar by considering various predetermined criteria. The criteria used in this study are value, parent's income, parent's dependents, number of siblings. The results show that the VIKOR method can be used to assist the selection process and determine the right scholarship recipient. In the VIKOR method, each weight given shows the same results, so that it can be used as a compromise solution in dealing with multicriteria problems.

Private companies, government agencies and educational institutions are still experiencing difficulties in selecting employees / employees who are in accordance with their needs and experts in their respective fields. With the increasing number of workers who have different abilities, recruiting new employees requires selection of prospective employees at Ekasakti University, because if this is done manually, it will make it difficult for the staff to receive and also be prone to mistakes in decision making. The decision making system method (Decisions Support System) can be used to help the selection of new employee recipients with the AHP Method. Selection of new employee admissions by the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method can help solve the case of selecting employee recruitment. The model of applying dynamic logic applied in the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) has the advantage that the selection process provides very flexible results

Proses seleksi beasiswa bidikmisi secara manual, mulai dari pengajuan formulir sampai penetuan mahasiswa penerima beasiswa semua dikerjakan secara manual sehingga pada proses pemberian bantuan pendidikan kepada mahasiswa terkdang tidak objektif karena banyaknya minat mahasiswa dari tahun ke tahun yang mengajukan permohonan beasiswa bidikmisi, keterbatasan waktu yang dimiliki kerap menyulitkan tim dalam menentukan mahasiswa yang tepat untuk menerima beasiswa. Diperlukan sebuah SPK yang dapat mempermudah pekerjaan tim dan dapat membantu memperoleh penerima beasiswa secara objektif. Sistem pendukung keputusan yang diusulkan dengan menggunakan metode profile matching dengan mempertimbangkan beberapa kriteria seperti potensi akademik, ekonomi keluarga, jumlah tanggungan orang tua, kelengkapan berkas, dan transportasi ke kampus. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan dan berdasarkan data yang dimasukkan pada sistem jika nilai core factor (CF) sebesar 65% dan secondary factor sebesar 35%, maka dari data yang ada terdapat lima orang yang berhak memperoleh beasiswa menurut rangking satu sampai lima yaitu M03, M09, M06, M07, dan M08. Dari pengujian yang dilakukan sebanyak 84% responden menjawab positif terhadap hasil sistem pendukung keputusan karena dapat membantu mereka untuk menjalakan tugas dan tanggungjawab sebagai tim seleksi. Kata kunci— Profile_Matching; Beasiswa; SPK; BidikmisiThe manual selection process for Bidikmisi scholarships, starting from submitting forms to determining scholarship recipients, is all done manually so that the process of providing educational assistance to students is sometimes not objective because of the high interest of students who apply for Bidikmisi scholarships from year to year. makes it difficult for the team to determine the right student to receive the scholarship. A DSS is needed that can facilitate the team and can help objectively obtain scholarship recipients. The proposed decision support system uses the profile matching method by considering several criteria such as academic potential, family economy, number of dependents of parents, completeness of files, and transportation to campus. This research produces a decision support system and based on the data entered in the system if the core factor (CF) value is 65% and the secondary factor is 35%, then from the existing data, five people are entitled to receive scholarships according to rank one to five, namely M03, M09, M06, M07, and M08. From the tests carried out, 84% of respondents answered positively to the results of the decision support system because it can help them carry out their duties and responsibilities as a selection team.Keywords— Profile Matching; scholarships; DSS; Bidikmisi

The scholarship selection process of Politeknik Negeri Samarinda are constraints on the decision-making process. This is because there is no objective method to determine quickly and precisely. To assist in the determination of the set someone worthy scholarship in this study will be design DSS (Decision Support System) with model of Multi-Criteria Decision Making. The method used is the method Profile Matching. Profile Matching methods have been able to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives, in this case meant that alternatives are eligible to receive scholarships based on the criteria specified. Research carried out by finding the weights for each sub-aspect, then carried ranking process that will determine the optimal alternative, the best students will be considered by decisionmakersto get a scholarship. Proses seleksi beasiswa di Politeknik Negeri Samarinda banyak terdapat kendala pada proses pengambilan keputusan. Hal ini dikarenakan belum ada metode objektif yang dapat memutuskan dengan cepat dan tepat. Untuk membantu penentuan dalam menetapkan seseorang yang layak menerima beasiswa maka dalam penelitian ini akan didesainkan DSS (Decision Support System) dengan model Multi Criteria Decision Making. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Profile Matching. Metode Profile Matching dipilih karena mampu menyeleksi alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif, dalam hal ini alternatif yang dimaksudkan yaitu yang berhak menerima beasiswa berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang ditentukan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap sub aspek, kemudian dilakukan proses perankingan yang akan menentukan alternatif yang optimal, yaitu mahasiswa terbaik yang akan dipertimbangkan oleh pengambil keputusan untuk mendapatkan beasiswa.

The selection of the best employees is one of the process of evaluating how well the performance of the employees is adjusted to the standards set by the company and usually done by top management such as General Manager or Director. In general, the selection of the best employees is still perform manually with many criteria and alternatives, and this usually make it difficult top managerial making decisions as well as the selection of the best employees periodically into a long and complicated process. Therefore, it is necessary to build a decision support system that can help facilitate the decision maker in determining the best choice based on standard criteria, faster, and more objective. In this research, the computational method of decision-making system used is Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The criteria used in the selection of the best employees are: job responsibilities, work discipline, work quality, and behaviour. The final result of the global priority value of the best employee candidates is used as the best employee selection decision making tool by top management.

Untuk  menentukan penyerang ideal dalam sepak bola agar sesuai karakter dan kriteria yang diharapkan,  diperlukan  pelatih  yang  mempunyai naluri  tajam  dan  juga  sistem  yang  bisa membantu pelatih dalam memberikan pilihan. Biasanya dalam proses penentuan pemain masih dilakukan  secara  manual dengan melihat dari karakter dan kriteria dari pemain tersebut. Tetapi terkadang hanya dengan melihat dari karakter dan kriteria dari pemain tersebut saja masih kurang cukup sehingga jauh dari apa yang diharapkan. Untuk  mempermudah dalam pemilihan penyerang ideal, maka diperlukan suatu sistem yang dapat membantu pelatih untuk  memilih penyerang yang dibutuhkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan tim yaitu dengan menggunakan teknik K-Means Clustering dalam metode data mining sebagai proses dalam menyeleksi pemain untuk bergabung  dalam  suatu  tim  dan  juga  didukung  dengan  metode  Sistem  Pendukung Keputusan (Decision Support Systems) The Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) sebagai proses dalam menentukan penyerang yang akan bermain sebagai pemain utama dalam tim yang menggunakan beberapa kriteria untuk  memilih pemain yang tepat. Dengan hasil penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat membantu pelatih dalam proses seleksi pemain dan dapat mengubah cara penilaian terhadap sifat subjektif agar lebih obyektif dalam pengambilan keputusan. Kata Kunci :Data Mining, K-Means Clustering, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan To  determine  the  ideal  attacker  in football to match the expected character and criteria, a  coach who has a sharp instinct and a system that can assist the coach in providing choices. Usually  in  the  process  of  determining  the  player  is  still  done  manually  by  look ing  at  the characters  and  criteria  of  the  player.  But  sometimes just by look ing at the characters and criteria of the player is still not enough so far from what is expected. To facilitate the selection of ideal attackers, a system that can help the trainer to select the attacker needed according to the needs of the team is by using K-Means Clustering technique in the method of data mining as a process in selecting players to join a team and also supported by Decision Support Systems method The Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) is the process of determining which attack er will play as a major player in the team using multiple criteria to select the right player. With the results of this study, it is expected to assist trainers in the selection process of players and can change the way the assessment of the subjective nature to be more objective in decision making. Making the right decision is very important in a management, wrong decision making can be fatal for both companies and individuals Through the Education Office the government seeks to allocate funds to provide scholarships to students who are economically unable to finance their education and provide scholarships to students who have achievements. In order for the implementation of scholarships to be achieved, it must be in accordance with the principle of 3T, namely On target, Right amount and On time. The provision of tuition fee assistance in the form of scholarships is also given to students in universities. Scholarships are given to students who excel and are underprivileged. The selection of scholarship recipients so far is not maximal because of the assessment that seems to favor one student so that students who really deserve it become unable to get. In this research using Weighted Products method to conduct the assessment process and the process implemented into a system, it is expected that with the system of decision-makers can choose students who really deserve. The results showed that Mahasiswa 4 was selected as a scholarship student with a score of 0.237

SMAN 10 Padang is one of the leading schools in the city of Padang State School which has two majors, namely Science (Science Knowledge) and Social Sciences (Social Sciences). A distinctive feature of this school is one of the international standard pilot schools (RSBI) by implementing bilingual and accelerating classes. On average students lack understanding in the selection of majors according to their abilities. Many people fail in the way they have found. To facilitate the determination of majors, a Decision Making System (SPK) is needed to find criteria. In SPK there are several methods in searching criteria, which are usually used by SAW with MFED. Based on the research carried out, by comparing the two methods, the data are grouped into three criteria, namely the value of the Natural Sciences National Examination, Psychology tests, and Interests. The results of this study show about MFEP method take a high accuration between SAW. An accuration of SAW have 38.3 % and MFEP have 70.5%.

The selection process of the field of the interest of students majoring in Informatics Engineering at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang at this time is still manually that is choosing to accord to the wishes of the students themselves, so that it is sometimes not in accordance with the values obtained. Therefore, a new method is needed, namely the Decision Making System for the selection process of interest. The method for overcoming this problem uses the TOPSIS method, where the TOPSIS method has a concept if the chosen alternative is the best alternative by considering various criteria. The research methods used include data collection methods and system development methods. The design of this application was made using UML, for the program using the PHP programming language, and for the database using the MySQL database program. Interest Decision Support System in the Department of Informatics has been successfully created with the TOPSIS method that has been implemented in the make decision support systems. In this decision support system, the accuracy value using the TOPSIS method is 67%, the recall value is 86%, the precision value is 86% and the f-measure is 86%.
