One of the economic activities that is highly recommended by Islam is zakat. Al-Qur'an and hadith explain a lot about zakat, where zakat is very important and it is recommended to clean up wealth. In addition, the wealth spent on zakat will be a blessing, growth, increase and develop. The concept of fairness in collecting zakat includes several things, namely using the principle of justice in distribution. the assets issued fulfill the terms and conditions and then the zakat is given to groups which are entitled to receive. This study aims to determine how the concept of justice in agricultural zakat and professional zakat, where this research uses a library approach and uses data collection methods and data processing validly. Justice in agricultural zakat and professional zakat is justice based on two principles of justice (commutative justice and distributive justice). Agricultural Zakat is zakat of agricultural products such as cloves, cocoa, coffee, vegetables and can be stored for a long time removed from the harvest and has reached nishab which is 5% if the crop is irrigated with irrigation equipment and if the crop is irrigated with rainfed then the zakat is 10 % and does not have to pay zakat if it does not reach nishab. While professional zakat is zakat resulting from the thoughts, skills and expertise of a person obtained through higher education levels such as (advocates, lawyers, doctors, engineers, etc.) and has reached 2.5% of nishab, the proportion of which is equal to gold zakat and has also been equal reach haul. If the income does not reach nishab, it is not obligatory for it to pay zakat

In the world of education the dichotomy between religion and general science is no longer a new problem in the Islamic education system. This discourse has emerged for a long time and is still a complex issue that has not been resolved. This is due to the boundary between religious and non-religious studies taught in each educational unit. From this, Fazlur Rahman proposed the idea of reforming all Islamic education systems. What is gained from experience, making observations and various research. So this research focuses on the intellectual biography of Fazlur Rahman, Fazlur Rahman’s educational thoughts and educational thoughts in Indonesia, and the relevance of the two. In this study the authors used data collection methods with documentation methods, which are in data collection techniques in library research (library research).

In community-driven ranking systems participants with superior scores acquire strong reputation than low scored participants. The community-question-aswering websites, like stackexchange network, participants with unreciprocated or unnoticed questions for a long time get a badge called tumbleweed without taking into account of their earlier period performance. The user-driven question and answering website considers this reward as a consolation prize and discourages them instead of encouraging. Mostly, the users who ask unnoticed questions are either a new or less scored participants. The center of attention of this research work is to propose a recommendation system that prevents unnoticed questions from the participants who are about to receive a tumbleweed badge. A splay-tree is a tree with a self-balancing ability which brings the newly accessed node to the apex of the tree. In this paper, the splay-tree correspond to participants’ ranks and the highlight of the work is to raise average or beneath average scorer to apex without disturbing existing toppers

Potato is one of popular agricultural products grown and used in the world with high effective economic and nutritional value. In potatoes, there are always have some harmful bacteria species due to the sources of exposure from the seed, soil as well as the post-harvest environment which make deceasing the quality and quantity of potatoes. Usually, irradiation with gamma isotope sources is used in food irradiation, however, the disadvantage of the gamma source is the safe shielding reason even without the use of irradiation. Nowadays, X-ray irradiation in food is one of the methods interest to storage in long time. The first advantage of X-ray irradiation is that most of aerobic bacteria in food is killed, but does it not change the quality of the potato. Moreever, the advantage of an X-ray generator is that it does not have to cover up radiation when not in use. In this study, we have used low energy X-rays emitted from X-ray generator MBR-1618R-BE (Hitachi -Japan) to study the ability to kill aerobic bacteria in potatoes grown in Da Lat. After preparation, potato samples were irradiated at doses ranging from 50 Gy to 5000 Gy. The irradiated samples were homogenized and inoculated on Nutrient Agar and incubated at 370C in an incubator to check the changes of aerobic bacteria. The research showed that the number of aerobic bacteria decreased dramatically to a dose of 1000 Gy (the aerobic bacteria was only less than 0,6%), despite a sharp increase in the dose of irradiation, this number decreased a little. The results also showed that D10 dose was 471,34 Gy.

The purpose of this study was to measure the effect of venture capital (X1)  and the long time at sea /time work hours (X2) for the offer price of fish (Y) in the tradisional sanggeng market manokwari, with 73 respondents chosen randomly and consisted of sellers and buyers in the sanggeng market. Data  collection  methods are done through interviews,  (primary data)  with a questionnaire and then  carried out  a questionnaire  test  and test the quality of the data, and then analyzed uiple linear regression. The result of research simultan eously or statistically partial variables X1 (venture capital) and variable X2 (long sea)  significantly influence the higt selling price of fish (variable y) in the manokwari sanggeng market  because the value of p. Value (0,000)<(0.05) sig (5%.) so it can be concluded that when fish traders increase capital by 1% the price of fish in the market rises by 13,5% and also when a long time to go to sea increases 1 day than the price of fish increases by  33.900,00. The government needs to control high (expensive) fish prices in the market by activating an inflation control team that continues to monitor the market price (specifically) of the fisheries sector.

New ideas about the origin of oil and gas are discussed. They are caused by the discovery of the phenomenon of replenishment of oil and gas reserves in exploited fields. This phenomenon was discovered by the Russian geologists a quarter of a century ago, and a little later it was theoretically justified on the basis of the biosphere concept of oil and gas formation. As a result, the well-known «organic hypothesis» and «mineral hypothesis», which have long time competed in oil and gas geology are being replaced by new representations today, according to which oil and gas are the inexhaustible useful fossils of our planet. And their deposits are traps of movable carbon that circulates via the Earth’s surface in three main cycles with periods of ~108-109, ~106 -107 and ≈ 40 years. The 40-year carbon biosphere cycle, which was not previously taken into account at all, plays a main role in replenishment of deposits. Its accounting makes it possible to balance the carbon and water cycles in the biosphere, taking into account the economic activities of people and modern formation of oil and gas in the bowels, and also open up the possibility of exploiting deposits as constantly replenished sources of hydrocarbons.

Knowledge acts as a crucial element in economic activities. For knowledge-intensive business, R&D activities maintain market competitiveness and create new firm value. R&D expenditure indeed brings forth potential growth opportunities for firm value although the growth may take a long time to achieve. Apart from that, it usually accompanies problems of agency costs and asymmetric information in daily firm operations, which, in turn, may offset the certainty of a firm’s increasing value. This study examines the decision-making on optimal R&D expenditure for listed firms in Taiwan. From January 1986 to December 2013, the data of all the listed firms excluding financial, insurance, and securities firms have been analyzed. In addition, to further explore the differences in decision-making among different macroeconomic conditions, industrial attributes and firms’ characteristics, we divide all samples into subsamples to reexamine. The empirical findings indicate that firms may weigh the cost and benefit of R&D expenditure in its decision, but the driving factor lies in firm’s return on assets (ROA), potential growth opportunity, and capital structure.

The urgency of the study is based on the fact that for a long time, there have been disputes in the scientific world about methods and models for determining the value of prices, on the basis of which the economic accessibility of various kinds of organic products depends. It is especially important to resolve the issue of setting prices for agricultural cooperatives, which have developed in the Russian market economy. The purpose of the study is to find a method for setting wholesale prices for organic products, the consumer demand for which has increased over the past two years and exceeded the level established by the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences. The following methods were used in the study: analytical, systemic, comparative, economic and mathematical, hypothetical, questionnaires, etc. The study conducted an excursus into the field of basic theories of determining prices created by scientists, on the basis of which it was concluded that there is no single approach to determining their values. The prices for organic agricultural products sold by large retailers are analyzed. Using a sample of closest prices of various agricultural producers, average wholesale prices for agricultural products were determined for three regions of the Central Federal District. As a result of the conducted study, the wholesale price for organic agricultural products (on the example of potatoes) purchased by wholesale distribution centers providing the needs of the population of Moscow and the Moscow region was substantiated.
