This study was carried out in coastal waters of Tongkaina, Manado City with an objective of knowing the taxa composition of macroalgae through morphological studies. Data collection used exploring survey. Results found 15 species that consisted 7 species of green algae, 4 species of brown algae, and 4 species of red algae.Keyword: Macroalgae, Tongkaina.  AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan di perairan pesisir Tongkaina, Kota Manado dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui komposisi taksa makroalga melalui pendekatan morfologi. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Survei Jelajah. This study was carried out in coastal waters of Blongko Vilage, Sub-District of Sinonsayang, District of South Minahasa with an objective of knowing the taxa composition of macroalgae through morphological studies. Data collection used exploring survey. This study was carried out in Mantehage Island waters, covering Bango, Tinongko, Buhias, and Tangkasi, with an objective of knowing the taxa composition of macroalgae through morphological studies. Data collection  used  Line Transect method with quadrat. Three 100 m-transect line were placed perpendicular to the coastline. Distance between transects was 50 m, and the quadrat used was 1 x 1 m². Results found 44 species of microalgae, consisting of 3 divisions, 3 classes, 10 orders, 18 families, and 26 genera. Green algae comprised 3 orders, 6 families, 11 genera, and 23 species. Brown algae consisted of 3 orders, 3 families, 5 genera, and 5 species. Red algae had 4 orders, 8 families, 10 genera and 16 species. Keyword : Macroalga, species, Mantehage Island. Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan di pulau Mantehage, yakni Desa Bango, Tinongko, Buhias, dan Desa Tangkasi,  dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui komposisi taksa makroalga melalui pendekatan morfologi. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Line Transect kuadrat. Tiga garis transek sepanjang 100 m diletakkan tegak lurus garis pantai dengan jarak antar transek 50 m dan jarak antar kuadrat 10 m. Ukuran kuadrat yang dipakai adalah 1 x 1 m². Hasil penelitian menemukan 44 spesies, yang terdiri dari 3 divisi, 3 kelas, 10 ordo, 18 famili dan 26 genera. Alga hijau terdiri atas 3 ordo, 6 famili, 11 genera dan 23 spesies. Alga cokelat terdiri atas 3 ordo, 3 famili, 5 genera dan 5 spesies. Adapun alga merah terdiri atas 4 ordo, 8 famili, 10 genera dan 16 spesies. Ostreopsis spp. has been reported for the first time from the Egyptian Mediterranean waters. Macroalgal samples were collected monthly between June 2005 and December 2007, from the rocks at Abu Qir, from less than 1.5 m depth, and their associated microalgae examined. Populations of two Ostreopsis morphotypes were found to occur in this location, east of Alexandria, viz., O. cf ovata Fukuyo and Ostreopsis morph1. The Ostreopsis spp. was abundant and dominant during the summer. They were more abundant as epiphytes of the brown algae Padina sp. and Sargassum sp., less abundant on the red algae Corallina sp., Jania sp., Laurencia sp. and even less so on the green algae Ulva spp. Ostreopsis cf. ovata was also identified during the summer months on the same macroalgal species, although in a much lower abundance. Ostreopsis spp. alternated in dominance with the benthic cyanobacteria Oscillatoria spp. and the diatom Licmophora sp. Other benthic dinoflagellates recorded at low abundance included Amphidinium carterae, Gymnodinium sp. and Prorocentrum lima.

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes by applying the method VII.2 classassignment sheet giving students conducted in March and April 2016. Subjects were seventhgrade students of SMP Negeri 2 Dumai totaling 26 students. The parameters in this study isthe absorption and mastery learning as well as student activities and teacher activities assupporting data. The research instrument used is the study and data collection instruments.The device consists of a learning syllabus, lesson plan, test, observation of student activitysheets, activity sheets teacher observation. The survey results revealed absorption of studentsin the first cycle is 70% with moderate category and second cycle increased to 78% in thehigh category. Mastery learning of students in the first cycle is 88.46% and 88.50% in thesecond cycle students completed. Activities of students in the first cycle an average of80.76%% (very good) and the second cycle is an increase of 97.5% (excellent). It can beconcluded that the method of administration of the student assignment sheet can improvestudent learning outcomes in the classroom ecosystem VII 2 material SMP Negeri 2 Dumai.

Action spectra for delayed light production by several algae were determined from 250 to 750 mµ incident light. In the visible portion of the spectrum the action spectra resemble those reported by previous workers for photosynthesis and light emission. Blue-green algae had a maximum at 620 mµ, red algae at 550 mµ, whereas green and brown algae have action spectra corresponding to chlorophyll and carotenoid absorption. In the ultraviolet portion of the spectrum delayed light is emitted by algae down to 250 mµ incident light. The action spectra of the different algae are not alike in the ultraviolet portion of the spectrum. This indicates that pigments other than chlorophyll must be sensitizing or shielding the algae in the ultraviolet region.

Abstrak  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai kemampuan Kids Athletics Pada Siswa Sekolah Dasar di Kota Bengkulu. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan tujuan untuk mengungkapkan atau menyelidiki suatu keadaan yang sebenarnya . Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa sekolah dasar Kota Di Bengkulu. Sampel penelitian adalah empat sekolah dasar yaitu SDN 19, SDN 74, SDN 02, dan SDN 01 sebanyak 129 siswa. Instrumen tes yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu kanga’s excape, lompat katak, lempar turbo dan formula 1, pada instrumen ini pelaksanaan tes Kids Athletics dilakukan 2 kesempatan ,hasil baik dar kedua kesempatan diambil sebagai skor terbaik yang diperoleh masin-masing teste.  Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan tes dan pengukuran terhadap sampel. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa kemampuan Kids athletics SDN 19 Kota Bengkulu anak laki-laki berkategori kurang (46,7%), sedangkan anak perempuan  berkategori sedang (36,4%). Pada SDN 74 Kota Bengkulu anak laki-laki berkategori kurang (56,25%), sedangkan anak perempuan berkategori kurang (53,8%). Pada SDN 02 Kota Bengkulu anak laki-laki berkategori sangat kurang (90%), sedangkan anak perempuan berkategori sangat kurang (55%). Pada SDN 01 Kota Bengkulu anak laki-laki berkategori sangat kurang (90,9%), sedangkan anak perempuan berkategori sangat kurang (58,3%). Kemampuan Kids Athletics Seluruh Sekolah Dasar Kota Bengkulu berkategori sangat kurang (44,9%)Kata kunci: Analisis, Kids Athletics, siswa SD.                                                         AbstractThis study aims to get an idea  of the ability of kids athleics on the elementary school students in the city of bengkulu. This type of research is descriptive quantitav with the intention to reveal or investigate the real thing. The population used in this research of elementary school in Bengkulu city. The research sample is four primary school namely SDN 19, SDN 74, SDN 02,dan SDN 01 as many as  129 students. Instrument the test used are kanga’s excape, jumping frog, throw a turbo and formula 1, In this instrument the implementation of the Kids Athletics test is done 2 chance, the good results of both opportunities are taken as the best score obtained by each teste.Research data collection techniques using test and measurement to sample. The technique of data analysis using descripive percentage. Based on the survey results revealed that the abilitiy of Kids Athletics SDN 19 Bengkulu city boys category less (46,7%), while the girls most of the category of being (36,4%). At SDN 74 Bengkulu City boys mostly category less(56,25%), while the girls most of the category of less (53,8%). At SDN 02 Bengkulu City boys mostly  category is very less (90%), the girls most of the category is very less (55%). At SDN 01 Bengkulu city the male of the category is very less (90,9%), while the girls most of the category is very less (58,3%). Cryptobenthic fauna investigations are highly relevant at studying biodiversity of regions. Studies of the species composition of Gobiesocidae family were carried out in order to clarify ichthyofauna of different regions, and a new species for the Black Sea coastal zone of Crimea was found. Information about its morphology, biology, behavior and other characteristics is very important because of weak study and indeterminate taxonomic status of this species. As a result of morphological studies of the Crimean specimens no significant difference with the type of the Atlantic-Mediterranean populations has been proven. Naturalization of small-headed clingfish in coastal waters of Crimea has been confirmed and some population characteristics, such as a length-weight relationship, have been described. Peculiarities of habitat which which small-headed clingfish prefers and features of localization, enabling competitiveness have been identified. Identification keys were compiled and are given in the paper.
