In accordance with the demands of the times in today's digital era resulting in the industry looking for skilled human resources in their fields. Job seekers are required to have the skills expected by the industry in order to compete for the expected job positions. For that it is important for job seekers to equip themselves with skills that are the needs of the industry. Skill improvement needs support from educational institutions in creating skilled human resources in accordance with the qualifications required by the industry. This study aims to identify what is needed from an accounting graduate. This research was conducted with descriptive quantitative method, with content analysis approach. By using the incidental sampling technique, 705 industrial job vacancies were published on the online job vacancy website for the period January 2021 to June 2021. This study focuses on accounting work including financial accountants, auditors, and tax accountants. The results showed that the basic technical skills of accounting (Technical Skills) which include basic understanding of accounting, mastery of accounting software and Microsoft office are the skills most needed by the world of work. Meanwhile, the generic skills needed by the industry are communication skills, which are derived skills from interpersonal skills.

Turnover intention occurs when employees fail to get what they expect from their place of work, such as work satisfaction, comfort at the workplace, job future guarantee, etc. Employees who desire to resign from their company will start looking for information about job vacancies in other places that offer better opportunities than their current workplace. When they find a job vacancy that matches them, they will decide to resign from their company. This research aimed to determine the impact of job insecurity, job satisfaction, and work environment on employee turnover intention. The research sample used was 80 outsourcing employees from PT Shelter Nusa Indah. The data analysis technique used in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression model using the IBM SPSS 23 program. The results of this study are that job insecurity has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction and work environment have a negative and significant impact on turnover intention The managerial implications of this research are expected to be suggestions in making company policies related to turnover intention. The company is expected to reduce feelings of restlessness, anxiety, and worry over the threats experienced by employees regarding their future in the company. The company is expected to give appreciation or reward to employees who have good performance and dedication to the progress of the company. The company is expected to be able to maintain and create a comfortable work environment for employees.

In the 4.0 context, machines gradually replace humans in most fields. The job market becomes depleted in inverse proportion to the abundant human resources. With hundreds of thousands of people unemployed each year, the rate of competition for job vacancies increases accordingly. Countless impacts decline the performance rating, causing fatal flaws that lead to a poor impression on the employers. Employers will receive countless Curriculum Vitals (CVs) to choose from for a job vacancy. How to surpass the competition and catch the eye of employers? This survey was conducted to discover and analyze the difficulties of applying for a job besides participating in a job interview in Ho Chi Minh City. Besides, the author wants to provide a comprehensive insight into recruitment and human resources in this city. A total of 125 candidates were selected from different professions in Ho Chi Minh City to collect information for this survey. Information collected from the questionnaires consisting of 11 small questions was coded and analyzed quantitatively. The final analysis pointed out the objective and subjective factors affecting the application process. In addition, the psychological abnormality affecting the ability to communicate in answering of the interviewers' questions was an outstanding result in the survey. Due to these factors, most of the candidates were rejected from job vacancies. Employers in Ho Chi Minh City consider human resources with a lot of working experience and relationships as an advantage. The goal of this survey that aims to aid candidates in awareness of their problems enhances the success rate in conquering employers.

Abstract The study aimed to identify the hazard level distribution in the slum areas in Palembang City. The research was a quantitative type with 382 families that live in the slums as the samples. The data were collected using proportional area random sampling and analyzed using the K-means Cluster test through SPSS 23. Spatial analysis through Arcgis was conducted to complete the understanding of the hazard distribution in the slum areas. The results showed that the hazard clusters formed by 64 areas could be categorized into three: low, medium, high. High level of hazards, reaching the one-third portion of the areas, dominated the slums in Palembang City. The cluster with a high hazard level was mostly in the city center, which was geographically located on the riverbanks, causing the areas to be vulnerable to flood, diseases, and crimes. The city center was known to offer high numbers of the job vacancy. People in the slums working in the city center were day laborers.

A good human resources management practice will produce quality and quantity output for sustainable business. The employee recruitment process is a crucial initial stage to fulfil the needs of a quality employee.  In this process, a company usually opens an advertisement for a job vacancy and selects based on job qualification requirements. This research contributes to determining job specification standards in a café or coffee shop based on Big Data analysis. Analysis has been done by Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA), and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is implemented to select the type of works and work qualifications available in the food and beverages sector. Questionnaires and interviews have been conducted to collect primary data, and three leading websites of job seeker online platforms (Jobstreet.com, Gawean.id, and Lokerindonesia.com) are used as references in data collection. Finding gives information regarding four types of works in a cafe: manager, barista, chef, and waiter; eleven points for manager specifications, twelve points for barista specifications, eleven points for chef specifications, and fifteenth points for barista waiter specifications.

The article presents the results of the study of the main trends of the labor market in Central and Eastern Europe during 2010-2021; it also investigates selected labour market outcomes affecting migration processes in Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Poland, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, and Hungary. Using econometric modeling, the impact of GDP per capita, annual net earnings per employee, job vacancy rate, unemployment rate on the number of emigrants from these CEE countries was estimated. It is followed by the analysis which controls for dependence of the number of immigrants to CEE countries on labor market outcomes and GDP per capita. The simulation results demonstrate a direct impact of the indicators of net earnings per worker, the level of unemployment and quantity of emigrants from CEE countries. At the same time, there is a direct relationship between job vacancy rate, net earnings and immigration into Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Poland, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, and Hungary.

Online job vacancy sites have become an important source of information about the characteristics of labor market demand. It has become an avenue for job matching by both employers and employees and to study and analyze the labor market. This study proposed a methodology for identifying and analyzing skill-job relationships using frequency word occurrences of skills as a requirement of the job. It employed association rule mining which aims to discover frequent patterns, relationships among a set of items in the database. It collected published job vacancy data to IT job and skills requirements from various job portal websites. The proposed job skill requirements for specific I.T. jobs published online analyzing using the FP-growth algorithm of association rule provide a new dimension in labor market research. The study revealed that skill words are highly related to a certain job requirement. The results of the study could provide insights on the gap between the school acquired skills and actual IT industry skill needs and as the basis for curriculum enhancement and policy-making interventions by the Philippine government in its educational system.
