This study aims to examine the effect of organizational commitment, career planning, and motivation on employee performance. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires with 101 employee respondents who work in business organizations. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and the data analysis method used was multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate the following. Organizational commitment has no significant effect on employee performance. Career planning has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Simultaneously organizational commitment, career planning, and motivation affect employee performance.

Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

This study aimed to examine the effect of transformational leadership style, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on Account Representative performance of KPP Pratama Magelang. This study was quantitative research using primary and secondary data sources. The data collection method used an online questionnaire in the form of a statement with a Likert scale and sampling used purposive sampling technique. Processing of data analysis techniques used IBM SPSS Statistics 26 and data analysis methods used multiple linear regression. The results showed that the transformational leadership style did not be proven to have an effect on the Account Representative performance of KPP Pratama Magelang. Organizational commitment had a significant positive effect on the Account Representative’s performance and job satisfaction also had a significant positive effect on the Account Representative’s performance. The last, transformational leadership style, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction simultaneously had a significant positive effect on Account Representative performance of KPP Pratama Magelang.

The purpose of this study is to understand and explain the impact of Prophet Leadership and organizational commitment on motivation and its implications on employee performace of the PT.Bank Syariah Al Salaam. The research method used a quantitative approach, which the population in this study was 80 employees of the Bank Syariah Al Salaam Sample selection was done by sampling technique all population 80 respondents were determined. Data collection techniques using interview and questionnaire. The questionnaire survey instrument was delivered to employees of the Bank Syariah Al Salaam. Data were analyzed by using structural equation model (SEM) with the Smart PLS3.0 software program. This study reveals that Prophet Leadership, organizational commitment and motivation have a significant positive effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. Besides that, the motivation partially mediate variable of the Prophet Leadership variable and organizational commitment on employee performance and has a significant effect

The research objective is to analyse the effect of organizational culture on employee performance with the mediation of the variable organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Data analysis in this research is quantitative using a path analysis model (Path) with the help of Smart PLS Software version 3.2 .8. The results found that organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Interestingly, it indicates an insignificant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment and job satisfaction both show a significant positive effect on employee performance. For testing the indirect effect is found empirical facts that organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance if mediated by organizational commitment. The organizational culture does not have a significant positive effect on employee performance if mediated by job satisfaction.

"The Effect of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance of the Ambon Branch of BPJS on health institutions".The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on the Ambon branch of BPJS on health institutions. The population in this study were employees of the Ambon branch of BPJS on health institutions. The sample in this study were 32 employees. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used was SPSS version 16. The results of multiple regression analysis are Y = 0.280 X1 + 0.392X2. The independent variable that most influences the dependent variable is the organizational commitment variable (0.392), and the last is the job satisfaction variable (0.280). The results of the t test show that all the independent variables (job satisfaction and organizational commitment) have a significant positive effect on the dependent variable (employee performance) where all the independent variables obtain a t value greater than the t table with a sig level of less than 0.05. And the coefficient of determination (R Square) obtained is 0.323, this means that 32.3% of employee performance can be explained by job satisfaction and organizational commitment variables, while the remaining 67.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.The implication of the above conclusions is that in an effort to improve employee performance, the Ambon branch of BPJS on health institutions should increase job satisfaction for employees, namely the leadership must provide more support for employees and must mutually cooperate between employees so that their sense of job satisfaction increases and increases commitment to oneself and at the company. Company always expects its employees to have achievements, because having employees who excel will provide optimal contributions to the company. Good human resources management will lead to achieving goals. Therefore, it is important to analyze of the influence of workload and organizational commitment on employee performance through turnover intention. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of workload and organizational commitment on employee performance through turnover intention, the effect of workload and organizational commitment on turnover intention directly or indirectly as an intervening variable. The sample of this study were 140 people. The sampling technique used the proportional random sampling method. Data analysis method uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study are that workload has a significant positive effect on turnover intention. Organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Workload has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Turnover intention has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Workload does not have a significant effect on employee performance through turnover intention. Organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance through turnover intention.

This study aims to: 1) To find out and analyze the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment to job satisfaction, 2) To know and analyze the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance, 3) To find out and analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, 4) To find out and analyze the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment to employee performance through job satisfaction of PT. Seoilindo Primatama Bekasi. The study was conducted at PT. Seoilindo Primatama Bekasi with 73 research samples. The sampling technique uses saturated samples. The data analysis method uses descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis with path analysis. The results showed that: 1) there is an influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment to job satisfaction, 2) there is an influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment to employee performance, 3) there is an influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, and 4) there is no influence of organizational culture and commitment organization of employee performance through job satisfaction PT. Seoilindo Primatama Bekasi. This means that the direct effect is greater than the indirect effect, the variable job satisfaction cannot mediate between organizational commitment and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Seoilindo Primatama Bekasi.

This study aims to determine the influence of marketing stimulus factors (price factors, product factors, promotion factors and brand factors) to influence customer loyalty at PT. Semen Tonasa, Tbk in Palopo City. The population in this study The population in this study were all customers of PT. Semen Tonasa Tbk in the last 5 years until this research was conducted. Meanwhile, in this study, the samples taken by the researchers were the retailers of PT Semen Tonasa Tbk in Palopo City. The sampling technique uses incidental techniques with due regard to the sample criteria. While the method of data collection is through observation, interviews, commissioning. The data analysis method used is multiple regression with five variables. The results showed that Fhit> Ftab (6,041> 3.06). This means that simultaneously the marketing stimulus factors (price, product, promotion and brand) have a significant effect on customer loyalty. This means that the proposed hypothesis is accepted. Meanwhile, only partially product factor which is a marketing stimulus has a significant positive effect. This can be seen in the t test, namely the calculated value of X2 exceeds the table value (4.172> 2.131).

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational culture on knowledge transfer, and employee performance. This research was conducted at the Boven Digoel Regent's office. The sample used in this study is the entire population or saturated samples as many as 90 respondents. The collection methods in this study were questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis method used path analysis with the Smart PLS application. The results showed that leadership style has no significant effect on knowledge transfer and employee performance. When mediated by knowledge transfer, the leadership style to affect employee performance was also insignificant. Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on knowledge transfer, but interestingly has no significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance if it is mediated by knowledge transfer. Transfer knowledge has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to analyze: (1) influence of organizational support to employee performance, (2) influence of organizational support to organizational commitment and (3) influence organizational commitment to employee performance. A total of 77 employees of the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Denpasar is used as a sample with sampling technique that is saturated sampling. The data obtained were analyzed by descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS. The result of this study found that organizational support had positive and significant effect on employee performance, with coefficient value was 0,389 and t statistics value was 4,086 (> t critical 1,96). The effect of organizational support on organizational commitment resulted in coefficient value of 0.634 and t statistics of 9.091 (> t critical 1.96) which means significant. Furthermore, organizational commitment also has a significant positive effect on employee performance, with coefficient value of 0.363 and t statistics value of 4.635 (> t critical 1.96). This study proves that employees who get support from the organization proved able to increase organizational commitment to work which implies to the better performance displayed by employees of the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Denpasar.
