This study aims to analyse the dynamic between credit to micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), private credit, and regional economic growth in Indonesia. A panel vector autoregression model is employed to understand the dynamic in the model. Unlike previous cross-country studies, this paper is using provincial panel data. The relationship between variables in the model are connected under the same regulation, monetary authority, and fiscal institution. Thus, there will be no effects that appear from the differences of institutions. The results suggest that the interaction between credit to MSMEs and private credit is bi-directional. Also, credit to MSMEs and private credit does affect regional economic growth. However, the result does not provide strong evidence for causality from regional economic growth to credit for MSMEs or private credit.

This research aims to determine the effect of economic growth and local revenue on the level of regional financial independence in districts/cities in East Java province for the period 2006-2016. This study's secondary data sources came from Statistics Indonesia (BPS) and The Audit Board of Indonesia (BPK RI) audit reports. We choose the panel data analysis technique to provide more information, more variation, less co-linearity between variables, more degree of freedom, and more efficiency. The results showed that the variables of economic growth and local own-source revenue, either alone or together, had a significant positive effect on the level of regional financial independence.

To maintain and increase economic growth rates above 5%, since 2017, Indonesia has launched an Ultra Micro Financing program for enterprises below micro and small categories (ultra micro enterprises). The financing is used to complement other types of financing, which is a bank loan for micro, small, and medium enterprises. Using regression method and causal testing to a panel data of 33 provinces in Indonesia during 2017 till 2018, this study aims to prove the direct and indirect effect of MSEs financing on regional economic growth and production growth in provincial regions in Indonesia. This research shows that the MSEs financing has positive impact on the manufacturing production growth but no significant impact on regional economic growth that is shown by Gross Domestic Product (GDP). This research also proves that manufacturing production has significant impact on GDP.

The allocation of expenditure in the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) in the form of capital expenditure aims to increase the fixed assets and the development of the region so as to create equitable development in each region, but the allocation of capital expenditure is not used productively by local governments, it can be seen from the imbalance of development between regions. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Economic Growth (PE), Regional Original Income (PAD) on the allocation of Capital Expenditure (BM) and General Allocation Funds (DAU) as moderating variables in Regencies / Cities in North Sumatra Province. The type of data used in this study is secondary data with multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study partially Economic Growth does not affect the allocation of Capital Expenditures, but Regional Original Revenue partially influences the allocation of Capital Expenditures. Simultaneously Economic Growth, Local Own Revenue and General Allocation Funds have positive and significant effect on capital expenditure. The General Allocation Fund moderates the effect of Economic Growth on the allocation of Capital Expenditures and the General Allocation Fund does not moderate the influence of the Local Revenue to the allocation of Capital Expenditures. Kata Kunci: Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU), Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi ABSTRACTEconomic growth is one of the indicators used in determining the success of development. High economic growth can make people's welfare even better Economic growth can be defined as the development of activities in the economy that cause goods and services produced in the community increases (Sukirno, 2010).  The purpose of this study is to analyze how the influence of PAD, DAU and DAK on economic growth in Tomohon City. Decentralization means the handover of government affairs from upper level regional governments to regions (kuncoro, 2006). The higher the PAD obtained by a region, the higher the economic growth in the region. According Brata (2004) cited by Adi and Harianto (2007) states that there are two components of local revenue that significantly positive effect on regional economic growth that is PAD and donations and assistance. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The result of research shows that the original revenue of the region has positive but not significant effect on the economic growth. general allocation funds have a significant positive effect on economic growth. special allocation funds have a significant positive effect on economic growth. Keywords: Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), General Allocation Fund (DAU), Special Allocation Fund (DAK) and Economic Growth

Positive economic growth indicates an increase in the economy of a country or region, whereas negative economic growth indicates a decline in the economy of a country or region. The indicator used to measure regional economic growth is the growth rate of Gross Regional Domestic Product at constant prices (real GDP). In increasing the economic growth of a region, not apart from the role of government in providing funds to finance regional economic development activities. Costs incurred for public service activities and development both economic and non-economic are often referred to as government expenditures. These government expenditures are allocated annually in the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget. Excavation of potential sources of income to support local expenditure and regional independence needs to be intensified, especially those originating from local revenue sources optimally will be able to contribute significantly to the improvement of Jambi Province's Regional Income and Expenditure Budget. The purpose of this study is to determine the financial capacity of regions derived from local revenue in supporting the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget, and to determine the rate of regional economic growth and analyze the influence of regional spending on economic growth in Jambi Province. This research was conducted in the scope of government of Jambi Province. The research method used qualitative descriptive method and linear regression analysis of econometric model of Ordinary Least Square method (OLS). The results show that during the period from 2010 to 2016, the financial capacity of regions originating from local own revenues has not been fully reliable in sustaining the Jambi Provincial Revenue and Expenditure Budget, as its contribution is still relatively low at an average of 34.13 percent per year . The economic growth of Jambi Province during the same period grew by 6.28 percent per year. Government expenditures significantly and positively affect the Economic Growth of Jambi Province. The conclusion is that an increased regional government spending will lead to increased economic growth of the region concerned. Keywords: Regional Finance, Government Expenditure, Economic Growth.
