Abstract: This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Assets, Return On Equity, and Earning Per Share simultaneously, partially and dominantly on stock prices. In writing this thesis, the research method used by researchers is a correlational research method. Correlation of the word is basically correlation. The population in this study which is the object of research are companies engaged in the transportation service sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the 2015-2019 period. With a population of 43 companies. The sample selection using purposive sampling method, obtained companies that meet the criteria as many as 9 companies. The results of this study indicate that Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Assets, Return On Equity, and Earning Per Share have a simultaneous effect on the stock prices of Transportation Service Companies Listed on the IDX for the 2015-2019 Period. Current Ratio and DER (Debt to Equity Ratio) do not have a significant effect on Share Prices in Transportation Service Companies Listed on the IDX for the 2015-2019 Period. ROA (Return On Assets), ROE (Return On Equity) and Earning Per Share (EPS) have a significant effect on Share Prices in Transportation Service Companies Listed on the IDX for the 2015-2019 Period. Earning Per Share (EPS) has a significant effect on Share Prices at Transportation Service Companies Listed on the IDX for the 2015-2019 Period Keywords: Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, Return On Assets, Return On Equity, And Earning Per Share, Stock Price Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Assets, Return On Equity, dan Earning Per Share secara simultan, parsial dan dominan terhadap harga saham. Pada penulisan skripsi ini, metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah metode penelitian korelasional. Korelasional dari kata dasarnya korelasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi objek penelitian adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di sektor jasa transportasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2015-2019. Dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 43 perusahaan. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling, diperoleh perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria sebanyak 9 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian pada penelitian ini menunjukan Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Assets, Return On Equity, dan Earning Per Share berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap harga saham Perusahaan Jasa Tranportasi yang Terdaftar di BEI Periode 2015-2019. Current Ratio dan DER (Debt to Equity Ratio) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham Pada Perusahaan Jasa Tranportasi yang Terdaftar di BEI Periode 2015-2019. This study aims to analyze the effect of return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE), earnings per share (EPS), current ratio (CR), debt to equity ratio (DER) on stock prices. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Based on purposive sampling, 34 samples of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2016-2018 were obtained in accordance with predetermined criteria, so that the total sample of 102 total were ready to be processed. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study prove that earnings per share variable has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Conversely the current ratio variable has a negative and significant effect on stock prices, while the variable return on assets, return on equity, debt to equity ratio has no effect on stock prices.

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Return On Equity (ROE) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on stock prices. Current Ratio is the liquidity ratio, Return On Equity is the profitability ratio and the Debt to Equity Ratio is the Solvency ratio. The object in this study is a Construction Company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research method in this study is a documentation method with a quantitative approach. The population used amounted to 26 companies, then the determination of the sample was determined through a purposive sampling technique. Based on predetermined2 criteria, a sample of 14 companies was obtained. The results showed that simultaneously the Current Ratio (CR), Return On Equity (ROE) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) variables had a significant effect on stock prices. Partially, Current Ratio (CR) has a positive but not significant effect on stock prices, while Return on Equity (ROE) has a positive and significant effect on stock prices and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a negative and significant effect on stock prices. This shows that the company must maintain the value of Return On Equity (ROE) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER).

This articel is aimed to inform the effect of profitability, capital structure and liquidity to  stock price on transportation company sub sector listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange within period 2012-2017. The research method in this study is an causal comparative. The population amounts to 32 companies with amount 192 data. Based on sampling technique purposive sampling researcher used 9 companies with amount 37 data that meets the criteria with variabel Return On Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Current Ratio (CR). All the data analyze using statistical descriptive analysis and regression analysis with SPSSs.The results showed that simultaneous ROE, DER, and CR significantly influence stock prices. Partially, ROE is a variable that has positive and significant impact on stock prices, while the DER and CR is partially has negative but not significant effect on stock prices.Keyword: profitability, capital structure, liquidity,  and stock price

This study aims to examine the effect of Liquidity, Debt to Equity and Ratio Return On Assets on stock prices on banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2016 both partially and simultaneously.The data in this study are secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. While the research data sources are: Financial Report of Banking Companies downloaded from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website in 2014 to 2016. The number of samples used is 24 companies taken from a population of 41 companies with year observation figures of 3 years so that the number of observations in this study is as much as 72 observations. The analytical method used in this study is using multiple regression analysis, partial test, simultaneous test and determination test, where the classical assumption has been previously performed.The results showed that the Return On Asset partially affects the stock price as evidenced by a significant value less than 0.05, while Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio have no effect. Simultaneously Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Return On Asset affect the stock price in Banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as evidenced by a significant value less than 0.05.Conclusions from the results of this study indicate that partially Return On Asset affects the stock price, while Debt to Equity Ratio and Current Ratio have no effect. Simultaneously Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Return On Asset affect the stock price in Banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange..Keywords: Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, Return On Assets and Share Prices

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasio keuangan (Debt Equity Ratio, Current Ratio) terhadap kinerja keuangan (Return on Equity) dengan (Return on Assets) sebagai variabel moderating. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan analisi. Alat analisis menggunakan metode regresi berganda dan regresi berganda demoderasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini meliputi beberapa perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaptar di bursa efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2011-2015. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini  adalah metode purposive sampling dengan 12 perusahaan barang konsumsi sektor makanan dan minuman sebagai sampel.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial Debt Equity Ratio terhadap Return on Equity tidak berpengaruh dan tidak singnifikan. Begitupun Current Ratio terhadap Return on Equity juga tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan. Pada pengujian berikutnya variabel Debt to Equity dan Current Ratio yang diperkuat (minusnya) hubungannya oleh variabel moderating Return on Assets terhadap Return on Equity.

This study aims to examine the effect of CR, DER and ROE on Financial Distress in the Automotive and Components subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019. Sampling using purposive sampling and found 8 companies that meet the criteria of 13 companies as a sample. So that the sample studied was 40 data for 5 years. This research method uses the quantitative method of descriptive and verification approaches. Based on the results of tests conducted using SPSS it can be concluded with the T test, and the F Test that is CR and DER does not affect Financial Distress, while ROE affects Financial Distress. with the results of simultaneous research that CR, DER and ROE affect Financial Distress. and the Determination Coefficient study in this study also found that CR, DER and ROE together can explain Financial Distress of 27.7% and there are still 72.3% of other factors that influence Financial Distress. This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Equity, and Working Capital Turnover partially, as well as simultaneously on the Stock Prices of the Jakarta Islamic Index Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019. The population in this study is the Jakarta Islamic Index Sector Companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange as many as 30 companies. The sample of this study was 10 (ten) companies selected based on criteria, namely: Jakarta Islamic Index Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2016-2019; Publish audited financial statements; Having profit; and have distributed cash dividends during the observation period. The results of this study indicate that the Current Ratio (X1) Debt to Equity Ratio (X2) and Working Capital Turnover (X4) partially have no significant effect. Whereas Return On Equity (X3) has a positive and significant effect on stock prices on the Jakarta Islamic Index Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2016-2019. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Return on Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Earning per Share on the share prices of coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2018. This research sample consisted of 23 companies selected using the purposive sampling method with the 2016-2018 research period. The method for analyzing research questions is to use panel data statistical regression methods. The result found that Earning per Share partially had a significant effect on stock prices. While Return on Assets and Debt to Equity Ratio partially have no significant effect on stock prices. But Return on Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Earning per Share together have an influence on the share price of coal mining companies. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Return on Asset, Debt to Equity Ratio, dan Earning per Share terhadap harga saham perusahaan pertambangan batubara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk periode 2016 hingga 2018. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 23 perusahaan yang dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan periode penelitian 2016-2018. Metode untuk menganalisis pertanyaan penelitian adalah dengan menggunakan metode statistik regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Earning per Share secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Sementara Return on Asset dan Debt to Equity Ratio secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Namun Return on Asset, Debt to Equity Ratio, dan Earning per Share secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh terhadap harga saham perusahaan pertambangan batubara.

This research is intended to understand how the Fundamental Factors of Financial Rratios Against Share Pricees in LQ45 Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchangge. Which includes fundamental factors, namely Return on Equity (ROE), Returnt on Asset (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Current Ratio (CR), Earning Per Share (EPS). All LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2014 to 2018 are the populationt. Samples were taken bye determining criteria in accordance with the research objectives. The results of the data are then proccessed using the classical assumption test. Then the hypothesis is tested by multiple linear regression test, simultaneous test (F test), partial test (t test) and determination test (R2 test). Based on the test results with the help of SPSS, it is partially obbtained fundamental factcors which include Return on Equity (ROE) and Earning Per Share (EPS) have a significant effeect on stock prices. Meanwhille, stock prices are affected but not significantly by Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), and Currennt Ratio (CR). Through a joint test, the stock price is also significantly influenced by all the variables included in the fundamental factors.

This study aims to determine the effect of financial ratios on stock prices. Financial ratios used in this study is the Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Equity, Total Asset Turnover, Earning Per Share, and Price to Book Value. The type of research used is quantitative to observe the effect of financial ratios on stock prices. This study used a purposive sampling method with a total sample of 20 companies registered in the LQ45 index for the period 2013-2017 and fulfilling the research criteria. The statistical method used is multiple linear regression analysis The results of this study indicate that partially, the variable debt to equity ratio, return on equity, total asset turnover, earnings per share, and price to book value have a significant partial effect on stock prices, while the current ratio variable does not have a partial significant effect on stock prices. Simultaneously the current ratio variable, debt to equity ratio, return on equity, total asset turnover, earnings per share, and price to book value have a significant simultaneous effect on stock prices.
