User satisfaction with information system quality has long been a substantial topic in the literature of information system (IS). Based on the key constructs of IS success model (including system quality and information quality) and technology acceptance model (including perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness), this paper builds and validates a theoretical framework to explain user satisfaction with information system quality. A survey study with AMOS-SEM analysis of 363 users of management information systems in 9 hospitals in HCMC, Vietnam showed that 12 of 14 hypotheses were empirically supported. The findings affirmed the direct influence of system quality, information quality and top management support on perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and trust, and then on user satisfaction. The results also reinforced the impact of perceived ease of use on perceived usefulness, and the joint influence of perceived usefulness and trust on user satisfaction. The paper is among the first studies, in the healthcare sector, to empirically identify both information system quality and top management support in predicting user acceptance of and satisfaction with information system implementation in organizational settings. The theoretical and managerial implications of the paper were derived.

In a small-sized to big-sized company, evaluate the information system success is essential, yet notalways been seamless. Successful implementation of a system can be indicated by measuring its usersatisfaction. This study aims to measure Adempiere ERP Open Source end-user satisfaction atBlessings SME’s. This study employs three variables from The Updated DeLone and McLean Information System Success (2003), namely information system quality, information quality, andservice quality, and two variables from Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as well, namely perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, and also takes top management support as another consideration. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondents directly concerned. The findings showed that information quality, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and top management support have significant positive impact to Adempiere ERP Open Source enduser satisfaction, whereas information system quality and service quality have positive impact but not significantly. Keywords: Small-Medium Enterprises, information system quality, information quality, servicequality, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, top management support, end usersatisfaction, information system

Many e-learning studies have evaluated learning attitudes and behaviors, based on TAM. However, a successful e-learning system (ELS) should take both system and information quality into account by applying ISM developed by Delone and McLean. In addition, the acceptance for information system depends on the perceived usefulness and ease of use according to TAM. This research combined TAM with ISM by introducing system quality, quality of platform information, and course information as an antecedent of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. These factors were crucial for understanding users’ intention to continue their use of ELS. This study investigated 412 students with ELS experiences. The results indicate that system quality, platform information, and course information had significantly related to user satisfaction and their intention to use ELS continuously.

This research investigated Qatari citizens' perceptions regarding the factors influencing their satisfaction with Metrash2 system. Qatari residents use Metrash2 to query, transact, and follow-up their needed information/services online. The study integrated the technology acceptance model (TAM) and the information system success model (ISSM) to explore the factors influencing users' satisfaction with the system. Perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use were significant predictors of behavioral intentions (R2 = 0.554). Furthermore, service quality, information quality, and behavioral intentions were significant predictors of users' satisfaction (R2 = 0.789). Research results did not support the role of system quality in predicting users' satisfaction. Qatari government should focus on the usefulness and ease of use of the system to drive citizens to use it. Convincing citizens to use Metrash2 requires better service quality and information quality. More details are reported at the end of the paper.

Recently, the social networking applications expand rapidly and attract a lot of users in a short time period. This study attempts to develop a conceptual model to understand the continuance intention in the context of social networking. The conceptual model integrates the post-acceptance model of information system continuance with perceived ease-of-use and perceived usefulness proposed by Bhattacherjee (2001a) and Davis (1989), respectively. In the proposed model, continuance intention is influenced by the relationship quality and information system quality. Additionally, nine propositions are developed based the proposed model and literature review. Finally, conclusions, managerial implications, and future direction of research are also provided.

The purpose of this study aims to empirically test the effect of information quality on perceived usefulness, the effect of information quality on perceived ease of use, and the effect of perceived ease of use on perceived usefulness. This study uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) developed by Davis (1999) to evaluate perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use.The method of data analysis in this research using analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) - Partial Least Square (PLS) with PLS 3.0.The resultd of this study showed that (1) Quality of information positively affects perceived usefulness, (2) Quality of information positively affects perceived ease of use, and (3) Perceived ease of use positively affects perceived usefulness. The limitations of this study were as follows: (1) The inherent limitations of the data obtained through the questionnaire, due to differences in the authors' perceptions ofthe research respondents, (2) Limitations of the number of accounting student respondents who are following the course of Accounting Introduction Practicum, and (3) Limitations on the selection of accounting software samples used are limited only to the use of the ACCURATE software. Subsequent research suggested that (1) Consider other independent variables that may influence perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, such as user satisfaction and user intent, and (2) Increase the sample size of respondents in this case not only students who are taking the course Practicum Introduction to Accounting, but also students who have taken the course before

The implementation of an information system (IS) in public sector organizations was a crucial issue that needs to be addressed periodically. This study was conducted to examine the satisfaction factors of an E-Auction system adoption behavior by using the integrated IS Model of Delon, McLean, and Seddon. The usage of seven dimensions of the integrated IS model such as compatibility, the quality of a system, information, and service, perceived usefulness, and ease of use, to evaluate users satisfaction among public servants are still rare. This study was designed to focus on officials auctioneer that have experiences in using the E-Auction systems. The structured questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale and regression was chosen as the data collection and analysis method. This study found that there were only two of six variables (information quality and compatibility) that significantly prove as predictors of user satisfaction. Interestingly, our findings also found that there was no correlation between perceived ease of use and usefulness. Poor interface design, lack of technical support, and the usage of an E-Auction system that is classified as "order by mandate" were the primary concern that causes the insignificant relationship between variables. Therefore, to boost the satisfaction levels, further IS developers should pay more attention to improving information quality that is compatible with user needs.
