This reason is further strengthened when viewed from the literacy rate for sharia insurance in Indonesia which has only reached a nominal figure of 19,4%. For this reason, considering the widespread use of social media in Indonesia, which is dominated by the current millennial and generation Z, the marketing strategy of sharia insurance is now starting to move by utilizing the digitalization of marketing media. This study is intended to find out the potential influence of technology and social media in helping to increase sales of sharia insurance products in terms of marketing aspects. Observational analysis of previous research and of sharia insurance companies that carried out this marketing strategy, obtained the findings that social media marketing and the compliance of several insurance products that apply sharia principles in it, are significantly able to increase people's purchasing power or contribute significantly. Credibility Account TikTok Social Media Marketing Social Media TikTok Video Shares to Video Comments Ratio Akun Tutorial Memasak There are so many social media platforms that can be used as a means of communication in the 4.0 era, from Facebook, Twitter, Instagram to TikTok. TikTok is a social media platform from China that allows users to create 15-second videos accompanied by music, filters, and other creative features. In 2021 TikTok will become one of the most popular social media platforms worldwide. In Indonesia alone TikTok has been downloaded by 30.7 million Indonesians. Seeing the large number of Tiktok users in Indonesia, people are starting to try to take advantage of the TikTok social media platform to gain fame or even share useful knowledge such as easy and fun cooking tutorials. There are 5 tiktok accounts about cooking tutorials that are in great demand by the Indonesian people, including: querrkunoichi, garciandyyy, yackikuka, makfoodies, felya_ng. This research is expected to determine the credibility of the performance of 5 TikTok cooking tutorial accounts using quantitative exploratory methods. The results obtained from this study indicate that the TikTok makfoodies account occupies the highest rank and has good account credibility.

ESTRATEGIAS DE MARKETING SOCIAL PARA PREVENIR LOS RIESGOS PSICOSOCIALES EN LAS PYMES DE GUAYAQUIL

La presente investigación tuvo como finalidad identificar las condiciones laborales en que se encuentran las PYMES de la ciudad de Guayaquil para gestionar apropiadamente los riesgos psicosociales y prevenirlos con la ayuda del Marketing Social. La metodología de investigación aplicada se llevó a cabo a través de un enfoque mixto, utilizando los métodos deductivo e inductivo; mediante el método deductivo se tomó una población general, que se llevó a la muestra idéntica y por medio del método inductivo se interpretó discernimientos que fueron llevados a generalidades. La investigación se centra en las PYMES dedicadas a la Actividad de Comercio – Grupo G, ya que pertenecen a la mayor parte de empresas que son afectadas y se encuentran domiciliadas en la ciudad de Guayaquil, por lo que se consideró a empleadores, representantes de trabajadores y expertos en seguridad y salud ocupacional con la finalidad de obtener información permita brindar solución a la problemática identificada. Entre los principales hallazgos extraídos de la investigación se determinó que de la muestra el 58,37% de los empleadores de las PYMES no cumplen con los programas de riesgos psicosociales en su mayoría por desconocimiento y porque no lo consideran necesario por lo que es necesario e indispensable realizar estrategias de marketing social a través de una campaña social a empleadores para brindar el conocimiento sobre los riesgos psicosociales y al ser concientizados se mitiguen los riesgos y se mejore la calidad de vida de los miembros de la empresa, mejorando la productividad y competitividad en la empresa.

Analisis Pengaruh Digital Marketing Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Grabfood Di Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk

Grab perusahaan jasa terkenal yang berasal dari singapura yang memiliki layanan pesan antar makanan yakni Grabfood yang berkembang pesat. Pesatnya perkembangan dari Grabfood masih kalah jika bersaing di Indonesia terutama dengan pesaing sejenisnya. Tujuan dari penelitian yakni untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan pengaruh search engine marketing, social media marketing, online public relation terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Grabfood. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah jenis data kuantitatif dengan populasi yakni konsumen Grabfood di Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk. Dengan sampel 75 responden yang pernah menggunakan jasa layanan Grabfood dan non purposive sampling sebagai metodenya. teknik analisis menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil yang didapatkan yaitu variabel search engine marketing, social media marketing, online public relation berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Berdasarkan nilai koefisien determinasi dijelaskan bahwa search engine marketing, social media marketing dan online public relation mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian pada konsumen Grabfood di wilayah Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk sebesar 0.446 atau 44.6%.

Era Revolusi Industri 4.0 membawa dampak positif untuk bangsa terutama bagi para pelaku usaha. Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi mulai merambah ke bidang digital marketing. Sosial media adalah salah satu bentuk alat digital marketing yang dapat digunakan oleh UMKM dalam memperluas pangsa pasarnya ditengah pandemi covid-19. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan kepada UMKM Kopitan yang berada di Samarinda dalam memperbaharui strategi pemasaran berbasis internet selama pandemi covid-19 berlangsung. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan adalah dengan memanfaatkan sosial media instagram. Instagram dianggap sebagai sosial media yang sangat berpengaruh dalam dunia bisnis saat ini, dengan memanfaatkan fitur instagram ads diharapkan dapat menarik lebih banyak konsumen khususnya yang berada disekitar kota Samarinda untuk berkunjung ke beranda instagram Kopitan. Selain instagram, metode lain yang digunakan yaitu pemanfaatan website qrmonkey dalam pembuatan katalog menu digital dan Go-food serta Google Maps yang digunakan dalam pembaharuan konten untuk menunjang pemasaran produk. Hasil kegiatan kegiatan ini membuat UMKM Kopitan dapat memanfaatkan sosial media secara optimal dalam memasarkan produknya. The industrial revolution 4.0 brought a positive impact on the nation, especially for businesspeople. The utilization of information and communication technology has begun to penetrate the field of digital marketing. Social media is one of digital marketing tools that can be used by MSMEs in expanding their market during the Covid-19 pandemic. Community service activities carried out by the KKN 127 aim to aid Kopitan MSMEs in Samarinda city for updating internet-based marketing strategies during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used is social media Instagram. Instagram is considered a very influential social media in global business, by utilizing the instagram ads future expected to attract more consumers especially those around of Samarinda city to visit Kopitan’s Instagram homepage. In additions to Instagram, another method used are the qrmonkey website for making digital menu catalogs, Go-food and Google Maps which are used for updating content to support product marketing. The implementation of service activities, Kopitan MSME actors will be able to optimally utilize social media for developing their product marketing.

La mercadotecnia social en su dimensión no lucrativa, ha estado presente siempre en la historia de la humanidad. Las organizaciones no lucrativas, han sido afectadas en los últimos años, debido a la disminución de los recursos y al desconocimiento de ellas en su mayoría, por la sociedad en donde operan, en gran parte por la falta de estrategias de marketing. Estas organizaciones se plantean la satisfacción del consumidor/usuario y del donante, no sólo a corto plazo, sino también a largo plazo, y a la satisfacción individual de estas figuras le añade la búsqueda de la satisfacción colectiva o del bienestar de la sociedad en su conjunto. Hay diferentes tipos de organizaciones no lucrativas de: salud, políticas, religiosas, educativas, sociales, ecológicas, etc. Todas ellas se enfocan a tratar de ayudar a resolver y atender problemas en una sociedad y para su sobrevivencia, requieren de donativos, patrocinios y voluntarios. La responsabilidad social es un comportamiento colectivo y dentro de ese comportamiento colectivo, uno de los actores es la sociedad. El objetivo de esta investigación es conocer la conciencia que tiene la sociedad moreliana de estas organizaciones, y su involucramiento, para poder determinar las estrategias de marketing adecuadas para que se conozcan más este tipo de organizaciones, porque muy pocos conocen de su existencia y de su forma de operación, por lo tanto, poco participan en ellas; con la implementación de las estrategias de marketing, se puede lograr una mayor participación de la sociedad, ya que muchos están interesados en participar en sus diferentes formas. Existen diversas organizaciones que defienden diferentes causas y atienden diversos problemas que son relevantes en la sociedad, y que la misma sociedad está dispuesta a apoyar. Esta investigación es de tipo exploratoria experimental y descriptiva, en base a un análisis documental de artículos científicos, artículos de divulgación y libros; así como el uso del instrumento de una encuesta, para mostrar los hallazgos y concluir la investigación.

PENGARUH DIGITAL MARKETING TERHADAP MINAT BELI KONSUMEN PADA MARKETPLACE TOKOPEDIA

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel digital marketing berdasarkan indikator website, search engine marketing, e-mail marketing, dan social media marketing terhadap minat beli konsumen pada marketplace Tokopedia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 responden berdasarkan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Data primer diperoleh melalui kuesioner dengan skala pengukuran menggunakan skala likert. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa variabel digital marketing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen pada marketplace Tokopedia. Minat beli konsumen dalam penelitian ini dipengaruhi oleh digital marketing sebesar 39,4%, dengan website sebagai indikator yang paling berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan minat beli konsumen. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi teoretis sebagai referensi bagi penelitian selanjutnya yang berkaitan dengan digital marketing dan minat beli konsumen, khususnya pada marketplace. Implikasi manajerial berupa saran bagi manajemen Tokopedia maupun marketplace lainnya agar meningkatkan kualitas website dan media sosial yang digunakan dalam memasarkan produk sehingga meningkatkan minat beli konsumen.
