The design of centrifuging element gating and feeding system for castings made of heat-temperature nickel alloys is proposed, method for calculating its main sizes is developed. The experimental and production testing showed the high effi ciency of this gating system in retaining of slag particles and blockages, which made it possible to signifi cantly reduce the level of rejected castings.

The positive effect of alloying elements on the thermal stability of the γ-matrix and the strengthening γ'-phase of casting nickel alloys, and consequently, on the increase in their heat-temperature strength is established. The alloying elements inhibit diffusion processes, thereby increasing the creep resistance of alloys at high temperatures and loads. It is found that the most indicative parameters of the phase composition of the test alloys are the alloying elements distribution coefficients between the γ- and γ'-phases. The basic principles of balanced alloying are formulated, on which the choice of the optimal chemical composition of heat-temperature nickel alloys is carried out.

In the case of transport industries, engineering products made by the method of casting as a traditional. it is an effective design of the feeding system. To address the bizarre of gating system by experimental investigations: Centre Sprue Parallel Connection (CSPC) and Centre Spure Runner Extension Parallel Connection (CS-RE-PC). Almost in all the cases, the higher or equal deport was found in gating design CS-RE-PC and useful to improve optimum runner and find the gate in the multi- cavity system.

The sources for increase of oxygen in the mass of powders-granules produced by the PREP method are considered. Quantitative calculation of the increase in the proportion of oxygen and recommendations for reducing of the oxygen content and for further use of powders-granules are presented.

On the basis of the General criterion of quality the problem-oriented program technological algorithm for adjustment of technological parameters at the expense of reception of the characteristics investigated thermophysical properties of the profits providing the steady mode of imposing of hydrodynamic pressure before the beginning of crystallization of casting as a result of heating of profitable part of the interconnected elements «Gating system–casting» is developed. The software algorithm uses the means of computational experiment to determine the optimal values of the parameters in the development of cast processes. Optimization of the thermal regime is reduced to the analysis of the results of the studied thermophysical properties of top ingot due to the heating of the profitable part of the Gating-feeding system. The tested parameters are: temperature in top ingot in crystallized metal; wall thickness of top ingot; thermophysical reaction; the speed of the die casting liquid steel; the height of the heel of metal in top ingot.

Currently there is a great interest in developing nickel base alloys with fine and uniform dispersion of stable oxide particles, for high temperature applications. It is well known that the high temperature strength and stability of an oxide dispersed alloy can be greatly improved by appropriate thermomechanical processing, but the mechanism of this strengthening effect is not well understood. This investigation was undertaken to study the dislocation substructures formed in beryllia dispersed nickel alloys as a function of cold work both with and without intermediate anneals. Two alloys, one Ni-lv/oBeo and other Ni-4.5Mo-30Co-2v/oBeo were investigated. The influence of the substructures produced by Thermo-Mechanical Processing (TMP) on the high temperature creep properties of these alloys was also evaluated.

The purpose of the research is to identify effi cient microfertilizers and growth stimulants considering biologi- cal features of new corn hybrids of different FAO groups under irrigation conditions in the South of Ukraine and trace their impact on grain productivity of the plants. The methods of the research are the fi eld method – to study the interaction of the research object with experimental factors of the natural environment, to register the yield and evaluate the biometrical indices; the laboratory method – to measure soil moisture, grain moisture content and grain quality indices; the statistical method – to evaluate the reliability of the obtained results; the calculation methods – for economic and energetic assessment of the growing techniques used. The results of the research. The paper defi nes the impact of microfertilizers and growth stimulants on the yield and grain quality of the corn hybrids of different maturity groups and on the economic effi ciency of growing them. The conclusions of the research. Under irrigation conditions of the Southern Steppe of Ukraine it is recommended that the following hybrids should be grown in dark-chestnut soils: early maturity DN Pyvykha, medium-early Skadovskyi, medium maturity Kakhovskyi and medium-late Arabat, using the growth stimulants – treating the seeds with Sezam-Nano and fertilizing with Grainactive at the stage of 7–8 leaves.
