The development of information from time to time continues to increase` this is supported by the development of more advanced and adequate technology so that information can be accessed quickly and precisely. Based on the 2014-2018 Pasar Baru Kelurahan Vision that has been established and efforts to support the achievement of the Tangerang City mission by optimizing the authority of information technology-based public services through improving the quality of population administration and civil registration services. In fact in the process of storing data from the results of each work unit is still storing files in the ordner so it takes a long time to find the file that will be needed. To overcome the problems that occur, the authors make the design of a new village market administration information system The system will be built using the PHP programming language and Microsoft Access database. This application can simplify and speed up section heads and employees in accessing their documents independently so that administrative services become more effective and efficient and provide convenience in the processing of urban operational data in data storage services.

In Indonesian : Perkembangan informasi dari waktu ke waktu terus meningkat hal ini didukung oleh perkembangan teknologi yang lebih maju dan memadai sehingga informasi dapat diakses dengan cepat dan tepat. Berdasarkan Visi Kelurahan Pasar Baru Tahun 2014-2018 yang telah ditetapkan dan upaya untuk mendukung pencapaian misi Kota Tangerang dengan mengoptimalkan kewenangan pelayanan publik berbasis teknologi informasi melalui peningkatan kualitas pelayanan administrasi kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil. Pada kenyataanya dalam proses penyimpanan data dari hasil unit kerja masing-masing tersebut masih menyimpan file dalam ordner sehingga memerlukan waktu lama untuk mencari file yang akan dibutuhkan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi maka penulis membuat perancangan sistem informasi administrasi kelurahan pasar baru Sistem akan dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database Microsoft Acces. Aplikasi ini dapat mempermudah dan mempercepat kepala seksi dan pegawai dalam mengakses dokumennya secara mandiri sehingga pelayanan administrasi menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien dan memberikan kemudahan dalam pengolahan data operasional kelurahan dalam layanan penyimpanan data.

Information technology is currently growing rapidly. Computers as information technology tools play an important role in solving data processing problems. Therefore, many companies are using information technology to improve enterprise data management. One of them is GAPEKSINDO Association. It is the organization of companies in construction services. In collecting data and processing business entity data, the companies will apply for Business Certificate, Gapeksindo Association in Papua have the problems, they are data collection and data processing is still using Excel. The weakness use Excel is the data storage can be accidentally deleted and search data will take a long time. Based on the problems above, information system is needed to support Papua Gapeksindo Association in collecting data and processing business data. It can provide convenience in collecting data and processing business data, ensuring security in storing data and it will be stored in database. This information system based on web by using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) design method. The development method using the Waterfall method and the testing method using Black Box.

The purpose of this research is to know the influence between the Quality of Human Resources, Utilization of Information Technology and Internal Control System Against Timeliness of Village Government Financial Reporting at Gunungkidul Regency. This research is causative research. The population is the village government in Gunungkidul Regency, especially in Gedangsari subdistrict. Criteria of respondents in the study were to village and village apparatus. We use questionnaire to collect data. We use multiple regression with SPSS program version 16.0 to analyze data. We find that quality of human resources and internal control system have a positive influence on the timeliness of village government financial reporting. On the other hand, utilization of information technology does not influence the timeliness of village government financial reporting. These imply that the quality of human resources and internal control system can speed up the preparation of village government financial reporting.

Abstract. Information technology architecture planning for Baubau Village using TOGAF ADM. Babau Village is a village located in Kupang Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. Currently, Babau Village has implemented information technology as a centre for information and administrative services. To improve the quality of service to the community, existing information technology needs to be further developed because the amount of information in the system will continue to increase along with population growth. The problem faced if information technology is not developed is a system performance problem. For further development to be more focused, research on an information technology architecture design for Babau Village. The design using TOGAF ADM is a blueprint and a roadmap for the development of advanced information technology services. The aim is that the existing business processes within the Babau Village related to information and administrative services continue to develop according to the needs of the community and the organizational management of Babau Village.Keywords: enterprise architecture planning, TOGAF, ADM, Babau VillageAbstrak. Kelurahan Babau adalah sebuah kelurahan yang terletak di Kabupaten Kupang, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur. Saat ini Kelurahan Babau sudah menerapkan teknologi informasi sebagai pusat pelayanan informasi dan administrasi. Demi meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada masyarakat, teknologi informasi yang ada perlu dikembangkan lebih lanjut karena jumlah informasi yang ada dalam sistem akan terus meningkat seiring pertumbuhan jumlah penduduk. Masalah yang dihadapi apabila teknologi informasi tidak dikembangkan ialah masalah kinerja sistem. Agar pengembangan tahap lanjut lebih terarah, penelitian mengenai sebuah perancangan arsitektur teknologi informasi untuk Kelurahan Babau. Perancangan yang menggunakan TOGAF ADM tersebut merupakan blueprint dan juga roadmap untuk pengembangan pelayanan teknologi informasi tahap lanjut. Tujuannya ialah proses bisnis yang ada didalam Kelurahan Babau terkait pelayanan informasi dan administrasi terus berkembang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat dan pengurus organisasi Kelurahan Babau.Kata Kunci: arsitektur teknologi informasi, TOGAF, ADM, Kelurahan Babau


South Pringsewu is the name of a village located in Pringsewu district. This village has the main potential, namely agriculture and industry. To develop its potential it needs to be updated from the system that has been used in empowering the potential of the village manually and not yet using the information system even in the form of a website. The purpose of this research was to select South Pringsewu Village that has the potential of villages that need to be empowered using information technology. Information Technology is needed to facilitate the access, management and empowerment of village potentials, so that it is expected to be able to improve the progress and quality of South Pringsewu Village. The author conducted the research by observation, interview, and literature study methods and built web-based applications through the stages of planning, system analysis, system design and design, and system implementation using the PHP programming language

Wine is a product of biochemical transformations, compounds present in grape juice, by controlled alcoholic fermentation, that is, effervescence. Grape and yeast enzymes play a key role in the processing of grapes and the preparation of wine, influencing all biotechnological processes of winemaking. Adding liquid or dry active yeast to the wort allows better control of the fermentation process. Under the influence of these yeasts, sugar is converted mainly into alcohol or carbon dioxide, but the yeast itself during fermentation produces many molecules (higher alcohols, esters) that affect the aroma and taste of wine. These transformations take about two weeks and lead to a significant increase in temperature, which must be regulated, not allowing it to rise above 18-20°C: otherwise, some of the aromatic substances may evaporate and the fermentation process itself will stop. The amount of yeast that determines the correct and complete fermentation depends both on the quality of the wort itself, and on the more or less prolonged access of air, the ambient temperature. The air, or rather the oxygen of the air, has a beneficial effect on fermentation as long as there are still many nutrients (sugars) in the wort; as the latter are consumed, extremely small yeast cells are formed, which persist for a long time in the form of turbidity. The rapid course of fermentation can be greatly facilitated by the periodic stirring of yeast, which, settling to the bottom, lose direct contact with nutrients — the lower layers almost do not function. You can mix the wort mechanically or by adding healthy whole grapes to it; in this case, the wort is constantly and automatically mixed: the berries, rising up in the fermenting liquid, carry the yeast with them. In order to speed up the fermentation, the wort is sometimes ventilated, that is, air is introduced into it, by mixing. This article shows the influence of the yeast race on the fermentation dynamics of white grape must, the composition of organic acids and aroma-forming components. The races that ensure the production of highquality wine materials are identified.

A problem that existed in the government of Pecalongan village, Bondowoso regency, namely service to Pecalongan village people who still adhered to conventional system. This makes the service in the village office less than the maximum, and also requires a relatively long time in terms of doing the service. In addition, in terms of data storage is still using paper that prone to damaged and lost. And also in terms of data search that can take a relatively long time. It is considered less effective and efficient if run in the modern era as it is today. The objective of the research is to design and build a Service Information System at village level to improve service quality for village officials and use of services for villagers. The benefit derived from this research is that this system can facilitate village officials in collecting data of villagers and facilitate the service of residents or citizens in the application of letters. This village service information system is based on website that can be used online, so the Village community can enjoy the Village service more quickly and easily because the service system can access from anywhere. It is expected that with this village information service system, it can improve the quality of service process to the community in Pecalongan village, Sukosari sub-district, Bondowoso regency.

Information technology is developed to assist people in minimizing processing time, reducing errors, increasing the accuracy and simplifying the overall process. The process of recording, retrieving and displaying data and information can thus be easily and accurately undertaken. Information technology in its initial development, however, tends to be too costly and complicated to make a real particularly for people in developing countries. Fortunately, universities as the centers of innovation, can be a game changer for the adoption of the innovative processes, for the benefits of the community at large. In all Indonesian universities, this role is associated with a, so called Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi (Three Devotions of Higher Education, TDHE). This paper examines the acceptance of the collaborating officials and the obstacles i.e. internal and environmental factors. We proposed the use of GIS-based technology to coordinate the administrative units of local government at all levels, particularly the Kelurahan as the lowest hierarchy of the administrative unit in local government system. The Kelurahan will then be the spearhead in a local government system in Indonesia in promoting administrative services to all Citizens. We undertook an integrated training and tutorial for select official staff of the Kelurahan on the system. Evaluation of shows that the information system can be used to simplify the collaborators’ activities. The evaluation was done through in-depth interview to the collaborating officials. The collaborators interested in learning more about the system as an innovative way in providing service to the community as well as spatial data input to support urban planning and management.

The application of information technology is currently widely used by agencies in carrying out various operational activities. This study tries to apply the PIECES Framework to the analysis of information systems. To implement it, it is necessary to test responses from users on an information system. The system to be tested is the information system of Mako Battalion 131 Braja Sakti. The information system used to support the performance of soldiers where the responsible in this case is part of the operations staff. In their service, the operations staff  collect data from each company. The data is inputted into the online-based ANEV DATA system. The system will later be used in processing soldier certification data. PIECES focuses on 6 focus areas of analysis, namely performance, information and data, economy, control and security, efficiency, and service. The purpose of this study is the application of the PIECES Framework in analyzing the quality of the implementation of information systems to ensure the success targeted by the operations staff. This study uses interviews and observations as well as the distribution of questionnaires as a method of data collection. The results of this study indicate that the use of ANEV Data as an information system to improve performance gets an average result at the Performance level of 5.20, information and data level of 4.76, economic indicator level of 5.20, Control indicator level of 4.85, and efficiency level of 4.16. and service satisfaction of 7.16. The value of the operation staff is very satisfied using the ANEV Data information system.
