Purchase decisions are actions taken by consumers to make a product purchase. This research has purpose to analyze how much influence prices and promotions on cement purchase decisions at PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero), Tbk and the dominant influential variables. The sample numbers in this research by using 150 (one hundred fifty) respondents. The technique used in sampling of this research was purposive sampling. The method of analysis is by using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis in this research indicate that the price and promotion variables have a positive value and significant effect on purchase decisions and independent variable that has a positive value, significant influence and dominant influence is the price variable on cement purchase decisions at PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero), Tbk

This current research explores the effect of ethnocentrism and productnowledge on the buyinginterest of the products ofTembe Mee Donggo. The research aims: 1) to determine the positive and significant effect of ethnocentrism on buying interest in tembe me’e Donggo products; 2) to determine the positive and significant effect of productknowledge on buying interest intembe me’e Donggo products; and 3) to determine the positive and significant influence of ethnocentrism and productknowledge on buying interest intembe me’e Donggo products. The methodology used in this research is associative in nature, using questionnaires, observations, and library research to collect data, and a multiple linear regression analysis to analyze the data. The research took place in Donggo district of Bima regency during the two months of February and March of 2018. The sample, taken using purposive sampling technique,include50 people of Donggo, who had ever used and bought tembe me’e Donggo products. The results reveal that: 1) ethnocentrism has a positive and significant effect on the buying interest of tembe me’e Donggo products; 2) product knowledge has a positive and significant effect to the buying interest of tembe mee Donggo products; and 3) ethnocentrism and product knowledge together have a positive and significant effect on the buying interest of tembe me’e Donggo products.

Abstract: This research aims to explanatory and analyze the influence of liquidity, solvability, effectivity and profitability on the dividend policy. Research subject at 12 Consumer Good Industry companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2014-2018. This research used the purposive sampling method. Data obtained from corporation annual reports which are available on the official site of Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analytical tool used is the multiple linear regression analysis with the help of statistical software IBM SPSS 26. The result of multiple linear regression analysis shows that Liquidity, Solvability, and Effectivity has’t influence on Dividend Policy, while Profitabilty is the only one variable that has positive influence and significant toward Dividend Policy.  Keywords: Liquidity, Solvability, Effectivity, Profitability, Dividend Policy Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis pengaruh likuiditas, solvabilitas, efektivitas dan profitabilitas terhadap kebijakan dividen. Subjek penelitian pada 12 perusahaan Industri Barang Konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2014-2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data diperoleh dari laporan tahunan yang tersedia pada situs resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program statistik IBM SPSS 26. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa Likuiditas, Solvabilitas, dan Efektivitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kebijakan Dividen, sedangkan Profitabilitas hanya salah satu variabel yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kebijakan Dividen. Kata kunci: Likuiditas, Solvabilitas, Efektivitas, Profitabilitas, Kebijakan Dividen

The purpose of this study was to (1) To determine the significance of partial effect of Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects of the Work Motivation Head of the village in the district of East Lombok Keruak. (2) To determine the significance of the simultaneous effect of Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects of the Work Motivation Head of the village in the district of East Lombok Keruak. (3) To find out which of the factors Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects that have a dominant influence on work motivation Head of the Village in the district of East Lombok Keruak. Methods used are causal research. The data collection was conducted using questionnaires given to 90 respondents. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) There is a significant influence on the Simultaneous Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects of the Work Motivation Head of the Village in the District Keruak East Lombok. (2) There is a significant influence on the Partial Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects of the Work Motivation Head of the Village in the District Keruak East Lombok. This study aims to know the influence of service quality and price to consumen satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Total sample in this study are 60 respondent, with Purposive sampling as sampling technique. Data analysis methode used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result shows that service quality and price simultaneously have a signifikan influnce to consument satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Service quality partially have a signifikan influence to consument satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe  Palu Grand Mall. Price partially have a signifikan influence to consument satisfaction at J.CO Donuts and Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Sampel yang digunakan penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 60 responden, dengan teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan dan harga secara serempak berpengaruh siginifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Kualitas layanan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall. Harga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di J.CO Donuts dan Coffe Palu Grand Mall.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the motivation variables have a significant effect on performance and work discipline has a significant effect on performance. The sample in this study was 30 respondents and used multiple linear regression analysis with the following regression equation Y Y = 4.604 + 0.476X1 + 0.336X2 + e. From the regression equation it can be seen that the work motivation variable is stated to have a significant influence on employee performance. It can also be said that the more work motivation will affect employee performance. Work discipline variables have an influence on employee performance (Y). This means, every time there is an increase in work discipline will improve employee performance.. The aim is to determine the effect of taxpayer understanding and service quality on taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Gresik Selatan. This type of research is explanatory research which explains and proves the influence between variables through hypothesis testing. The sampling technique used random sample sampling with a sample size of 97 taxpayers who do report and tax payments located in South Gresik. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variables of taxpayer understanding, physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. The physical evidence variable has the most dominant influence on taxpayer compliance.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style and compensation on job satisfaction at the Employment of Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan in Malang Raya. To achieve this goal, this study uses quantitative methods using multiple linear regression analysis. This study uses the dependent variable, namely Leadership Style and Compensation. While the independent variable is satisfaction. The sample used in this study is 44 which is the entire population. The results showed that leadership style and compensation did not have a significant effect either partially or simultaneously on job satisfaction at Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan di Malang Raya in Malang Raya

<p class="Ventura-Abstract">This study aims to analyze and prove empirically the influence of knowledge, religiosity, accessibility, and extra curricular islamic program to conventional banking customer behavior that switch to sharia banking. The subjects of this study are students of accounting study programs that become conventional banking customers and switch to sharia banking, whether really switching or not really switching. The object of this study is the institutions of college in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. In this study the sample of 82 respondents selected using purposive sampling method. The analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 24.0. Based on the analysis that has been done obtained the result that the knowledge and extra curricularislamic program does not affect the behavior of conventional banking customers to switch to sharia banking. While religiosity and accessibility proved to have a positive and significant effect.</p>

This study aims to examine and analyze the simultaneous effect of service quality on student satisfaction, test and analyze the partial effect of service quality on student satisfaction, test and analyze variables that have a dominant influence on student satisfaction. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis which is used to determine how much influence the independent (independent) variables, namely Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy on the dependent variable is student satisfaction. Research site is at STES Ihya 'Ulumiddin Banyuwangi. The study took a sample of 39 people. While the results of this study can be drawn as follows, the variables Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Emphaty simultaneously affect student satisfaction. The partial test of the Reliability variable, Responsiveness, Assurance and Emphaty is positive, but the Tangible variable is negative. Reliability variables are variables that have a dominant and significant influence on student satisfaction.

This study was conducted to determine how the influence of the initial capital, long effort and hours of work on the performance of the market traders alai Padang. The respondents are all traders who sell in the market of alai which has shops , a variety of types of businesses and turnover are almost the same. Sampling done by the census where all the population into the sample in this study as many as 56 people traders. To test the hypothesis, this research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis obtained that the initial capital and long efforts has a significant influence on the Performance of the market traders alai.
