This study aims to analyze the effect of institutional ownership and transparency of information on tax avoidance before, during, and after tax amnesty. This study uses secondary data obtained from the company’s financial statement of companies listed in Indeks of LQ-45 from 2015-2017 represented timeline of tax amnesty. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Data collected will be processed by using SPSS. The result of this study shows that institutional ownership and transparency of information has no effect on tax avoidance. The highest tax avoidance ratio occured in 2016, when tax amnesty was conducted.

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence about the effects ofleverage, institutional ownership,and firm size on tax avoidance of the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2010-2012. Tax avoidance is a dependent variable, while leverage, institutional ownership, and firm size are independent variables. The data used are secondary data and sample of 170 financial statements of listed companies on the Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2010-2012. This research used non-random sampling. The sampling used purposive sampling and the data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis. Data were analyzed using SPSS software 21 version. The result of the research showed that leverage has no significant effects on tax avoidance, while institutional ownership and firm risk have significant effects on tax avoidance. To get better research results, further researches may add other variables that have major impact probabilities, use companies other than manufacturing, and extend the period of study.

This study aims to analyze the effect of tax sanctions, tax socialization, tax system, and tax avoidance on the barriers to the tax collection. This research method was quantitative. The population in this study are all individual taxpayers who do free work in Jember Regency. By accidental sampling, the samples are fifty respondents of Individual Taxpayers who do free work. Data collection using a questionnaire, and the data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that tax sanctions, tax system, tax avoidance had a significant effect on the obstacles to tax collection, while tax socialization has no significant effect on barriers to tax collection. Since the tax socialization had no impact, fiscus should use the strategy to avoid the barriers of tax collection by using account representative assistance in active counseling to the taxpayer.

This study aims to analyze how much Earning Per Share, Debt to Equity Ratio and Return On Equity to stock prices in companies indexed by the 2015-2017 LQ45 period. The population of this study is the LQ45 company that is consistently indexed in 2015-2017. The sample of this study uses purposive sampling. The sample in this study were 35 companies. The type of data used is secondary data derived from a summary of financial statement records. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study found that Earning Per Share had an effect on stock prices, while Debt to Equity Ratio and Return On Equity had no effect on stock prices for LQ45 indexed companies consistently in the 2015-2017 period.

This research attempt to analyze the effect of variableNon Performing Financing (NPF), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and inflation towards BOPO in syariah public bank and syariah business unit in Indonesia. This research uses qualitative approach. The data used in here is monthly data during 2010-2015. Typedof data used are the secondary data from official website Indonesian Bank. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis method with significance level of 0,05. The result shows that non performing financing partially affects significantly towards BOPO ratio. Financing to deposit ratio and inflation don't affect significantly towards BOPO ratio. However, non performing financing, financing to deposit ratio and inflation simultaneously affect significantly towards the ratio of BOPO.

This research aims to examine the effect of executive competency, the firm size, the independent commissioner and the institutional ownership towards tax avoidance. The number of population in this research is 141 manufacturing companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2012 to2014. This research uses purposive sampling technique. The multiple linear regression analysis is used to analyze the data. There are 49 companies used as the samples of this study. Based on the conducted data analysis on this research, it concludes that:( 1 ) the executive competence has no effects on tax avoidance ( 2 ) the firm size has no effects on tax avoidance ( 3 ) the independent commissioner has no effects on tax avoidance while ( 4 )the institutional ownership affects tax avoidance.

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Profit-Sharing Rate and BI Rate on the amount of Mudharabah Savings in Islamic Banks from 2013 to 2018. This study uses secondary data in the form of Islamic Bank financial statements accessed on www.idx.com. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used in this study is 12 banks. The results show that the profit-sharing rate partially has a positive and significant effect on Mudharabah savings in Islamic banks in Indonesia, the BI rate has no effect on Mudharabah savings in Islamic banks in Indonesia. Simultaneously, the profit-sharing rate and BI rate have a positive and significant effect on Mudharabah savings in Islamic banks in Indonesia.

This study aims to examine the influence of Self Assessment System, Tax Refining Letter, and VAT Refund of Value Added Tax at Primary Tax Office Cibinong during 2014-2016. The data used in this research is the type of secondary data year 2014-2016. The population in this study is the data of all types of taxes at the Tax Office Pratama Cibinong. The sample selection technique used is purposive sampling. Data analysis method in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 23. Based on the results of the study, simultaneously Self Assessment System, Tax Refining Letters, and VAT Restitution have a significant effect on VAT revenue. While partially, Self Assessment System has a positive and significant effect on VAT revenue, Tax Refining Letters has no significant effect on VAT revenue, and VAT refund has a negative and significant effect on VAT revenue

This study aims to analyze the effect of intergovernmental revenue, wealth of local government, and local government age to local government financial statement disclosure in Central Sulawesi. The analysis method used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that intergovernmental revenue, local government wealth, and age of local government have a significant effect to the disclosure level of local government financial statements simultaneously. Intergovernmental revenue has a significant negative effect to the disclosure level of local government financial statements, while the wealth of local government and the age of local governments have no significant effect to the disclosure level of local government financial statements partially.

 This study aims to examine (1) Institutional ownership Against Tax Avoidance and (2) Independent Board of Commissioners Against Tax Avoidance in LQ-45 companies registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all LQ-45 companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. While the sample of this study was determined by purposive sampling method to obtain 29 sample companies. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id and sample company websites. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis with a significance level of 5%, the results of the study concluded: institutional ownership and independent board of commissioners proved to have a significant effect on tax avoidance. The results of this study, it is suggested to add other variables that are thought to influence tax avoidance such as: audit quality, audit committee, management compensation, and managerial ownership.
