ABSTRAK            Kehadiran pandemi Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) telah mengubah tatanan dunia dalam waktu yang singkat. Beberapa ahli mengatakan bahwa industri properti harus memiliki strategi baru selama pandemi Covid-19 untuk mengembangkan pendekatan baru dalam persiapan persiapan kebiasaan atau baru selama pandemi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat lebih lanjut Apakah strategi properti telah memaksimalkan pemanfaatan pemasaran digital dan mampu beradaptasi dengan era normal baru. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada salah satu perusahaan agen properti yaitu Perusahaan Agen Properti Brighton Bali. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pemilihan informan adalah teknik pengambilan sampel bola salju.Teknik data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi dan wawancara, dengan metode keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh para peneliti di Perusahaan Agensi Properti Brighton dapat menyatakan bahwa Perusahaan Agen Properti Brighton telah menerapkan strategi inovasi pemasaran digital dengan baik melalui satu sistem manajemen yang diterapkan dan mampu bersaing dengan yang sejenis. pada saat kondisi pandemi dan atau perusahaan membutuhkan saat dihadapkan pada kondisi orde baru normal (New normal).Salah satu perusahaan Brighton dalam menyesuaikan strateginya dan mampu bersaing di era normal baru adalah strategi menganalisis SWOT yang ada di perusahaan dan dianalisis secara langsung oleh masing-masing prinsipal dengan cara bertukar ide, menyampaikan masukan dan saran. sesuai dengan yang terjadi di bidang cabang yang dipimpinnya, sehingga tercipta inovasi strategis baru.Kata Kunci: Strategi, Pemasaran Digital, Agen Properti, New Normal

Technological developments have significantly changed the way how a business works, especially the culinary business named Seblak Jeletet Murni, that has located in Jakarta. This business is still relatively new, but consumers continue moldy and this spicy culinary product sales have been continue to increase. This phenomenon is a result of business which has entered the digital era in social media. Marketing of this product is not done intensively by the owner of this business, but consumers who moved to market virally in social media, especially social media video youtube. In this article the author analyzed descriptively about consumer behavior in digital marketing that has affected the sales of the culinary products. The analyzes were performed with case studies and associated in the literature on consumer behavior and digital marketing strategies. This article aims to describe the behavior of consumers in the digital age so that it can be input in determining the marketing strategy culinary efforts forward and be used for thought on the future of consumer research. Objectives: In order to study the communication channels and modes of tobacco brands, cigarette rolling brand marketing strategy under the new normal of tobacco economy is researched in this paper. Methods: T city is selected as the research sample of cigarette brand construction and marketing. Through the analysis of the current situation of T City, this paper puts forward the guiding ideology of cigarette cultivation, and puts forward the basic strategy system of brand marketing. Results: Brand building is a scientific process. The tobacco industry must avoid brand building speculation, because the opportunity cost of brand reconstruction is huge, and there is a risk of completely losing market dominance. The foundation of brand building is to convert the buying point with zero cost selected by target customers into the selling point of products to obtain pricing power. Conclusion: The advantages of tobacco brand’s own products should be transmitted to target customers through planning from three aspects: the first is to clarify the competitive advantages of its own products; the second is to refine the core value of the brand; the third is the dissemination of brand positioning.

The tools and technologies of traditional marketing cannot ensure the effective functioning of companies in the field of tourism and services. In this regard, the use of digital marketing technologies becomes a prerequisite for successful tourism activity. The results of the study confirm that the use of the digital marketing strategy approach in Moldovan wineries is at an initial stage while global trends prove the effectiveness of their application in the development of competitive advantages of wine tourism. In this article the authors consider it important and relevant to develop potential in the Republic of Moldova through the implementation of a digital marketing strategy in wine tourism promotion activity. The widespread access of electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) enables contemporary consumers to assess the opinions of others, irrespective of geographical boundaries, about products and services. This research examines the impact of e-WOM on building international brand awareness when the former is used as a core part of a company's overall digital marketing strategy. By applying the survey methodology, the findings provide support for this positive effect; namely, the integration of e-WOM in the overall digital marketing strategy and activities applied by an organization can enhance brand awareness beyond country borders and contribute towards the overall organizational effectiveness and success. Taken together, the study provides further insight into eWOM and cross-border brand awareness relationship and outlines several questions that deserve further study.

Destination management organisations should be able to reach all those who intend to visit the region they manage in the digital environment, directing their actions towards the development of consolidated strategies, promoting the creation of awareness through extremely informative content, disseminating the notion that the most reliable means for collecting information will be through the organisation that manages the destination. This research aims to understand if the main digital marketing channel of destination management organisations in the Center of Portugal (website) is optimised in terms of usability and content to provide a relevant experience to the tourist. To this end, a qualitative evaluation was used. The qualitative assessment, which relates to the most technical part of the usability, was analysed through interviews with professionals relevant to the study area. The analysis allowed to perceive the evaluation and the usability of the websites of the Center of Portugal.
