The trend of energy consumed growth all over the world demands to solve the problem of energy effectiveness of technological processes. Because of complexity of technological processes structure there is the main question to find a “worst link” in it. Effectiveness of technological process depends on type of process equipment and its links. There were formulated rules for choice most “weak” link of technological chain. Three strategic ways were learned for increasing of energy effectiveness: increasing productivity of the process equipment without increasing of its efficiency; increasing efficiency of the process equipment without increasing of its productivity; increasing both productivity and efficiency of the process equipment. Corresponding recommendations for growth of productivity or efficiency were given. There were proved that variation of average level of productivity of process equipment must be up to 50...60% and the variation of productivity relative to the average in duty cycle of process equipment operation must not be more than 10%.

The peculiarity of the technological equipment of light industry is the significant dynamic loads that occur during unstable operating modes and is one of the main reasons for reducing the reliability and durability of its operation. The problem of increasing the reliability and durability of their work by reducing the dynamic loads is relevant, because the known means of reducing the dynamic loads in the drive of machines can not always be used in light industry machines. Therefore, when designing light industry equipment, first of all, attention should be paid to reducing the dynamic loads in the drive and preventing accidents. The paper considers the feasibility of using a device with a torsion spring to reduce the dynamic loads in the drive of process equipment, check its performance and develop a method for selecting rational parameters. In the course of work modern methods of researches of mechanical systems are used for the purpose of an estimation of expediency of use of the device with a torsion spring for reduction of starting dynamic loadings in the drive of machine. On the basis of the analysis of features of work of the technological equipment of light industry the expediency of use in the drive of cars of the gear safety coupling with a torsion spring is established. A new design of the device is proposed to reduce the dynamic loads that occur during machine start-up. Unlike the known devices, the proposed device is made in the form of a toothed safety clutch with a torsion spring, which simplifies its design and increases efficiency. The use of a cylindrical torsion spring as an elastic element, which connects the half-clutch to the flange on which the satellite gears are mounted, prevents overloading of the drive and the choice of rational rigidity of the device depending on the change of operation, which increases its durability and expands performance. The method of checking the efficiency of the device for reducing dynamic loads and selecting its rational parameters is presented. The scientific novelty is the development of scientific bases and engineering methods of designing devices to reduce dynamic loads in the drive of technological equipment. The practical significance lies in the development of a new design of the device to reduce the dynamic loads in the drive of machines and the engineering method of choosing its rational parameters.

The article discusses the integration of additive technologies into production, presents the advantages and disadvantages of 3D metal printing. The data of the current indicators of the effectiveness of technological processes when using 3D equipment are analyzed, the difficulties of introducing additive technologies into production processes are determined. Conclusions on the trends and prospects of development of engineering solutions in the field of additive technologies are formulated. So, additive technologies provide an opportunity for a business entity to reduce production lines, minimize the production time for complex technological parts. In addition, the specifics of the operation process of parts - the result of high-tech production, provide both a long service life of component elements, and a high degree of reliability of materials, functional stability and structural strength, and, simplification of repair work (replacement of parts of parts), which generally determines the quality of manufactured products. This, in turn, determines, in economic realities, the development of economic and technological innovative engineering solutions through the promotion of additive technologies, increasing the economic indicators of the production activity of a business entity. The characteristic features of 3D printing of metals studied in this article make it possible to highlight the defining technological processes of the principles of printing, constructively represent the properties of additive structures. It can be stated that in the current period of development of economic and technological innovative engineering solutions, the field of promoting additive technologies has significant achievements and prospects. Small-scale production is gradually being introduced into additive manufacturing, which has distinctive characteristics for the mechanical engineering industry. The introduction of such technological equipment provides an opportunity to speed up the manufacturing procedure, improve the properties of the product, despite the high cost (0.8-1.5 million euros). At the same time, from a strategic economic position in comparison with classical technologies, high-tech engineering solutions act as highly competitive.
