This study aims to determine the characteristics of breeders with regard to the ability to keep beef cattle in Klampok Village, Sananwetan District, Blitar City. The material in this study concerns beef cattle farms in Klampok sub-district, sananwetan sub-district, Blitar city using quantitative research methods in the form of case studies with 33 farmer respondents. Data collection methods are conducted through surveys, pre-questioned interviews and observation. The results obtained from this study are that the ability to raise beef cattle is appropriate in the category. Breeding experience has a significant effect on the ability to keep beef cattle, as Klampok has had a business for raising beef cattle for a long time, while age and education level have no effect because age and education level in the study area are relative. uniform so that they have no effect, then the number of animal possession has no effect. because the breeders in the Klampok sub-district consider beef cattle only as an afterthought, so it has no significant effect on the ability to keep beef cattle

The research aims to understand how much the influence of work discipline has on employee productivity from Prudential City Palangka Raya employees. The research methods used in this study are quantitative research methods. Data collection in the form of observations and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study used the correlation analysis of the product moment according to Sugiyono (2012:212). The results concluded that the work discipline of Prudential insurance employees in the city of Palangka Raya is still lacking and not as expected. Judging from employees often come late, the salary received is improper, lack of appreciation, absence of written sanctions and lack of immediacy as Co-Office. Working discipline is very positive and significant towards the work productivity of insurance employees in the city Palangka Raya. From the results obtained by using the product correlation formula when the value is Rxy 0.995948.

<p class="gmail-pa3">In this study, fundamental researches on “metacognition” in Turkey, Japan and Singapore between the years of 2010 and 2020 were examined and conclusions were made in terms of comparative education. For this purpose, the data of the research was collected by document scanning method and the data were analyzed using the document review technique, which is one of the qualitative research method techniques. Years of studies, countries, objectives, research methods, sample working group, data analysis methods and results; it has been examined according to comparative education approaches and data collection techniques. As a result, quantitative research methods are seen to be frequently used in researches on metacognition in these three countries. It has been determined that experimental studies are the main research patterns of the metacognition studies conducted in three countries. Metacognitive awareness scales are the most used data collection tools in all three countries. Considered in general; the research made about metacognition in Singapore Turkey and Japan shows that the studies investigating the relationship between students' problem-solving skills and metacognition are in majority. Researches examining the relationship between metacognition and foreign language teaching are also widely discussed.</p>

The implementation of teaching and learning activities in madrasas since March 2020 has changed due tothe Covid-19 pandemic, the government has established the concept of BDR (Learning from Home) at alllevels of education. This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of the role of the homeroomteacher in BdR activities on the activeness of class XI students in MAN 1 Jombang. The method used in thisresearch is quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques that researchers use are observation,interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. For data analysis using the Durbin-Watson autocorrelationtest, and the Simultaneous F test. The results showed that there was an influence on the role of homeroomteacher on the activeness of class XI students in MAN 1 Jombang, amounting to 69.2 %.

The purpose of this study is to help students who experience mathematical phobia by conducting mathematical therapy. Mathematical therapy was carried out using multimedia "digimonica". This research used quantitative research methods, type of action research. The data sources in this study were 13 students of Class XI of SMA Islam Hasyim Asy'ari Batu who have a mathematical phobia. Data collection method was done by using tests and interviews. The action research process began with the identification of problems, namely the level of students' mathematical phobias. This process was carried out by conducting a pretest, then the researcher conducted a mathematical therapy action with multimedia "digimonica" as an effort to overcome the students' mathematical phobia, then ended with a posttest. Based on the results of the pretest and posttest, the data obtained changes in the level of mathematical phobia of students. In the initial conditions, there were three categories of students who had mathematical phobias (mild, moderate, high), whereas after mathematical therapy, the level of mathematical phobia decreased (mild and moderate). In general, the average student successfully answered more than 2 questions correctly. This proves that therapy using multimedia "digimonica" can help students to reduce the level of mathematical phobia.

This study aims to determine the effect of using Student Worksheets on student achievement in Islamic subjects. This study uses quantitative research methods using correlation techniques. The population as well as the sample in this study were all students of SMP Laut Dendang, totaling 40 students. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, questionnaires, and observations. Correlation calculation is done by testing the hypothesis with the Product Moment correlation formula. The results showed that there was a positive influence between the use of student worksheets and student achievement in Islamic subjects, this is indicated by the results of calculations where r­­count= 0.719 while rtable= 0.302. This calculation also means that the teaching and learning process of teachers and students can make the most of the Student Worksheets so that student learning achievement will increase significantly.

ABSTRAK  Tas adalah barang yang sering dibawa oleh traveler yang sudah berkeluarga dan memiliki balita dengan mengendarai sepeda motor. Terdapat peralatan yang banyak sehingga dibutuhkan sebuah solusi untuk membawa perlengkapan balita dan perlengkapan orang tua apabila traveling sedang dilakukan selama empat jam. Smart Bag merupakan salah satu jenis tas yang berbentuk ransel yang memiliki berbagai fungsi yang sedang diminati untuk traveling dengan disertai beberapa teknologi yang nyaman saat digunakan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pencarian data adalah mix metode, yaitu metode penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif (metode penelitian berdasarkan observasi dan wawancara) dan kuantitatif (metode penelitian berdasarkan hasil kuisioner). Menurut hasil survey, wawancara dan penyebaran kuisioner di dua tempat yaitu Waterpark Kenjeran Surabaya dan Kebun Binatang Surabaya. Kemudian dari hasil pengumpulan data tersebut diolah kembali dengan cara melakukan beberapa analisis-analisis terkait dengan kebutuhan dan permasalahan. Analisis yang dilakukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan permasalahan yang ada di lingkungan yaitu analisis desain, analisis perilaku, analisis teknologi, analisis ergonomi dan antropometri, analisis kompetitor dan analisis layout penempatan.  Kata Kunci : Desain, Tas Pintar Multifungsi, Perjalanan, Orang Tua, Balita   ABSTRACT Bags are items that are often taken by travelers who are married and have a toddler riding a motorcycle. There is a lot of equipment so that we need a solution to bring toddler equipment and parental equipment efficient when traveling is done for four hours. Smart Bag is one type of bag in the form of a backpack that has various functions that are in demand for traveling, accompanied by some comfortable technology when used. The method used in the search for data is a mix of methods, namely research methods that use qualitative approaches (research methods based on observations and interviews) and quantitative (research methods based on the results of the questionnaire). According to survey results, interviews and questionnaires in two places, namely Surabaya Kenjeran Waterpark and Surabaya Zoo. Then the results of the data collection are reprocessed by conducting several analyzes related to needs and problems. Analysis conducted to meet the needs and problems in the environment, namely design analysis, behavior analysis, technology analysis, ergonomics and anthropometry analysis, competitor analysis and placement layout analysis.         Keywords: design, multifunction smart bag, travel, parents, toddler

As a tourist city, Yogyakarta has several areas that can become an attraction for international tourists, such as the Sosrowijayan. This area is located in a strategic location with a wide range of accommodation for international tourists. The attractiveness of this area particularly for the international tourists is based on its unique characteristics that have not explored in the previous research. Hence, this research aims to determine the level of attraction and the factors that influence the attractiveness of this area based on the perception of international tourists. This research applied quantitative research methods with questioner in the data collection to examine the tourist perception on the variables of destination attractiveness. This research found that these main factors are comfortability, relaxation, accommodation services, and accessibility.

The purpose of this research to the amounts of the influence of the application of simda users against satisfaction accounting seen from the guidebook , software , his database system , located to organizations a device the regions in Kabupaten Boalemo with a population of a number of 43 people consisting of all financial operators OPD Boalemo with quantitative research methods have, as for data collection techniques to mensurvey research locations and use of the questionnaire was as the tools and in kevalidtan test data in application of sports use spss v.24 with the methods of multiple regression analyst .As for the result of the study them shows that the guidebook had a negative and insignificant against satisfaction accounting users , in contrast to the software which influence positive and significant impact on accounting users , but distinct again with a database that gives a positive influence and insignificant to users.

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of amination media on the ability to recite hijaiyah letters of children aged 5-6 years in Almawadah Integrated Kindergarten, Rimba Melintang District, Rokan Hilir District. In this study using quantitative research methods in the form of Experiment with one group pretest posttest design research model. 1) to find out the process of implementing animation media can imrove the pronunciation of hijaiyah letters for children aged 5-6 years in the Almawadah Integrated Kindergarten 2) to improve the pronunciation of hijaiyah letters for children aged 5-6 years in the Almawadah Integrated Kindergarten can be increased through animation media. In this study were children agrd 5-6 years in Almawadah Integrated Kindergarten, Melimbra District, Rokan Hilir Regency with 15 chilren consisting of 5 girls and boys. The test is used as a data collection technique, the data obtained is then processed using t-test to see the comparison of pretest ang posttest. From the research results obtained pretest value of 54.68% ang posttest of 81.66% and tcount of 9.248 with N-Gain value of 59.55%. so it can be concluded that the of animated media has the effect of reciting hijaiyah letters for chidren aged 5-6 years.Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media animasi terhadap kemampuan dalam melafalkan huruf hijaiyah anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Terpadu Almawadah Kecamatan Rimba Melintang Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif yang berbentuk Esperimen dengan model penelitian one group pretest posttest design. 1) untuk mengetahui proses pelaksaan media animasi dapat meningkatkan dalam melafalkan huruf hijaiyah anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Terpadu Almawadah 2) untuk meningkatkan melafalkan huruf hijaiyah anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Terpadu Almawadah dapat ditingkatkan melalui media animasi. Dalam penelitian ini adalah anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Terpadu Almawadah Kecamatan Rimba Melintang Kabupaten Rokan Hilir dengan jumlah anak 15 orang anak yang terdiri dari 5 anak perempuan dan 10 anak laki-laki. Tes dijadikan sebagai teknik pengumpulan data, data yang didapatkan kemudian diolah menggunakan uji-t untuk melihat perbandingan pretest dan posttest. Dari hasil penelitian yang didapatkan nilai pretest sebesar 54.68% dan posttest sebesar 81.66% dan thitung sebesar 9.248 dengan nilai N-Gain sebesar 59.55%. sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media animasi berpengaruh melafalkan huruf hijaiyah anak usia 5-6 tahun.
