Abstract The development of the day is increasingly rapidly, as well as technological advances.  Especially in computerised field. Computer is a tool to help work primarily in the field of business. Therefore, the community needs technology to complete its work and the presence of computer technology that is increasingly modern, fast and practical greatly affects the life of the wider community. The speed and accuracy of the information usually takes a long time, now in just a matter of seconds the information we can already receive.  By looking at the development of computer technology today, it is very important for the business world to improve the customer service and provide facilities in the rental service of West Jakarta area. Some buildings in West Jakarta are currently booking the building is still done manually so that it can cause errors and loss on consumer data data. In this case, the design of information system will be done to help booking a multipurpose building in West Jakarta area. Design to be created using UML. Kecepatan dan keakuratan informasi yang biasanya memerlukan waktu yang lama, kini hanya dalam hitungan detik informasi tersebut sudah dapat kita terima.  Dengan melihat perkembangan teknologi komputer saat ini, hal yang sangat penting bagi dunia bisnis adalah untuk meningkatkan pelayanan konsumen dan memberikan kemudahan dalam pelayanan penyewaan gedung serbaguna wilayah Jakarta barat. Beberapa gedung di Jakarta barat saat ini pemesanan gedung masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga dapat menyebabkan kesalahan dan kehilangan pada data data konsumen. Dalam hal ini akan dilakukan perancangan sistem informasi untuk membantu pemesanan gedung serbaguna wilayah Jakarta barat. Perancangan yang akan dibuat menggunakan Unified Modeling Language(UML). Professional certification is an effort to recognize a person's competence by the required work competency standards. Bung Hatta University Professional Certification Institute (LSP) is an agency implementing competency certification activities that have received a license from the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP) to certify students from various fields of science and professions at Bung Hatta University. Bung Hatta University LSP has the status of the first party LSP educational institutions. The registration process for certification at the Bung Hatta University LSP is still done manually by filling in several paper forms. This is considered ineffective considering the current technological advances. By developing a website-based information system, this can be overcome. The purpose of designing a website-based information system is to produce an information system that can assist the certification process and can be accessed by any relevant user anytime and anywhere. This information system was developed using the waterfall method. This method has several stages, namely the needs analysis, design, implementation, and testing stage. The design of this information system used Unified Modeling Language (UML) and implemented using the Yii2 framework as a PHP framework and MySQL as a Database Management System (DBMS). The design of this information system resulted in a web-based Information System for Bung Hatta University LSP, which focused on the initial administrative process.

ABSTRACT         Mentawai Fast is a company engaged in the field of transportation services. The problem is that there is no web-based ship ticket booking information system, ticket purchases are still manual or a passenger must go to the agent to buy tickets and requires a long time. In this system, it starts with analyzing the current system, which is done by output design, input design, file design. The research method used is SDLC (System Devolopment Life Cyle) with stages a). Planning, b) Analysis, c) Designing Systems and Software, d). Implementation, using design tools, namely UML (Unified Modeling Language). With the design of this ordering information system, it is expected to provide maximum service to customers and minimize errors in data processing. Information technology is currently growing rapidly. Computers as information technology tools play an important role in solving data processing problems. Therefore, many companies are using information technology to improve enterprise data management. One of them is GAPEKSINDO Association. It is the organization of companies in construction services. In collecting data and processing business entity data, the companies will apply for Business Certificate, Gapeksindo Association in Papua have the problems, they are data collection and data processing is still using Excel. The weakness use Excel is the data storage can be accidentally deleted and search data will take a long time. Based on the problems above, information system is needed to support Papua Gapeksindo Association in collecting data and processing business data. It can provide convenience in collecting data and processing business data, ensuring security in storing data and it will be stored in database. This information system based on web by using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) design method. The development method using the Waterfall method and the testing method using Black Box.

Department of Information Technology Padang State Polytechnic growing rapidly, the number of students and the amount of data will increase too. However, these conditions will bring complex problems to the department to manage it in quantitative and qualitative way.  How complicated the problems faced when there are a lot of data that needs to be processed, and if it goes wrong it needs a long time to find, fix and change it. To minimize the errors and redundancies in processing the data, the department requires an academic information system. This system will manage student grades, final assignment and job training data at Information Technology Department. This web based Academic Information System was develop by using object oriented concept and JAVA especially J2EE technology as programming language and MYSQL Server as database. This system also design by using UML(Unified Modeling Language).

This research was aiming to produce a management information system for Diploma Companion Certificate (SKPI). The target of the research to be achieved is the existence of an information system that can be used to manage the filling and printing of Companion Certificates. Management information system This Certificate of Companion is made to be applied in the Informatics Engineering Study Program S1 Faculty of Computer Science, University of Kuningan. This study discusses how the process of designing and developing an information system for managing Diploma Certificates of Completion in the S1 Informatics Engineering Study Program. The absence of an application or information system for managing Diploma Certificates is a serious problem that must be considered. Managers of the S1 Informatics Engineering Study Program find it difficult in the process of making and filling Diploma Companion Certificates for their graduates. In the absence of a management information system, a Diploma of Companion Certificate, the process of making and filling with Certificate ofCompanion Certificate will take a long time. The method  used in this study is Rational Unified Process (RUP). There are four stages in the use of this RUP method, namely the stages of inception, elaboration, construction and transition. The design model used in this study uses Unified Modeling Language (UML). The testing process is carried out using the Black Box Testing. Therefore, to solve these problems, an innovation is needed In the management ofa web-based Diploma Companion Certificate. It is expected that this information system can help and ease the Study Program in managing Diploma Companion Certificates.

The purpose of this research is to know the geographic information system of tourism that is in Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kebumen Regency and develop it Research methods used by doing observationin Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kebumen Regency, then proceed with the system development method. the research method used is by the method of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). By using the Software Notepad ++ to build tourism Geographical Information System web-based. PHP as a programming language, MySQL as the database server and the design of the map using the Google Maps API. The object-oriented approach that is used UML (Unified Modeling Language) can explain the flow of the existing system. Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kebumen Regency has been doing promotion through mass media such as newspapers and brochures in the delivery of information. But the way is not enough to inform tourism and places of attractions. It is therefore through the design of Geographical information system of tourism was able to resolve the issue. After the results of the study of geographic information systems is expected delivery of tourism information becomes more widespread, and the tourists could be quick and precise in finding information a tourist want to visit.

The increasing need for property in Tanjungpinang City is very growing, especially in the housing sector. Selection of property based on location and facilities and infrastructure is always a consideration for the community in making decisions to buy a property. Difficulty finding property location information in a certain area often occurs, resulting in people not getting references about the properties offered in Tanjungpinang City. The purpose of this research is to create a web-based geographic information system (GIS) regarding the distribution of the number of properties on offer, especially in Tanjungpinang City using a web-based mapping approach. In the development of Property GIS the author uses the Waterfall method and in the analysis of system requirements it is modeled with UML (Unified Modeling Language) and implemented with the PHP programming language and MySQLI database. It is hoped that the results of making this property's geographic information system can help the public to find out information about the distribution of properties offered, such as the location of property coordinates, addresses, prices, property photos, property specification data and property developer data.

Therefore, one solution to the problems in this system is to build a Social Media Advertise Maintenance Information System. By using PIECES method analysis for improvements based on performance indicators, indicator information, economic indicators, control indicators, efficiency indicators and service indicators. To design the new system, object-oriented modeling is used, namely UML (Unified Modeling Language) which is the right tool to use in describing the system design that will be made according to User needs.

Yoga Farm is a Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) that focuses on catfish breeding that is still doing business processes manually. With this process, information received by related parties is very difficult to obtain quickly. Therefore, the product is still not widely known, and customers are still few because the system used in sales and promotions still uses a manual system. The research method used is qualitative. This study aims to create a sales information system recommended at Yoga Farm and design using Unified modeling language (UML) for the recommended business processes. Customers will get product information in real-time, products can be widely recognized, and the number of Yoga Farm customers can increase. Based on the results of this study, adoption of a web-based sales information system can certainly make it easier to get the latest information quickly, can expand the market and can also facilitate customers in the transaction. For future research, this research can be used as a reference for conducting similar studies at other MSMEs to increase sales
