PENGARUH PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH (PAD), DANA ALOKASI UMUM (DAU), DAN DANA ALOKASI KHUSUS (DAK) PADA PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI DAERAH PROVINSI SULAWESI UTARA

This study aims to examine the effect of original income, general allocation funds and special allocation funds to regional economic growth in North Sulawesi Province. This research was conducted for three months starting from October until December 2017 in North Sulawesi Province. In this study the data used are secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of North Sulawesi Province. The data is processed using descriptive analysis research method and presented in tabular form. The resulting data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression. The result of the research shows that the local revenue (PAD) significantly influences economic growth, but negatively impacts the economic growth in north Sulawesi, the general allocation fund (DAU) has a significant effect and has a positive effect on economic growth in North Sulawesi Province and The Special Allocation Fund (DAK), shows that there is no significant effect on economic growth in the Province of North Sulawesi.

This study aimed to analyze the influence of regional revenue, capital expenditures, labor and small and medium enterprises towards the regional economic growth in the Regencies in Sulawesi Island. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency. Based on the results of the panel data analysis using EViews 8.0 program processing tools, the results indicate that in partial local revenue, capital expenditures, labor, small and medium enterprises have significant positive effect on regional economic growth in the Regency/City of the island of Sulawesi. Another conclusion of the results in this research are feasible estimated regression model is used to explain the economic growth of the Regency/City of the island of Sulawesi.

The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the influence of the local revenue, the balance fund, the capital expenditure and the private investment on economic growth. This research is an exploratory study conducted on 19 regency/city government in West Sumatera Province. Data analysis techniques are descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, and panel data regression analysis. The results of this study found that: 1) The local revenue of the region has no significant effect on economic growth, 2) the Balance fund has a significant positive impact on economic growth, 3) the Capital expenditure has a significant positive effect on economic growth, 4) the Private investment has a significant positive effect on economic growth.

ABSTRAKPertumbuhan ekonomi merupakan salah satu indikator yang digunakan dalam menentukan keberhasilan pembangunan. Pertumbuhan ekonomi yang tinggi dapat membuat kesejahteraan masyarakat menjadi semakin baik. Pertumbuhan ekonomi dapat diartikan sebagai perkembangan kegiatan dalam perekonomian yang menyebabkan barang dan jasa yang diproduksi dalam masyarakat bertambah (Sukirno, 2010). Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh PAD, DAU dan DAK terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kota Tomohon. Desentralisi berarti penyerahan urusan pemerintah dari pemerintah daerah tingkat atas kepada daerah (kuncoro, 2006). Semakin tinggi PAD yang diperoleh suatu daerah maka akan semakin tinggi pertumbuhan ekonomi di daerah tersebut. Menurut Brata (2004) yang dikutip oleh Adi dan Harianto (2007) menyatakan bahwa terdapat dua komponen penerimaan daerah yang berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah yaitu PAD serta sumbangan dan bantuan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pendapatan asli daerah berpengaruh positif akan tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. dana alokasi umum berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. dana alokasi khusus berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Kata Kunci: Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU), Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi ABSTRACTEconomic growth is one of the indicators used in determining the success of development. High economic growth can make people's welfare even better Economic growth can be defined as the development of activities in the economy that cause goods and services produced in the community increases (Sukirno, 2010). The purpose of this study is to analyze how the influence of PAD, DAU and DAK on economic growth in Tomohon City. Decentralization means the handover of government affairs from upper level regional governments to regions (kuncoro, 2006). The higher the PAD obtained by a region, the higher the economic growth in the region. According Brata (2004) cited by Adi and Harianto (2007) states that there are two components of local revenue that significantly positive effect on regional economic growth that is PAD and donations and assistance. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The result of research shows that the original revenue of the region has positive but not significant effect on the economic growth. general allocation funds have a significant positive effect on economic growth. special allocation funds have a significant positive effect on economic growth. Poverty is one of the problems that impede economic growth and national and regional development. It is therefore necessary to find solutions to reduce poverty and solve the problems that are being experienced. The purpose of this study to determine the influence of unemployment, wages and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) on poverty in Java. This research method is explanatory research method. This study aims to analyze the influence of ZIS fund's and inflation towards the economic growth in Indonesia during 2011-2015. The research method is quantitative method with multiple linear regression technique. The data used is the collected secondary data of remittances of ZIS from BAZNAS (national amil zakat agency) and inflation rate of BI (Bank of Indonesia) in Indonesia during 2011-2015 that includes monthly data all over Indonesia. The results of the research indicates that the funds of ZIS (X1) affects positively and significantly towards Indonesia's economic growth and inflation (X2) do not affect significantly to economic growth in Indonesia as well as ZIS fund and the inflation simultaneously affected the economic growth significantly during 2011-2015 in Indonesia.

The purposes of this study are analyzes the simultaneously and partially effect of LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, PDN, BOPO, FBIR to ROA in Bank Umum Swasta Nasional Devisa. The sample of this study consisted of four banks: Bank CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, Bank Pan Indonesia, and Maybank. This study used secondary data taken from the financial statements of Bank Umum Swasta Nasional Devisa. The bank period from the first quarter of 2013 to the second quarter of 2018. The technique of analyzing data is descriptive analysis and used linear regression analysis, F table, t table. The result of this study indicate that analyzing LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, PDN, BOPO, FBIR simultaneously have a significant effect on ROA in Bank Umum Swasta Nasional Devisa. Partial LDR, IPR and APB have unsignificant negative effect on ROA in Bank Umum Swasta Nasional Devisa. NPL and IRR partially have unsignificant positive effect on ROA in Bank Umum Swasta Nasional Devisa. PDN and BOPO partially have significant negative effect on ROA in Bank Umum Swasta Nasional Devisa. FBIR partially has significant positive effect on ROA in Bank Umum Swasta Nasional Devisa.

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of local revenue and equalization fund on the economic growth and the poverty of regencies/cities in the East Nusa Tenggara Province. Sample in this study consists of 21 regencies/cities in the East Nusa Tenggara Province. The type of data used in this study is secondary data, time series and cross-sectional data of regencies/cities since 2007 to 2016. Data are examined by using SEM-based variant named WarpPLS. The results of this study indicate that the local revenue had significant positive effect on economic growth, local revenue had significant negative effect on poverty, equalization fund had no significant negative effect on economic growth and poverty, and economic growth had no significant negative effect on poverty.

The purpose of this research is to describe the mapping of North Sulawesi province based on the economic growth and the percentage of poverty in the regencies and the cities. This research was conducted over four months during January to April 2016. The data that used in this research is secondary data which gathered from Central Bureau Statistics. The analysis that used in this research is descriptive analysis which describe in table and quadrant based on number of economic growth and the percentage of poverty.The results of this research concluded that Sangihe and Talaud Islands Regency are the areas that have not experienced the changing over 2010 – 2014. The Regency of Sitaro Island in 2010-2014 succeeds to maintain the economic growth and the percentage of poverty above average. Kotamobagu and North Minahasa regency was able to sustain the economic growth above the average and poverty below the average during 2010-2014, regencies experienced the changing in quadrant position of economic growth and percentage of poverty during 2010-2014. “er”

This study aims to determine the effect of PAD, DAU, regional expenditure and economic growth to the development gaps in the province of South Sumatra. The data used is secondary data in the GRDP, regional expenditure, PAD and DAU per district / city in the period 2008- 2015. In this study, using a quantitative approach. Technical analysis of using Williamson index calculation and linear regression. These results indicate that the PAD and Expenditure have a positive effect, on the contrary DAU and economic growth have a significant negative effect on the development gaps District / City in the province of South Sumatra.
