Purpose- This study analyzes the effect of word of mouth, product quality on consumer purchasing decisions, and simultaneously analyzes purchasing decisions, word of mouth, and product quality on customer loyalty. Design/methodology/approach- Data were collected from 150 respondents from 3 (three) areas Jakarta, Depok, and Bogor. Data analysis techniques using Path Analysis. Findings- word of mouth and product quality have a positive effect on purchasing decisions, as well as simultaneous purchasing decisions, word of mouth affects customer loyalty but not product quality. Product quality does not affect loyalty consumption of local specialties in the city of Bogor-Depok Implications-Local culinary SMEs are advised to maintain consumer satisfaction by interacting with them to create a positive impression. Consumers who have a positive impression will provide the word of mouth so as to increase purchasing decisions and customer loyaltyKeywords: Word of Mouth, Quality Product, Purchasing Decision, Loyalty

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of service quality, product quality and  trust on customer loyalty aromania parfumery Bengkulu. This type of research is a survey research with a quantitative approach, the object of this research is the consumers in Aromania parfumery, which is precisely located on Jl. Kapuas Raya, Lingkar Barat, Kec. Gading Cempaka, Bengkulu City. with the sampling method, namely non-propability technique, namely insidential sampling technique. The number of respondents in this study were 105 people. The data collection method used a questionnaire. By using data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, and Hypothesis Test, namely test t and test f. The results of this study can be concluded that the variable service quality Aromania parfumery has a positive effect on customer loyalty, product quality has a positive effect on customer loyalty, and trust has a positive effect on customer loyalty.Keywords: Service Quality, Product Quality, Customer Trust and Loyalty.

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, product availability and price perception on purchasing decisions and their implications for customer loyalty. Customers from PT. Alltech Biotechnology Indonesia was taken as a respondent, both primary and secondary data were used in the study. Secondary data is taken from various sources such as journals, books and other data. Primary data were collected using a questionnaire distributed to the target respondents. Using accidental sampling technique, the total number of respondents collected was 100 respondents. Path analysis is applied in this research. The results show that product quality, product availability and price perception have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. It was found that the quality of the product, Product availability and purchasing decisions have a significant influence on loyal consumers. At the managerial level, this research contributed to PT. Alltech Biotechnology Indonesia, to improve product availability and product quality if you want to purchase decisions and increase customer loyalty.

E-commerce in Indonesia is currently developing rapidly in line with the era of globalization. Brand equity and electronic word of mouth is one aspect that e-commerce really cares about. Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada and Bukalapak are competing fiercely to maintain their competitive advantage by creating good brand equity. Therefore, it is interesting to learn about brand equity in building customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The aim of this study is (1) Analyzing brand equity in the e-commerce marketplace, (2) Calculating the level of overall consumer satisfaction and loyalty to the four e-commerce marketplaces,(3) Identifying the elements of brand equity and electronic word of mouth that affect brand satisfaction and loyalty to the four e-commerce marketplace companies. The sampling technique in research uses non-probability sampling method with convenience sampling technique. This study used a total sample of 100 people service users of the e-commerce marketplace companies Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, and Bukalapak. Processed using SEM-PLS. Based on the research results, the elements of brand equity and electronic word of mouth have a positive influence on consumer satisfaction. In the Tokopedia and Shopee brands, there is one element of brand equity that has no effect, namely brand association and brand awareness. Lazada, one element that affects satisfaction, Bukalapak has a positive effect on satisfaction, namely electronic word of mouth. ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to analyze advertising, brand image, service quality on customer satisfaction and purchasing decisions. Data collection techniques using questionnaires with a sample of 100 respondents. This study uses SEM analysis techniques. The results of this study show, (1) the Ad variable to Consumer Satisfaction is a significant positive effect which has a standardized estimate (regression weight) of 0.298, (2) the Brand Image variable towards Consumer Satisfaction is a significant positive effect that has a standardized estimate (regression weight ) amounting to 0.352, (3) Service Quality variables towards Consumer Satisfaction are significant positive influences which have standardized estimate (regression weight) of 0.224, (4) Advertising variables for Purchasing Decisions are not significant positive influences that have standardized estimate (regression weight) amounting to 0.093, (5) Brand Image variables on Purchasing Decisions is a significant positive effect that has a standardized estimate (regression weight) of 0.434, (6) Service Quality variables on Purchasing Decisions is a non-significant positive effect that has standardized esti mate (regression weight) of 0.112, (7) the Consumer Satisfaction variable on Purchasing Decisions is a significant positive effect which has a standardized estimate (regression weight) of 0.352.

The research purpose was determined the effect of Product Quality, Product Price, Promotion and Service Quality on OPPO Smartphone Purchase Decision at Matahari Singosaren Surakarta. This research was conducted in Matahari Singosaren Surakarta with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The sample is 100 respondents. Based on the analysis results can be known Variable Quality products, Product Price, promotion and Service Quality positively affect oppo smartphone purchasing decisions in Matahari Singosaren Surakarta. Price is the most dominant variable, this can be shown with the highest regression coefficient of 0.638. Based on the results of the determination coefficient, the calculation of the SPSS program obtained a value of R Square = 0.491. This value means that Variable Product Quality, Product Price, Promotion and Service Quality contribute 49.1% to purchasing decisions on OPPO smartphones in Matahari Singosaren Surakarta. While the remaining 50.1% is influenced by other factors outside the researchers.

This study aims to determine whether or not there is an effect of word of mouth, price perception, and product quality on purchasing decisions for Pempek as the local culinary product in Palembang city, South Sumatra, Indonesia. The research results using IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 software data were obtained from the primary data of 100 respondents. The results found that the variable word of mouth (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, the price perception variable (X2) partially affects the purchase decision, and the product quality variable (X3) partially has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, word of mouth, price perception, and product quality influence purchasing decisions on the culinary product of Pempek in Palembang City. From the results of data processing, it was found that the coefficient of determination was 77.7% which indicates that other factors influence the remaining 22, 3% as an influence on purchasing decisions. The analysis technique used in this study is to use multiple linear regression analyses.

Pertamax is a non-subsidized fuel PT. Pertamina (Persero) and the company's biggest challenge is to change the buying pattern of people in order to switch from Premium to Pertamax. To change the buying pattern of a company's society should look at consumer behavior as well as the attributes contained in the product in order to provide satisfaction and re-purchase decisions. These attributes are product quality and promotion. This research aims to determine the quality of products and promotions positively and significantly affect consumer satisfaction, knowing product quality, promotion, and customer satisfaction positively and significantly towards purchasing decisions, and product quality and promotions have a positive and significant effect on the re-purchase decision through consumer satisfaction of Pertamax in the Makassar city. The population in this study was the consumer of Pertamax in the town of Makassar, which was designated 100 samples of respondents. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, literature, and observation studies, using path analysis techniques.  The results of the product quality are positive and significant to customer satisfaction. Promotions have a positive and insignificant impact on consumer satisfaction. Consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase decisions. The quality of products directly has a positive and significant effect on repurchase decisions. Directly promotion is positive and insignificant to repurchase decisions. The quality of products indirectly through consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence over the repurchase decision. Indirectly promotion through consumer satisfaction had a positive but insignificant influence on the repurchase decision of Pertamax in Makassar city.

The result of this research: 1. Brand equity, word of mouth and purchasing decisions already high. 2. The results of the regression analysis is Ŷ = 8,177 + 0,724X1 + 0,255X2, means this research have positive between of the brand equity and word of mouth on consumer purchasing decisions. 3. The results of correlation analysis obtained by r = 0,813 , it mean there is a high correlation and positive between the brand equity and word of mouth, to consumer purchasing. Purchasing decisions are influenced by the brand equity and word of mouth of 66.2%. 4. The hypothesis of research H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, it means that the brand equity and word of mouth positive and significant effect of the purchase on the Oppo smartphone either simultaneously or partial. As for the suggestion of this research is to increase brand equity, the need for sophisticated feature innovations in accordance with the wishes of consumers selfie features with the quality front camera which is very nice as well as the resolution of the camera that is large enough for the sake of who were the selfie. To preserve the word of mouth on the Oppo smartphone, then spread information or promotion through advertising in prime time hours, preferably with a more interesting advertising concept that users increasingly Oppo smartphone products. Whereas, to maintain the increasing konsumenn purchasing decisions, by making innovations in presenting a unique design and specification put forward in order to get the attention of consumers. The purpose of this study is to look at the effect of brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions for KFC products in the city of Bengkulu. This research was conducted based on a quantitative approach. Data were collected using a questionnaire involving 100 respondents. Data analysis was used using multiple linear regression. The results of this study reveal that the influence of brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions on KFC products in Bengkulu City.
