This study aims to determine the influence of marketing stimulus factors (price factors, product factors, promotion factors and brand factors) to influence customer loyalty at PT. Semen Tonasa, Tbk in Palopo City. The population in this study The population in this study were all customers of PT. Semen Tonasa Tbk in the last 5 years until this research was conducted. Meanwhile, in this study, the samples taken by the researchers were the retailers of PT Semen Tonasa Tbk in Palopo City. The sampling technique uses incidental techniques with due regard to the sample criteria. While the method of data collection is through observation, interviews, commissioning. The data analysis method used is multiple regression with five variables. The results showed that Fhit> Ftab (6,041> 3.06). This means that simultaneously the marketing stimulus factors (price, product, promotion and brand) have a significant effect on customer loyalty. This means that the proposed hypothesis is accepted. Meanwhile, only partially product factor which is a marketing stimulus has a significant positive effect. This can be seen in the t test, namely the calculated value of X2 exceeds the table value (4.172> 2.131).

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational commitment, career planning, and motivation on employee performance. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires with 101 employee respondents who work in business organizations. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and the data analysis method used was multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate the following. Organizational commitment has no significant effect on employee performance. Career planning has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Simultaneously organizational commitment, career planning, and motivation affect employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Product Quality, Price, and Brand Image on Customer Loyalty (Study on Customers of Natural Nusantara Cosmetics Product Users in Gunungkidul). The sampling technique has used a Non-Probability model used was the purposive sampling method. The sampling criteria in this study were that some customers of Natural Nusantara cosmetics users in Gunungkidul, had purchased Natural Nusantara cosmetic products at least twice. The sample in this study were 100 respondents, The data analysis method used Multiple Regression, Y = 15.163 + 0.212X1 + 0.433X2 + (-0.006X3). The results showed that product quality and price had a positive and significant effects on customer loyalty of Nusantara Natural Cosmetics users in Gunungkidul, so H1 and H2 was accepted. While brand image had a negative and had no significant effect on customer loyalty of users of Natural Nusantara Cosmetics products in Gunungkidul, so H3 is rejected.

The purposes of this study are : First, to explore the effect among trust on customer loyalty. Second, to explore the effect among commitment on customer loyalty. Third, to explore the effect among communication on customer loyalty. Fourth, to explore the effect among conflict handling on customer loyalty. The population of this research are all customers of PT Bank Panin Tbk savings in Jakarta. The Samples are collected from PT Bank Panin Tbk's savings customers in South Jakarta. The method of data collection is cross-sectional design with 150 respondents. The technique of data analysis used in this study was multiple regression analysis. The results are : (a) trust has a positive effect toward customer loyalty; (b) commitment has not positive effect toward customer loyalty; (c) communication has a positive effect toward customer loyalty; (d) conflict handling has a positive effect on customer loyalty.

This study aims to determine the analysis of the factors that influence traders in the Panam-Pekanbaru Traditional Market, Indonesia. The sample in this study were 61 traders. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used SPSS version 25. Finding showed that partially the variables that had a significant effect were working hours and capital, while the non-significant variable was length of business. While the results of the research simultaneously that all independent variables have a positive effect on the dependent variable.

The sample used is 100 motorbike users A who use motorbikes B. The sampling method used was accidental sampling with the Arikunto formula. Data collection using a questionnaire. The analysis method used is multiple regression supported by the t-test. The results of the analysis show that product attributes have a significant positive effect on brand image, consumer dissatisfaction has a significant positive effect on brand image, product attributes have a significant positive effect on brand transfer, consumer dissatisfaction has a significant positive effect on brand transfer, brand image has a significant positive effect on brand transfer, attributes The product has a significant positive effect on brand movement through brand image as an intervening variable, consumer dissatisfaction has a significant positive effect on brand movement through brand image as an intervening variable. <p class="JurnalASSETSABSTRAK">ABSTRACT</p><p>The study aims to examine the influence of emotional intelligence and learning behavior towards accounting learning achievements. The population in this study is a student of education accounting study program year 2014. Total samples obtained some 71 students with a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used is multiple regression. The results proved that among emotional intelligence and learning behavior, only emotional intelligence had a positive effect on accounting learning achievements. These results indicate that students with good self-resilience can empathize and cooperate with others. This intelligence can support their success in implementing accounting concepts when they enter the workforce and various aspects of life.</p><p class="JurnalASSETSABSTRAK"><em>ABSTRAK</em><em></em></p><p><em>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan perilaku belajar terhadap prestasi belajar akuntansi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi akuntansi pendidikan tahun 2014. Total sampel diperoleh sejumlah 71 siswa dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Hasilnya membuktikan bahwa di antara kecerdasan emosi dan perilaku belajar, hanya kecerdasan emosi yang memiliki efek positif pada prestasi belajar akuntansi. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa dengan ketahanan diri yang baik dapat berempati dan bekerja sama dengan orang lain. Kecerdasan ini dapat mendukung keberhasilan mereka dalam menerapkan konsep akuntansi ketika mereka memasuki dunia kerja dan berbagai aspek kehidupan.</em></p>

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of the role of the Chairperson and Cooperative Manager in the preparation and application of Financial Statements based on SAK ETAP in cooperatives in the city of Palembang. This research is a quantitative study using data obtained from questionnaires and measured using a Likert scale. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The sample used in this study was the Chairperson of the cooperative and the manager of the cooperative in the city of Palembang. The cooperatives studied were 203 cooperatives. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test. The results showed that the role of cooperative leaders and managers had a significant positive effect on the preparation and application of SAK ETAP-based financial statements.Keywords : chairman, manager, SAK ETAP, cooperative

Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

The purpose of this study was to analyze: (1) The effect of profitability on firm value. (2) The effect of earnings quality on firm value. (3) The effect of investment decisions on firm value. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2014-2018. While the sampling technique in this study is using purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 300 samples. The data analysis method used is multiple regression using SPSS 25 software. The results of this study indicate that: (1) profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. (2) earnings quality has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value with a significance of 0.757 > 0.05. (3) investment decisions have a positive effect and not on the value of the company with a significance of 0.418 > 0.05

<p><em>The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the formal knowledge of taxpayers and taxpayer awareness on compliance of vehicle taxpayers in the institution of  Samsat Polda in South Jakarta. The data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires to the Vehicle Taxpayer registered in the Office of South Jakarta Police Samsat. The populations that will be the object of research are all vehicle taxpayers registered in the Office of Samsat Polda in South Jakarta until the period of December 2016. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. This research uses linear regression analysis method. The results of the research showed that the formal knowledge of taxpayers have a significant positive effect on compliance of vehicle taxpayers. The results of this study also concluded that the formal knowledge of taxpayers, and awareness of taxpayers significantly affect the compliance of vehicle taxpayers simultaneously.</em></p>
