On March 8, 2020, the first Covid-19 case was registered in Bangladesh, and the first death occurred on March 18, 2020. Still, the positive corona patients including banking employees are rising around and many negative thoughts are also increasing day by day in mind. These circumstances make the employees worried. Consequently, this paper's fundamental objective is to find out the psychological status of private commercial bank employees during COVID-19. Using a random sampling technique and a questionnaire through "Google Form" the data was gathered from 151 employees. For the completion of the data analysis procedures, the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS-22 Version) was used. The major findings showed a maximum of 91% of employees felt nervous when s (he) hears someone died from COVID-19. In addition, 83% of employees are always fear of COVID-19 infection, 81% of employees are fear when they hear someone got tested positive for COVID-19. Besides, 49% of bank employees cannot concentrate on their regular activities while 40% of employees are stressed to lose their current job due to COVID-19. The policy-making authorities of private commercial banks in Bangladesh will get an opportunity to know the employees' psychological status during COVID-19. They can also make some necessary measures (based on our recommendations) to overcome these challenges.

Uttarakhand government has made a good effort towards covering rural areas in meeting basic water requirements. There are various natural water sources such as spring, river, glacier, groundwater, well etc which play a significant role in the supply of water in the villages of Uttarakhand state. The fundamental objective of this research paper is to study the basic water facility in the villages of Uttarakhand state. For this purpose, the piped water supply (PWS) and functional household tap connection (FHTC) are analyzed. There are total 16919 villages in the study area. Out of the total villages, 16568 villages have PWS facility and about 47% households are connected with PWS facility. There are about 38% villages have more than 70% FHTC coverage. The study reveals that unbalanced development of FHTC and PWS facility among the different districts, i.e., some districts such as U.S. Nagar, Champawat, Almora, Haridwar etc have poor development of FHTC and PWS facility whereas some districts such as Dehradun, Chamoli, Bageshwar etc have good facility. The study suggests that all the villages and households should be covered equally under PWS and FHTC facilities to ensure basic water security.

Abstract Behavior of multistory structures during solid seismic tremor relies on the underlying configurations.Irregularities are not avoidable in development of structures in light of the fact that the space accessible for building the structures are restricted consequently the structure with irregularity is built up more, because of these abnormalities in the structure damages are more during earthquake. The effect of lateral load as wind/Earthquakes influences the performance of these constructions significantly. For the stability against seismic forces of multi-celebrated structure, there is need to investigation of seismic examination to plan earthquake opposition structures. It was tracked down that principle reason for failure of RC building is due to irregular circulations of load, plan of the structures, strength, stiffness. In this paper the correlation of seismic behavior of G+15 story structures having plan irregularities was finished utilizing ETAB programming. For this reason different multi-storey structure plans are viewed as that are regular plan without shear wall, regular plan with shear wall, L shape without shear wall, L shape with shear wall, irregular plan of C shape without shear wall, irregular plan of C shape with shear wall structures. For the correlation, boundaries taken are displacement, story float and storey shear. Every one of the six structures was dissected for zone V. The fundamental objective is to contemplate the behavior of both symmetric and Asymmetric structures during seismic tremor having abnormalities in plan but the plan area is same. The another aim of the study is to examine the taken boundaries like storey shear, storey displacements, Maximum storey float of all structures that are build in this paper during seismic tremor and also to study the impact of shear wall on the behavior of different structures.

A fundamental objective of modern zoos is promoting pro-environmental behaviors. This study experimentally assessed whether zoo rangers (staff employed to engage visitors) can promote sustainable palm oil use, with rangers either ‘present’ or ‘absent’ in the campaign space. Questionnaires assessing awareness, knowledge and purchasing intentions were completed by 1032 visitors. Two analyses were conducted: 1) comparing the impact of ranger presence versus absence (to assess the overall impact of the having rangers present regardless of whether they talked to visitors); and 2) comparing the impact of talking to a ranger against demographically-matched individuals visiting when rangers were absent (to assess the specific impact of talking to a ranger). Visitors who talked to rangers were more aware of palm oil, had more knowledge and greater intentions of purchasing sustainable palm oil. However, as only one-quarter of visitors talked to a ranger, fewer differences were found comparing ranger presence versus absence. These findings suggest that rangers can be instrumental in communicating complex conservation issues and delivering zoo-based behavior change campaigns, but their impact is limited by low engagement rates.

The Analytic Network Process (ANP) is a well-known multi-criteria decision method that allows the relationships between its elements to be incorporated into the model. The large number of questions to be answered is one of the main drawbacks of the method, since it is time consuming for decision makers and experts who participate in the decision process. A recent DEMATEL-based ANP proposal can significantly reduce the number and the complexity of questions. This proposal was simply exposed and lacked an experimental test with real cases. The fundamental objective of this work is to answer the question: Does it work? In this work, this new proposal is applied to 45 ANP cases published in the literature. Variants to the verified proposal have also been identified. The results obtained show that the values of the priorities and the ranks obtained with this new proposal are very similar to the results obtained with the ANP, reducing the number of questions required by 42% on average. Additionally, in this work you can find the compilation of the 45 ANP weighted supermatrices to use in your investigations.

The following text aims to pose the question provoked by the of discrepancy between infancy as defined in the work of Jean-Francois Lyotard and childhood per se, and to do so in the epochal context of an educational temporality governed by the attributes of acceleration, “profitable,” knowledge, cognitivism, rampant inequalities, an ethos of “success” at any cost, a univocal relationship between knowledge and utilitarianism, and a severe conflict between egalitarian organization and experience and the demand for performance. The loss of infancy in childhood is perhaps the loss of infancy in humanity, depriving it of free time, the possibility of fiction, creation, play, and art. The question that permeates the article is, what does it mean to listen to the voices of infancy in childhood? What is being articulated there? How might we appreciate those voices as a starting point for the reinvention of a different form of education? Our fundamental objective is to construct a politics and a poetics of time that, in their aesthetic and ethical expression, indicate the possibility of a different educational journey for children and childhood, based on the sense of the existence of a time for which it is never too late.
