Abstract Purpose: This study aimed to explore the association between leadership styles and employee performance in a family-owned manufacturing business. Research methodology: For data translation and analysis, the study used a quantitative approach and a correlational design, a census technique of sampling 400 employees, an interview schedule, multiple linear regression, and the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 16.0 Versions. Results: Results revealed that autocratic, charismatic, and paternalistic leadership styles influence employees' performance. The result also revealed that autocratic, charismatic, and visionary leadership styles influence error reduction. Again the result shows that paternalistic and visionary leadership styles influence employees' quality of work. Limitations: The study's main weakness is that it only looked at nine specific leadership styles and their effects on employee performance. Contribution: Given this, managers should consider using leadership styles with stronger predictions in a given situation to drive employees' performance, reduce employees' errors in work and enhance employees' quality of work.

Abstract Purpose: The goal of this study is to look into how demographic factors influence employee performance in an owner-manager manufacturing firm. Research Methodology: The research was carried out in an owner-manager firm in Cape Coast, Ghana's central region. For data translation and analysis, a quantitative approach and a correlational study design were used, as well as a census sampling technique to sample 400 employees, an interview schedule, multiple linear regression, and the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 20.0 Versions. Result: The findings show that age and education have an impact on employees’ performance. The findings also revealed that age and department have an impact on employee absenteeism. Again the result shows that age, education, and tenure respectively influences employees’ output. However, some demographic factors have no relationship with employees’ performance, absenteeism, or output. Limitation: Time constraints, assumptions about the underlying theory, and the unwillingness of respondents to give out information were all limitations. Contribution: SMEs owners and managers must not overlook these elements, as they have a variety of effects on employees’ performance, how they miss work, and output levels. It is thought that paying attention to an employee's age groups, level of education, the department they work in and what transpired there, and years of experience will go a long way in assisting them in performing to a satisfactory level and increasing their performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji, menganalisis menginterprestasi kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja, Quality of Work Life Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Perilaku Pada Hotel Dinasti Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriftip analisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan pendekatan kualitatif. dan metode analisis yang digunakan Analisis Path/ Path Analysis. Data diperoleh dari Hotel Dinasti Kota Makassar dan Responden adalah karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menemukan bebe-rapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di Hotel Dinasti Kota Makassar, antara lain Kepemimpinan, Kepuasan Kerja, Quality of Work Life dan Perilaku. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku karyawan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku karyawan. Quality of Work Life berpengaruh positif dan signifikan ter-hadap perilaku karyawan. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui perilaku karya-wan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui perilaku karyawan. Quality of Work Life berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui perilaku karyawan.  This study aims to examine, analyze leadership interpretation, job satisfaction, Quality of Work Life Against Employee Performance Through Behavior at the Hotel Dynasty Makassar City. This research is a descriptive analysis using a quantitative approach and a qualitative approach. And the analytical method used is Path Analysis. Data obtained from the Hotel Dynasty Makassar City and respondents were employees. The results of this study can find several factors that affect employee performance in the Makassar City Dynasty Hotel. These include leadership, job satisfaction, quality of work life and behavior. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee behavior. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee behavior. Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on employee behavior. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee behavior. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee behavior. Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee behavior.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence spiritual leadership and reward toward employee performance with quality of work life and job satisfaction as mediating variable. The object of research in this study is Pasuruan Regency Transportation Office. Data analysis uses the Partial Least Square method with the software of SmartPLS. Data is collected by distibuting questionnaire to all of 86 staff as the respondents. The results show Spiritual leadership does not affect the employee performance; reward has no effect on employee performance; Spiritual leadership does not affect employee performance mediated by the quality of work life; Reward cannot influence employee performance through the quality of work life as a mediating variable; Spiritual leadership does not have an effect on employee performance which is mediated by quality of work life; the indirect effect between reward on employee performance through mediating job satisfaction is significant; The quality of work life has insignificant effect on employee performance; Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results give significant implications on practice and literature on the influence of spiritual leadership and reward on performance. This research provides information that can be used as a guideline for the Pasuruan Communication Office to increase employee satisfaction and performance

Performance appraisal of employees is an important thing to do by government agencies and private companies. It is useful to see, monitor the level and quality of work given by an employee to his company in order to create a company that is able to achieve the goals of each company by starting to do evaluation of HR (Human Resources) because in the business and management world says that a great company is a company that is able to manage its human resources. In employee performance appraisal, each company has their own way and certainly different in the actual practice of employee performance appraisal activities must be done properly and fairly as possible to eliminate social gaps in the world of work and reduce the occurrence of errors in granting an assessment of the performance of each each company employee and the results obtained after employees are given an assessment of their performance are expected to grow and influence the level of loyalty given by employees to the company and foster high self-motivation for the progress of the company itself. In evaluating employee performance, there are several tools that can be used, one of which is a decision support system that will process some of the criteria set by the company using the Weighted Product (WP) method

Abstract PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Pemangkat is a state-owned company tasked with distributing electricity and providing services to the public. PLN Rayon Pemangkat, Singkawang Area, West Kalimantan Region. PLN Rayon Pemangkat has two Units namely the Tebas and Sentebang Units. The purpose of this study is to look at the effect of Quality of Work Life (QWL) on performance. The population of this research is all of the employees of PLN Pemangkat rayon, amounting to 109 people with the study sample using a census. Data analysis using SPSS V22, the results of the t test show that QWL (X) significantly affects Employee Performance (Y) with a significance level of 0,000 <0,005 or H1 accepted. Then based on the regression results it is known that the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.511. This means that 51.1 percent of the performance of PLN Pemangkat staff is influenced by Quality of Work Life, while the remaining 48.9 percent is influenced by other variables outside the variables in this study. The advice given is, to maintain the performance of employees to remain good, then PLN Rayon Pemangkat must continue to improve the quality of work life of their employees in order to jointly achieve company goals. With an aim to test reciprocity between non-financial elements of compensation and productivity outcomes, in the presence of perception about organizational support theory, Data had been collected at primary level by a questionnaire, from a sample of 525 banking professionals from big ten Pakistani banks, and same had been analyzed by smartPLS. Results showed that all relationships among study variables are highly responsive to the perception about organizational support. Quality of work life creates reciprocity with employee performance but their magnitudes get affected where practioners need to pay specific attention on employee perception about organizational support.

Abstract: Honda official workshop (AHASS) is a maintenance and repair service company for motorcycle products of Honda. To fulfill customers demand, the company management tries to improve employee performance in order to make their consumers satisfied with the offered service. The objectives of this research are to significantly examine the direct influence of quality of work life and work satisfaction on employee performance and the indirect influence of quality of work life and work satisfaction on employee performance through organizational commitment. This is an explanatory research with the sample consists of 50 (fifty) employees of Honda official workshops in Sumbersari District, Jember. Data were analyzed using path analysis with SPSS 19. The results show that quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and organizational commitment; work satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and organizational commitment; and organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Purpose The purpose of this paper is to obtain empirical evidence, analyze and explain the mediating effect of the quality of work life (QWL), job-retention engagement and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on the relationship between transglobal leadership and employee performance. Design/methodology/approach The population in this research is all employees of the most outstanding cooperatives in East Java Province. The method used to analyze the data in this study is generalized structural component analysis. Findings The main findings of this research show that the effects of mediation variables of QWL, job involvement and OCB in transglobal leadership influence employee performance in cooperatives in East Java. These findings are not in line with the Theory of Leadership by Sharkey et al. (2012), and explains the link between behaviors of transglobal leadership and employee performance. The study finds a need for attention in intervening/mediating variables such as QWL, job involvement and OCB as regard the relationship between transglobal leadership and employee performance. Research limitations/implications Transglobal leadership directly affects the QWL, job involvement and OCB: the higher the transglobal leadership, the higher the effect on QWL, job involvement and OCB. However, transglobal leadership has no direct effect on employee performance. Then, QWL, job involvement and OCB are mediating variables between the effects of transglobal leadership on full-mediation employee performance. Social implications To improve the performance of employees of cooperatives, some improvements are needed such as an increase in the quality of a leader’s cooperative approach, especially with transglobal leadership style. However, particularly in the approach, factor of quality of work life, job involvement and OCB cannot be ignored or overriden. Improved leadership capacity, priority for improved business intelligence main factor, while the quality of work-life priorities take precedence in the growth and development factors. Job involvement of preferred priority on self-esteem factor performances, while the main priority organizational citizenship behavior on altruism factor. Employee performance will be improved with the aforementioned ideal conditions, especially on the work factor result. Originality/value Mediation effect of job involvement and OCB, using Sobel test, for assessing the relationship between translgobal leadership and employee performance has not been studied before.

The college which is need to overcome internal environmental challenges, it must find quality work life suitable for teachers. In order to achieve this quality, it must adopt rational leadership styles in order to create this quality. Hence, the research sought to identify the effect of the administrative leadership styles (News style, persuasion, participation and Negotiating) The study was conducted on a sample of (50) teachers by means of a questionnaire prepared for this purpose. After the data were obtained, they were analyzed statistically by using (SPSS.V22) program which help to get the results and from that reach to some of of the conclusions the most important of them " Management styles have an impact role in overall quality of work life, particularly, Authorization style has the greatest influence in adoption among those patterns" The research included a set of proposals that pointed to the need for administrative leaders to delegate part of the powers and authorities to ensure the progress of work on one hand, and to motivate instructors to feel the strategic role they play on the other hand.
