The investigation results of disease eradication systems for the initial seed potato material obtained from the meristem culture in combination with chemotherapy are shown. The special role of the virology control in these processes is demonstrated. The maintenance of morphological and productive properties in the initial seed potato material is discussed. The necessity of effective selection of bestcharacteristic lines for the potato seed initial material is underlined.

It were adduced the results of investigation of cultivar variability of potato clones obtained with biotechnological methods. The lines of virus-free regenerants are significantly different from each other within the bounds of cultivar pattern, especially on the sign of their productivity. There are epigenetic differences and they are saved in tuber generations. Variability of callusing-derivation clonals has genetic character. It is underlined the necessity of effective selection of best-characteristic lines for the potato seed initial material.

This chapter gives a general overview of the nuts and bolts of monetary policy and presents the low financial development countries that are the focus of this book. It discusses, with some historical background, the special role of money in the financial system, the functions of central banks, and the mandates society has entrusted them with. It also shows how monetary policy is structured within a specific framework of targets and instruments that guides the central bank’s interventions. Finally, it presents the main features that characterize the selection of developing countries that the book aims to address and that raise specific challenges for the design and implementation of their monetary policy: low per capita income, low financial depth, and weak integration with international financial markets.

In the review article, electrically charged molecular groups on the surface of the virus were considered as targets for antiviral agents. The prospects of trace element application in a low oxidation state as antiviral agents have been shown. An electrical model of SARS-CoV-2 has been developed in the form of a multilayer structure, where each shell corresponds to electrically charged proteins on the surface of the virus. The model reveals the role of Coulomb forces in adsorption and fusion processes and makes it possible to identify vulnerabilities in the coronavirus that are sensitive to electrically charged substances and to an electric field. The mechanism of antiviral action of trace elements is disclosed, based on the suppression of electrostatic interaction of virus with the cell by neutralizing the charges on the surface of the virus and the cell. This allows the selection of oligopeptides and trace elements in low oxidation states to suppress the adsorption capacity of viruses. The special role of trace elements is that many potential targets that are inaccessible to antibodies and other large molecules are easily available to trace elements.

Criticism of the concept of the formation of the French language on the basis of the francien dialect, presented in the works of XIX-XX centuries, has led to the fact that the term and the concept of «Francien» has become a kind of stumbling block in solving many questions of the formation and evolution of the French language. Analysis of the criticism of the traditional history of the French language, of the discussions about the formation of the French language and the role of the Francien dialect in this process, of the questions of the diatopic variation of the French and Old French showed the theoretical and methodological importance of consistently separating the language and writing, dialect and scriptа, text of the work and text of the manuscript. The analysis of the arguments given by the opponents of the Francien dialect and its special role in the history of the French language showed their failure. The selection of the Francien dialect and the Francien scripta as dialect and scripta of Ile-de-France is necessary for an adequate description of the linguistic situation in the Old and middle French periods.

Information technology is becoming an increasingly important tool of scientific knowledge due to the exponential growth of the number of publications presenting the results of neurobiological and psychological research. To identify predictors of cognitive reserves and methods for their determination based on the developed applied ontology, we performed a bibliometric analysis of publications contained in the PubMed database. It is shown that the annual growth in the number of publications relevant to the topic in the period 1990-2019 was 11%, which is higher than the average for science. We found the following psychophysiological indicators of cognitive reserves to gain the greatest increase in the interest of researchers: prefrontal cortex, beta range (13-30 Hz) of EEG, inhibition and information load. Analysis of the role of these factors suggests that the development and/or realization of cognitive reserves is provided due to inhibitory functions of the prefrontal cortex for the effective selection of relevant stimuli under conditions of information load. The identified predictors of cognitive reserves and the most popular methods of their psychometric assessment can be useful for choosing new areas of research in gerontology.

The aesthetics of dance is the philosophical investigation of the nature of dance, of our interest in it, especially as an art form, and of the variety of aesthetic judgments we make about it – judgments of beauty, grace, line and other aesthetic qualities. Most philosophical issues concerning dance result from considering philosophical questions that arise in other areas: another art form, art in general, or human action. Sometimes the issue for dance can usefully be seen as a combination of issues from other areas. Often, one’s response to such issues gives a possible direction for one’s thoughts about dance. A selection of such questions can be taken from the characteristics of dance. Since some dances are works of art, is there a kind of judgment characteristic of an interest in art, and, if so, what are its features? In particular, and in parallel with questions for other arts, does knowledge of the choreographer’s intention have any role in understanding the dance? What follows for the understanding of dance from the fact that dance is a multiple art: that a particular dance (like a particular piece of music) can be performed in London at the same time as it is performed in New York? What follows from dance’s status as a performing art (like music)? Is any special role for the understanding of dance to be assigned to a notated score in a dance notation? (If so, does this differ from music?) How is the special place of the dancer to fit into accounts of understanding dance? As some dances are regularly thought to be communicative, how does dance differ (if at all) from so-called ‘nonverbal communication’? More generally, dance study must address far-reaching philosophical issues: the place of dance as human action; the ‘role’ of dance, for example, in ritual; the relevance of the history and traditions of dance-forms to the understanding of those forms.
