The partners of this Community Partnership Program were the Elementary School Teachers Working Group ofclusters I and II, District of Banawa Selatan. Problem faced by the partners was that members of the Teachers Working Groupstill had difficulties in developing professions, writing, and publishing scientific papers, especially Classroom Action Research(CAR). The problem was including a) designing CAR implementation (determining ways of problem identification, choosingand formulation topic and title of the CAR), b) applying learning models in the CAR implementation, c) determining librarysearch techniques, d) making research instruments and data presentation techniques, determining techniques of datacollection, analysis, and interpretation in the CAR activities and e) determining CAR reporting techniques. The objective ofthis study was to improve teachers’ activities in arranging scientific works, especially the Classroom Action Research that canbe taken as a way to improve teachers’ professionalism compet ence. Methods used in the study were holding training andworkshop of CAR implementation, making research instruments, processing and analizing data found by the research.Furthermore, what was done was to assist partners in the preparation of and publication CAR reports and in processing CARresearch results data in the form of scientific articles and published in ISBN journals or scientific seminarsat national level.The workshop and training in the preparation and publication of scientific works were very beneficial for the TeachersWorking Group in Banawa Selatan region which had been difficult to meet the promotion requirements in the field ofscientific writing. In the application of the article preparation practice, three members of the Teachers Working Group in theBanawa SelatanDistrict have made Classroom Action Research reports, processed data and written in scientific articles

Professional teachers can be seen from the ability of teachers to produce quality Classroom Action Research (CAR). If seen not all teachers are able to produce research in accordance with CAR standards. Through Community Service Program, Unipa Surabaya PGSD Study Program with the theme of Classroom Action Research Writing (CAR) for Elementary School Teachers in Gayungan II Elementary School in Surabaya is expected to help teachers in producing quality CAR. From the results of the training that has been carried out, it seems that the enthusiasm of the SDN Gayungan 2 Surabaya teacher in following the CAR was very good. The majority of participants felt they needed to get CAR training. Participants feel the benefits after receiving CAR training.

AbstrakPendidikan dasar merupakan sekolah yang memiliki peran yang strategis dan fundamental bagi pembangunan bangsa. Sehingga penyelenggaraan pendidikan di sekolah dasar harus diarahkan dan menunjang secara optimal demi mencapai tuuan pendidikan nasional. Peraturan baru yang mengharuskan syarat pernah melakukan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas bagi guru sebagai syarat naik golongan menjadi sebuah kendala yang cukup berat. Hal tersebut dikarenakan guru SD tidak terbiasa menulis atau melakukan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Guru harus membuat dalam memenuhi kewajibannya jika ingin naik golongan dan pangkat khususnya dari IV a ke IV b atau dari pangkat Pembina ke Pembina tingkat 1 ke atas. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini ialah menjadikan guru mampu membuat karya tulis ilmiah antara lain PTK agar mampu dimanfaatkan untuk pengembangan profesi. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh guru ialah bagaimana mengoptimalkan pembuatan penelitian tindakan kelas guru-guru SD di desa Geneng. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan workshop. Kegiatan menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi dan latihan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini mencapai target. Capaian tersebut ialah guru mampu menghasilkan penelitian tindakan kelas yang baik. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat diikuti oleh 25 guru. Ketercapaian target pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat diikuti oleh 25 guru dari target 30 guru. Sehingga, ketercapaian peserta 83% atau dapat dinilai baik. Simpulan dalam kegiatan ini ialah ketercapaian target materi yang telah direncanakan pada kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat dinilai baik. Kata kunci: PTK; guru SD; karya tulis ilmiah. AbstractBasic education is a school that has a strategic and fundamental role for nation building. Related to the implementation of education in elementary schools must be aimed at optimally supporting and achieving national education. The new regulation which requires the requirement to carry out Classroom Action Research for teachers as a condition for boarding a class is a considerable obstacle. This is because elementary school teachers are not used to writing or conducting Classroom Action Research. The teacher must make it in fulfilling his obligations if he wants to rise in class and rank especially from IV a to IV b or from the rank of coach to coach level 1 and above. The purpose of this activity is to make teachers able to make scientific papers including PTK so that they can be utilized for professional development. The problem faced by the teacher is how to optimize the making of classroom action research for elementary school teachers in Geneng Village. Service activities are carried out using a Workshop approach. The activity uses lecture, discussion and practice methods. The results of this activity reach the target. The achievement is that the teacher is able to produce good classroom action research. The implementation of community service was followed by 25 teachers. The achievement of the target of implementing community service was followed by 25 teachers from the target of 30 teachers. So, the participants' achievement is 83% or can be considered good. The conclusions in this activity are the achievement of material targets planned for this service activity can be considered good. Keywords: PTK; elementary school teacher; scientific writing

Tujuan dilaksanakannya Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat ini adalah pemahaman guru terkait penelitian Tindakan kelas menjadi lebih meningkat sehingga guru nanti dengan mudah membuat penelitian sederhana yang terjadi di dalam kelasnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat ini adalah 1) Metode ceramah; penyajian  materi pelajaran  yang dilakukan  oleh  Narasumber  dengan  penuturan  atau penjelasan  secara   langsung   dihadapan peserta  workshop. 2) Metode Diskusi; cara penyampaian suatu materi pelajaran melalui sarana pertukaran pikiran untuk memecahkan persoalan yang dihadapi. 3) Pemberian Tugas, secara berkelompok, peserta menganalisis secara kualitatif contoh proposal Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang diberikan oleh narasumber kemudian secara berkelompok peserta berlatih membuat proposal Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Hasil pelaksanaan Pengabdian Pada masyarakat ini adalah Hasil Penilaian Ketercapaian Program dari jumlah peserta 25 guru memberikan tanggapan positif sebanyak 100% yang memiliki nilai penambahan keilmuan guru di Kecamatan Labuan Kabupaten Pandeglang Provinsi Banten. Sedang kepuasan mitra kerjasama yaitu PGRI Kecamatan Labuan terhadap pelaksanaan PkM dosen FKIP Universitas Terbuka menyatakan 100% menyatakan sangat puas dan bernilai tinggi dalam rangka mengembangan kualitas sumber daya manusia dalam hal ini adalah guru sebagai pengajar di Kecamatan Labuan.

This article describes the results of community service by the engagement team of Islamic University of Malang which is conducted toward the teachers of an elementary school in Sukun District, Malang City. The program aims to improve the teachers’ ability in writing research in particular using the classroom action research (CAR) method of which conducting the report always became the difficulty for them. Therefore, in this occasion we identify the problems as follows: a) deciding the topic for the CAR, b) creating the title for the research, c) creating research questions, d) creating the stages of the research and also relevant instrumentation to collect the data, e) writing discussion for the results, then composing the suggestion and conclusion from the results. The method of implementing community service is done by carrying out training and practice of writing CAR. From the results of the training, found that it were quite good where elementary school teachers gained experience about writing CAR. The participants were very enthusiastic about the training, so in the end of this activity, it is expected that by conducting this CAR training, they will be able to conduct the research both independently and in groups.   Keywords: CAR, mentoring, training   Abstrak Artikel ini menjelaskan hasil pengabdian masyarakat oleh tim pengabdi dari Universitas Islam Malang yang dilakukan terhadap guru-guru Sekolah Dasar di Kabupaten Sukun, Kota Malang. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menulis penelitian khususnya menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang mana melakukan laporan selalu menjadi kesulitan bagi mereka. Oleh karena itu, dalam kesempatan ini kami mengidentifikasi masalah sebagai berikut: a) memutuskan topik untuk CAR, b) membuat judul, c) membuat pertanyaan penelitian, d) menciptakan tahapan penelitian dan juga instrumentasi yang relevan untuk mengumpulkan data, e) menulis diskusi hasil, kemudian menyusun saran dan kesimpulan dari hasil. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan dengan melakukan pelatihan dan praktik penulisan PTK. Dari hasil pelatihan, ditemukan bahwa guru Sekolah Dasar memperoleh pengalaman tentang menulis PTK. Para peserta sangat antusias dengan pelatihan ini, sehingga pada akhir kegiatan ini, diharapkan dengan melakukan pelatihan PTK ini, mereka akan dapat melakukan penelitian baik secara mandiri maupun dalam kelompok. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide training for elementary school teachers about classroom action research design techniques for elementary school teachers to do classroom action research in school or in their respective duties. Community service activities implemented are expected to provide benefits in the effort of teachers improve the quality of their understanding of classroom action research, so as to improve their skills in conducting research activities. By understanding and skills in conducting research, a teacher can improve and improve the quality of learning that ultimately impact on the achievement of competence development of learners in learning.

The Community Service Program (PPM) at SMKN 3 Yogyakarta aims to (1) increase the motivation of teachers to conduct action research and write papers, (2) increase teachers’ ability to select and use appropriate learning methods and media to conduct classroom action research, (3) increase the competence of vocational school teachers in writing scientific papers, (4) increase teachers’ knowledge in accessing scientific journals and conference to publish their work. The activity was attended by 25 participants consisting of 16 productive subject teachers and 9 normative/adaptive subject teachers. The activities carried out in the form of presentation of material about the importance of increasing teacher productivity in publishing scientific work to enhance careers, design action research in the classroom by implementing appropriate media variations and learning methods, writing strategies and publishing articles in journals and proceedings, tutorial guidance on writing articles, and the practice of compiling scientific articles. This PPM activity succeeded in increasing the motivation of teachers to conduct research and write scientific papers, improve the ability of teachers to select the right learning media and methods for conducting classroom action research, increase participants’ ability to write articles, increase teachers’ knowledge in accessing scientific journals and conference to publish their work. Participants satisfy to get new knowledge and skills about classroom action research techniques, they are open-minded and wish to further enhance their ability to conduct classroom action research and write articles to be published in proceedings/journals.

This activity is a community service activity that aims to increase the understanding of elementary school teachers in cluster 3 of South Ende sub-district. This activity was carried out in one of the schools in the cluster, namely SDI Bhoanawa 2 and involved 25 teachers from the three clusters. This mentoring activity is carried out using the lecture, question and answer method and drill which is carried out for one day regarding the preparation of a classroom action research proposal. After the activity was carried out, the teachers' understanding of the PTK proposal had increased between before being given assistance and after being given assistance.

Salah satu aspek pengembangan kompetensi profesionalisme guru adalah dengan kemampuan guru membuat karya tulis ilmiah. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilaksanakan oleh guru sekolah dasar dan kepala sekolah di kecamatan Klari Karawang. Dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dasar bagi para guru dalam melakukan penulisan karya tulis ilmiah, membekali guru-guru mengenai pengetahuan yang terkait dengan kegiatan menulis karya ilmiah dan melatih guru-guru untuk dapat mengungkapkan ide-idenya dalam bentuk tulisan. Hasil yang diharapkan dapat mengahsilkan produk artikel ilmiah yang layak diterbitkan di jurnal ilmiah.Kata Kunci : Pelatihan, Karya Tulis IlmiahOne aspect of developing teacher professional competence is the ability of teachers to make scientific papers. This training activity is carried out by elementary school teachers and principals in Klari Karawang sub-district. With the aim of providing basic knowledge and skills for teachers in writing scientific papers, equipping teachers with knowledge related to the activities of writing scientific papers and training teachers to be able to express their ideas in writing. <em>The aims of service are: (1) describe the implementation of workshop activities and mentoring the implementation of classroom action research (CAR) in sustainable professional development for elementary school teachers, (2) improve the understanding and skills of CAR in Sustainable Professional Development for elementary School Teachers.This Community Service activity uses the transfer of science and technology from universities to stakeholders which includes workshops and mentoring to elementary school teachers in Kebumen district in 2018. The data analysis used is descriptive-qualitative which includes (1) data reduction, (2 ) data presentation, and (3) drawing conclusions or verification of data.The results of this activity are (1) workshop materials and mentoring include: (a) problem formulation techniques in CAR, (b) CAR proposal preparation techniques, (c) CAR implementation techniques, (d) CAR reporting techniques, (e) scientific publication writing techniques, and (f) teacher functional credit score promotion techniques. The professional problem that is considered unresolved until now in elementary school teachers is the low productivity of teachers in the field of writing and publishing scientific articles. To participate in solving this problem, community service is held in the Joko Tingkir Cluster Salatiga for three months from July to September 2021. The purpose of this service is to provide training in writing and publishing scientific papers, especially journal articles. Full online implementation model with the In – On method. From the results of the implementation, the majority of participants stated that they had understood how to compile research reports, especially Classroom Action Research (CAR), and had also understood how to write scientific articles and how to publish them in quality scientific journals. Participants have also practiced writing journal articles resulting from CAR, although the percentage who complete the articles is still low. The perceived obstacles are the impasse of ideas at the time of writing, limited references and research time.
