This paper is a comparative analysis of PHP programming frameworks - Symfony and Laravel. The analysis was conducted on two test applications prepared for this purpose, based on the latest versions of the following technologies: Symfony 5.2 and Laravel 8. Both applications, being simple auction systems, have the same set of functionalities. They were compared in terms of selected criteria. Their implementation process, software metrics, performance and amount of community support were compared. Apache jMeter was used for performance testing. With its help, tests of several operations on databases were performed. The operations were as follows: adding auctions, retrieving auction details, editing, deleting auctions, bidding on an auction and simultaneous closing 1,000 auctions. The test results for the selected criteria were significantly better for the Laravel framework based application.

Subject. This article discusses the peculiarities of organizing and conducting audit by municipal control and accounts bodies and issues of cooperation between regional and municipal executors of national projects. Objectives. The article aims to identify the main characteristics of audit of the municipal component of national projects. Methods. For the study, we used the methods of comparative analysis, generalization, synthesis, classification, and grouping. Results. The article compares the terms of Control, Audit, and Monitoring, and presents an audit system model to implement the municipal component of national projects, describing individual steps and features of the implementation process. Conclusions. The problems identified in the implementation of the municipal component of national projects are related to the lack of strict centralization of this process and the usage of different mechanisms for the implementation of national projects at the municipal level.

Students’ physical quality “jumping" in non-physical education university is discussed in the article. Complementary characteristics of "jumping ability" described by scientists in different years are given and literary sources of scientists on this problem are analyzed. The article provides the results of practical research based on the Abalakov’s test for measuring jumping ability among students at elective physical culture lessons and a comparative analysis of the test results is presented. Sport that shows the highest jumping ability as an important component of harmony in human motor actions is revealed. Activities at University sports clubs are recommended.

Abstract Based on the principle of benefiting the durability of concrete, machined sand is used to configure C40 flow concrete, and the engineering application environment and economy are considered. In this paper, the author through the flow state concrete mix ratio design, give the raw material dosage, concrete mixing, finally combined with the workability measurement method, five groups of concrete mix performance testing. According to the test results, the influence of mineral admixture and water reducing agent on the workability of concrete mixture is studied and analyzed, and the reasonable admixture dosage and water reducing rate of water reducing agent and its admixture dosage are finally given.

This publication presents the results of a comparative analysis of Java and Kotlin programming languages used to create mobile applications for system Android. The analysis covers performance aspects such as CPU load, RAM load, as well as the compilation and execution times. Aspects such as code structure, availability of libraries, supported databases, popularity and community support were taken under consolidation.

The goal of the article is to choose the most efficient user interface creation tools possible for Spring. The study compares 4 selected view technologies: JSP,  Thymeleaf, Wicket and Angular. Time and memory performance tests were carried out using Rest API in Spring. Test results allowed to identify the best solutions.

The article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of educational motivation and professional identity of Russian and Indian students studying in Russia and intending to continue their studies in the magistracy. The use of a comparative analysis based on the test results for two samples, a questionnaire survey, showed the predominance of internal learning motivation and a higher level of professional identity of Indian students compared to students from Russia. The factors influencing the results of measuring educational motivation are indicated. General recommendations on the formation of optimal educational motivation and professional identity of future masters are given.

Testing of asphalt concrete samples was conducted by using the asphalt pavement analyzer test, the Superpave® shear tester (SST) frequency sweep test, and the SST repeat shear at constant height test to determine the rutting susceptibility that might be expected from samples that have different levels of segregation. Previous research had divided segregation into four levels: none, light, medium, and high. Test results suggest that samples with different segregation levels might show similar rutting susceptibility. Therefore, performance-related models were established in which segregation was divided into three levels: good, fair, and unacceptable. The performance-related models were applied to field data, and examination indicates that the modified models are capable of assessing segregation in field projects. Examination also found that fine segregation was present. Fine segregation can be predicted by extrapolating the developed model from the coarse part to the fine part. However, more data should be investigated to develop acceptable criteria for fine segregation. A methodology was developed to improve pavement quality by controlling aggregate segregation and poor compaction in placed mats. With the models and the proposed methodology, realistic construction uniformity could be assessed by agencies and contractors, which is the first step in obtaining pavements with high performance and longer service life.

Abstract This paper presents a novel test bed devised for the testing of various types of next generation robot actuators, especially modular actuators. Requirements for actuator tests are different from motor testing because actuators for robotic application are highly unique and specialized devices with numerous parameters and conditions to be considered. To meet the high demand of a particular application, the actuator must be carefully tested using highly advanced measurement equipment. The first section introduces the 4-test bed suite for the evaluation environment of modern actuators with their purposes and measurement parameters. General information on the performance testing of actuators is also given. The hardware and software environment of the Actuator Endurance and Reliability Test Bed (AERTB) is then described in depth. Preliminary tests have been done to verify and check the proper operation of the test bed. Test results show that the developed test bed offers excellent testing capability of robot actuators with ease of use.
