The development of internet technology is currently experiencing a very rapid development, one of which is the website. In the era of the development of Information Technology as it is today, a system is needed that provides information to the general public by accessing websites on the internet. Currently marketing and promotions are carried out by waiting for buyers to come directly to the store or word of mouth promotion (Word of Mouth). when the Covid 19 pandemic currently causes a decrease in turnover of Muara Pancing, therefore it is necessary to promote and deliver effective information, namely sales promotion at Muara Pancing "Muara Pancing MSME Web" which is expected to be the best solution, so that the fishing equipment MSME business can easily carry out promotions and make Muara Pancing known to the wider community so that many buyers come to Muara Pancing. To provide advice and assess the level of customer satisfaction a comment column is provided on the website, so that the owner can evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the products being sold, in the end increase customer satisfaction and become regular customers , me bring in customers

Abstract Due to the rapid development of internet technology, big data, artificial intelligence, multimedia and other new technologies are updated rapidly, and all walks of life have an increasingly urgent demand for information technology. As a base for teaching and cultivating talents, schools should adapt to the development of the times and make full use of information technology to carry out educational activities. For example, "Internet plus" can be used for innovation in school teaching mode. This paper mainly talks about the innovation research of "Internet plus" volleyball teaching system in the context of the information age. This paper analyzes the influence of "Internet plus" on the teaching mode in universities and colleges, and studies how to use the "Internet plus" to change the teaching mode of Volleyball in universities. The results of this paper show that the "Internet plus" volleyball teaching is a new teaching system that is united and common. It helps to break the traditional volleyball teaching mode in universities and colleges, and improve the single teaching form, the limitation of time and space, and so on. The confidence interval of SPSS17.0 is 0.96. The use of multimedia in the "Internet plus" volleyball teaching system improves the volleyball performance of students, and promotes the smooth progress of Volleyball Teaching in Colleges and universities.

This research aims to develop interactive PLC learning media based on virtual learning. The interactive PLC learning media uses a 3D simulator design to simulate the application of PLC in the industry, so it looks like real and makes students more interested in learning PLC This study uses experimental methods. The 3D simulation software is Factory I/O developed by Real Games. It enables us to build a conveyor virtual plant and to bring it into the classroom. The automatic controller used to control the virtual plant is the PLC Siemens S7-1200 with Tia Portal software. The PLC is connected to the computer server through an ethernet network via TCP/IP protocol. With the rapid development of current internet technology, PLC learning can be done in virtual learning. This PLC learning media can be run remotely through the internet with team viewer program so that PLC learning is not only done on campus but can be done anywhere. From the results of research that has been done, the user can create PLC programs remotely to control conveyor virtual plant on a computer server through an internet network without having to install the program on their computers. Dengan adanya website, banyak informasi yang dapat disebar luaskan agar sampai pada pengguna informasi. Dalam perkembangan teknologi saat ini, penyampaian informasi yang cepat dan tepat sangat dibutuhkan. Perusahaan lebih mudah menyebarluaskan informasi yang mereka jual kepada masyarakat luas. Dengan adanya internet, perusahaan lebih mudah untuk menyebar luaskan informasi sehingga masyarakat lebih mudah untuk menerimanya. Dengan adanya teknologi internet saat ini sangat memudahkan didalam bidang promosi. Website dibuat dengan tujuan agar mempermudahkan para pelanggan untuk melihat-lihat jenis dan tipe yang ada dengan keterangan yang sangat jelas. Dan juga, memudahkan pelanggan untuk memesan kusen tanpa harus datang langsung ke perusahaan untuk memesan. Internet technology is currently growing, as well as the flow of communication in the delivery of employment information provided or required by various parties, including government and private. Before the existence of information technology, job vacancy still use conventional method that is by installing announcement on office walls and print media. Along with the development of information technology, job apangan provided at this time, informed very quickly and have many advantages such as job seekers only open information about job vacancy through websites that have been available. But in the delivery of job vacancy has a constraint that there are parties who have bad intentions by spreading vacancies that are not actually there. So it hurts job seekers, whether material or time. Currently, job seekers do not need to come directly to companies that need jobs but can directly send the application via E-mail. To reduce the act of fraud committed by irresponsible person then needed a system that help job seekers get good information and correct. Therefore, the alternative of the solution is to use a web-based information technology system so that job seekers can directly see and communicate with companies that open job vacancies. In the design of a software system contains job vacancy information and job seeker data processing. The designed software is still a prototype, using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD).

There is an increasing demand for what we can call pop-science that is pertinent scientific information dedicated to the non-specialists. This demand comes both from professional categories and the general public. Simultaneously in the scientific community there is an increasing consciousness that diffusion of the scientific information is an asset the scientific community cannot afford to overlook. The Internet is a perfect tool to meet this demand. It reaches a large and ever-increasing number of people and permits an interactive and detailed exchange of information. As an experiment of how to combine high quality services and the information technology, we have set up Ulisse - In the net of science (http://ulisse.sissa.it), an innovative Italian project for the popularisation of science via the Internet. Its main purpose is to establish a connection between scientists and the general public. Ulisse is based on three major characteristics: a) high technology to create an efficient and friendly system, b) customisation of the services, c) a network of scientists, which guaranteed the quality of the materials.

Following the rapid development of the Internet, e-commerce websites are widely used today for various goals. An essential point in the prosperity of these websites is their level of usability. Accordingly, measuring this usability is indispensable for these websites to check whether they are moving in the right path. Thus, in this article, the usability scores of five well-known online food-ordering websites in Iran have been evaluated using a novel fuzzy Kano method with respect to design parameters. In addition to assessing usability scores, the design parameters of these websites have been classified and reviewed in a detailed manner in order to determine the design priorities of these websites as one of the main results of this study. Data were gathered using a questionnaire with 190 respondents. Results demonstrated that Snappfood is the best online food-ordering website in Iran. In addition, sorting restaurants based on customer satisfaction score, using high-quality images of foods along with the image zooming feature, and the existence of complete information about foods and restaurants are the most effective and important design parameters of these types of websites according to the findings of this study.

The rise of the Internet has spawned the prolific use of the adjective “virtual.” Both the popular press and scholarly researchers have written about virtual work, virtual teams, virtual organizations, and virtual groups. But perhaps one of the most interesting phenomena to come to the forefront has been that of virtual communities. Many definitions of this term have been proposed and the term has been used in many different ways. This article will examine some of the most popular definitions and guidelines to understand what truly constitutes a virtual community. To define a virtual community, one needs to first examine the two words separately, particularly the sociological definition of “community.” The German sociologist Ferdinand Tonnies, in his 1887 book, made the distinction between two basic types of social groups: Gemeinschaft (community) and Gesellschaft (society). The former was often exemplified by the family or neighborhood (Tonnies, 1957). Sociology literature also often refers to the definition given by George Hillery, who reviewed 94 different definitions in academic studies. Three elements were common to the definitions, namely that community (1) was based on geographic areas, (2) included social interaction among people, and (3) had common ties such as social life, norms, means, or ends (Hillery, 1955). Thus the term community typically connotes a group of people within some geographic boundary, such as a neighborhood, or perhaps smaller subsection of a larger city. Further specification might have defined a community as a group of people within the geographic boundary with a common interest, such as the Jewish community of Brooklyn or the physician community of London. Therefore, members of the community were drawn together by both local proximity and common interest, even if the interest was in the geographic area itself. The term virtual, precipitated by the advent of information technology, and specifically, the Internet, means without a physical place as a home (Handy, 1995), or that which is electronic or enabled by technology (Lee, Vogel, & Limayem, 2003). Information technology therefore has expanded the means by which the social interaction in communities can be accomplished. While for most of human existence interaction was strictly limited to the face-to-face medium, social interaction can now be accomplished virtually, thus eliminating the necessity of being physically close enough to communicate. This type of communication is called computer-mediated communication (CMC). Combining the two terms together, thus, would mean eliminating the geographic requirements and allowing that the social interaction would occur virtually, that is, via information technology, among people with common ties. In fact, people have been coming together in virtual communities on the Internet for over 25 years. Usenet newsgroups, started in 1979, are widely regarded as the first virtual communities on the Internet (M. A. Smith, 1999), and The Well (www.well.com), started in 1985, is often referred to as an early exemplar of virtual community (Rheingold, 1993). Virtual communities may be part of a long-term shift away from geographic ties to common interest ties (Wellman & Gulia, 1999b). Formal definitions and understandings of the term virtual community still remain problematic, however (Lee et al., 2003). Perhaps the most cited definition is that of Howard Rheingold, a prominent author, consultant, and member of The Well: Social aggregations that emerge from the Net when enough people carry on those public discussions long enough, with sufficient human feeling, to form webs of personal relationships in cyberspace. (Rheingold, 1993, p. 5) Common to many of the definitions is the presence of shared interests or goals (Dennis, Pootheri, & Natarajan, 1998; Figallo, 1998; Kilsheimer, 1997). With the advent of information technology, locating/contacting others outside the local community has become relatively easy, especially when one seeks others who have a unique or uncommon interest. It may be that technology makes it easier for communities to form. For example, it may be difficult for someone interested in traditional bowhunting to locate others with the same inclinations by popping into the local tavern or socializing at a church function. However, a simple search in Google reveals a vibrant community centered around such an interest (www.bowsite.com/). There are virtual communities for nearly every interest that comes to mind, from medical afflictions (e.g., breast cancer, Parkinson’s, Down’s syndrome) to hobbies (e.g., coin collecting, wine, saltwater aquariums) to professions (e.g., nursing, law, finance). Implicit with the notion of community is some permanence among members and frequency of visits by members (A. D. Smith, 1999). Virtual communities must have a sense of long-term interaction (Erickson, 1997), not a place where people go only occasionally or where there are always different people. It is not uncommon for people to develop strong attachments to virtual communities, visiting them often enough to be described as “addicted” (Hiltz, 1984; Hiltz & Wellman, 1997). The members often feel part of a larger social whole within a web of relationships with others (Figallo, 1998). Indeed, many researchers have considered virtual communities as social networks (Hiltz & Wellman, 1997; Wellman, 1996; Wellman & Gulia, 1999a). Ridings et al. (2002) offer a comprehensive definition that incorporates the afore-mentioned concepts: Groups of people with common interests and practices that communicate regularly and for some duration in an organized way over the Internet through a common location or mechanism. (p. 273)

This chapter introduces adoption theory and applies it to examine the use of wireless fidelity (Wi-Fi), which has the potential to expand virtual workplaces significantly. Research shows that the use of Wi-Fi to access the Internet is surprisingly low. As understanding users and their needs is a prerequisite for the success of any new information technology, this chapter identifies factors accounting for the low usage of Wi-Fi in organizations and seeks to build a model to increase Wi-Fi usage. Empirical research reported in this chapter shows that motivations of Wi-Fi use, mass media use, and technology cluster have impacted on the awareness of, interest in, and likelihood to use Wi-Fi. More important, a chain-effect process in the adoption of Wi-Fi was presented: the awareness of Wi-Fi, which was influenced mostly by reading newspapers, had a direct effect on interest in Wi-Fi, which directly affected the likelihood to use Wi-Fi. Thus, to increase Wi-Fi usage, the awareness of and interest in this newer Internet technology must be in place. The chapter also discusses future trends in Wi-Fi technology and how increased adoption of Wi-Fi enhances the virtual workplace.
