The analyzed water is highly polluted as shown by the following chemical indicators, which reported results higher than the Maximum Allowable Concentration: Fe concentration is 24 times higher than standard, Cu is 5 times higher, Mn is 6 times higher, Al is 366 times higher, Hg is 3 times higher, Zn is 4 times higher, NO2 is 2.5 times higher, hydrocarbon pollution is 2.8 times higher, NH4 is 1.9 times higher. Therefore, it is necessary to immediately develop effective methods for monitoring the state of the watercourse, both economic and energetic. To save the sustainable development of the natural system.

One of the most significant problems in modern society is related to the sustainable development of the economy in the conditions of market transformations. An alarming finding are the negative trends in the development of agriculture - priority export of unprocessed agricultural products, low gross fixed capital formation, presence of weak horizontal and vertical links in the food chain, weak investment and innovation activity and many more. etc. The construction of logistics models and the formation of logistics chains in agriculture is a market reaction of business to added value and a tool for sustainable development of both agribusiness and rural areas in Bulgaria.

Abstract The necessity to protect natural resources in accordance with the idea of sustainable development is an indisputable issue. Not only the industrial sector organizations, but those of the public sector as well must join this process. The Eco-Management and Audit Scheme can play an important role in this respect. 3.7 thousand organizations have already registered in the EU EMAS register, including, unfortunately, only 71 from Poland, of which almost 40% from the public sector. The author tries to set out the benefits, resulting for the public sector organizations from the implementation of the scheme, but also the barriers and weaknesses of the system, which makes it not very popular in Poland. The results of the author’s own research carried out in 2016 among representatives of EMAS system, inter alia, of public sector organizations in Poland were used for this purpose.
