Application of Photogrammetric Methods for Geotechnical Monitoring of Emergency Buildings and Structures

Постановка задачи. Одной из актуальных научно-технических задач в строительстве является совершенствование методов мониторинга состояния строительных конструкций (в том числе в стесненных условиях работы) при строительстве уникальных сооружений и объектов незавершенного строительства, обеспечивающих надежный контроль их качества, устойчивости и безопасности. Довольно часто возникают условиях, при которых нет возможности выполнить полноценный мониторинг отдельных видов деформаций строительных конструкций традиционными методами. Требуется разработка универсальных, надежных и удобных методов контроля различных геометрических параметров сооружения с целью своевременного принятия мер по обеспечению стабильности и устойчивости сооружения, чтобы исключить переход сооружения в ограниченно работоспособное или в аварийное состояние. Результаты и выводы. Предложенные в работе методы определения деформаций и качества изготовления строительных конструкций с использованием метрической фотосъемки позволяют провести полноценный мониторинг их технического состояния с необходимой точностью. Все перечисленные в статье способы контроля отрабатывались и проверялись на зданиях и сооружениях законсервированной Воронежской атомной станции теплоснабжения. Statement of the problem. One of the urgent scientific and technical problems facing construction is the improvement of methods for monitoring the state of building structures (including under confined working conditions) during the construction of unique structures and objects of unfinished construction, ensuring reliable control of their quality, stability and safety. Oftentimes, conditions arise where it is impossible to perform a full types of deformations of building structures using traditional methods. It is required to develop universal, reliable and convenient methods for controlling various geometric parameters of the structure in order to take timely measures to ensure the stability and stability of the structure in order to exclude the transition of the structure to a partially operable or emergency state. Results and conclusions. The suggested methods for determining deformations and the quality of manufacturing of building structures using metric photography make it possible to conduct a full-fledged monitoring of their technical condition with the required accuracy. All the control methods listed in the article were developed and tested on the buildings and structures of the mothballed Voronezh nuclear heat supply station.

Statement of the problem. One of the relevant scientific and technical issues for improving the state-of-the-art and advanced monitoring methods is alarm construction (including in the minds of ordinary minds) with the emergence of uncompromising objects, and the future of unfinished control. It is quite common that conditions arise when it is not possible to perform a full-fledged monitoring of certain types of deformations of building structures by means of traditional methods. It is required to develop universal, superior and manual methods for the control of different geometric parameters of structures for taking timely measures to ensure the stability and stability of the structure and enabling the transition of the structure in the interconnection of the robotic mill as well. Results. All of the considered methods of statistics of the ways to control the output and have been revised based on the maintenance and repair of the conserved Voronezh nuclear power plant for heat supply.Conclusions. The methods of calculating deformations and the quality of the preparation of alarm constructions for metric photography allowance to carry out repeated monitoring of the technical mill with the necessary accuracy.

Hydraulic descaling system is the key device to ensure the surface quality of billet. However, traditional control methods lead to the stability problem in hydraulic descaling system. To solve the problem, the construction of the hydraulic descaling computer control system is studied, the working principle of the system is analyzed, and the high pressure water bench of hydraulic descaling is designed. Based on it, the corresponding computer control software is developed. The application shows that the designed system is stable in practice, which is helpful for enterprise production.

The two spectrometric techniques are statistically processed that allows discrimination of authentic and fraudulent cocoa powder samples.

Gotu Kola (Centella asiatica (L.) Urb) is a plant widely grown and scientifically proven to be an antioxidant. This study makes a lotion formula containing dried Gotu kola herb with varying concentrations of emulgator span 60 and tween 60. It determines the concentration of span 60 and tween 60, producing lotions with the most stable physical quality and accelerated storage methods. The lotion was prepared using a concentration of Centellaasiatica (L.) Herbaceous Dry Herb extract of 1% and an Emulgator span 60 and tween 60 in a concentration variation of 5%, 7.5%, and 10%. The stability of the lotion was determined based on quality observations. The physical condition before and after the storage is accelerated for six cycles at a temperature of 5oC and 35oC in organoleptic, homogeneous, pH, viscosity, diffusion power, and emulsion type. The research results show the physical quality stability of formula I (5% emulgator) did not meet the requirements of the dispersion test before storage was accelerated. In contrast, the formula with a 7.5% emulgator met the physical quality requirements of the preparation before and after storage was accelerated. Additionally, the 10% emulgator did not meet the requirements of the dispersion test after accelerated storage. The type of emulsion in all three formulas is the M / A type. The most stable physical quality of the three preparations is a formula with a 7.5% emulgator.Keywords: Lotion, Gotu kola (Centella asiatica (L.) Urb), physical quality, span, and tween.Pegagan (Centella asiatica(L.)Urb) merupakan tanaman yang banyak tumbuh di Indonesia dan telah terbukti secara ilmiah memiliki kemampuan sebagai antioksidan. Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk membuat formula lotion yang  mengandung sari kering herba pegagan (Centella asiatica(L.) Urban) dengan variasi konsentrasi emulgator span 60 dan tween 60, dan untuk mengetahui konsetrasi span 60 dan tween 60 yang menghasilkan lotion dengan mutu fisik yang paling stabil dengan metode penyimpanan dipercepat. Sediaan dibuat lotion dengan konsentrasi sari Kering Herba  Pegagan (Centellaasiatica(L.) Urban ) sebesar 1% dan Emulgator span 60 serta tween 60 dengan variasi konsentrasi 5%, 7,5%, dan 10% kemudian stabilitas sedian lotion ditentukan berdasarkan pengamatan mutu fisik sebelum dans sesudah penyimpanan dipercepat selama 6 siklus pada suhu 5oCdan 35oC yang meliputi organeleptis, homogentias, pH, viskositas, daya sebar, dan tipe emulsi. Hasil penelitian pada pengujian kestabilan mutu fisik formula I (emulgator 5%) tidak memenuhi syarat pada uji daya sebar sebelum penyimpanan dipercepat, sedangkan Formula dengan emulgator 7,5% memenuhi persyaratan mutu fisik sediaan sebelum maupun sesudah penyimpanan dipercepat, dan formula dengan emulgator 10% tidak memenuhi syarat pada uji daya sebar setelah penyimpanan dipercepat, untuk tipe emulsi pada ketiga formula tersebut merupakan tipe emulsiM/A. Mutu fisik yang paling stabil dari ketiga sediaan tersebut adalah formula dengan emulgator 7,5%.Kata kunci : Lotion,  herba pegagan (Centella asiatica (L.) Urb), mutu fisik, span dan tween.

The article considers and analyzes the parameters of physical wear and tear of building structures of school buildings, built over the past 50-70 years. The main content of the research is the analysis of materials from surveys of municipal institutions of secondary education in the Rostov region. The paper describes the most common structural schemes of buildings and features of supporting structures. The characteristic deformations and damages of the bearing and enclosing building structures of school buildings are considered and methods for their elimination are proposed. The significant social role of the safety of school buildings and their technical condition for the secondary education system and, as a consequence, the stability of society is noted.

This article focuses on the role of geotechnical studies in the analysis of the possibility of reconstruction of buildings and structures. Geotechnical monitoring - a range of activities in order to determine the actual state of supporting and building envelope building when reconstruction or repair. This set of measures to control, testing and evaluation of the technical state of con-constructions, holding that due to the need to determine their performance, identify defects and their causes, forecasting further safe operation of buildings and structures. Based on the survey data and of engineering and geological studies, experts can make decisions about the possibility of redevelopment of the building, its possible add-ins, or simply strengthen building structures for the continued safe operation of the facility. The criteria of the coordinate measurements quality at pilot-experimental production based on contemporary methods of quality management system and traditional methods of the measurements quality in Metrology are considered. As an additional criterion for quality of measurements, their duration is proposed. Analyzing the problem of assessing the quality of measurements, the authors pay particular attention to the role of technological heredity in the analysis of the sources of uncertainty of coordinate measurements, including not only the process of manufacturing the part, but all stages of the development of design and technological documentation. Along with such criteria as the degree of confidence in the results of measurements; the accuracy, convergence, reproducibility and speed of the results must take into account the correctness of technical specification, and such characteristics of the shape of the geometric elements to be controlled, such as flatness, roundness, cylindrical. It is noted that one of the main methods to reduce the uncertainty of coordinate measurements is to reduce the uncertainty in the initial data and measurement conditions, as well as to increase the stability of the tasks due to the reasonable choice of the basic geometric elements (measuring bases) of the part. A prerequisite for obtaining reliable quality indicators is a quantitative assessment of the conditions and organization of the measurement process. To plan and normalize the time of measurements, the authors propose to use analytical formulas, on the basis of which it is possible to perform quantitative analysis and optimization of quality indicators, including the speed of measurements.
