This study aims to determine the practice of product contracts and a review of Islamic law on gold savings products in Sharia pawnshops. The research method used a field research approach (filed reaserch) which was qualitative descriptive, and data collection was obtained through observation, interviews and library research (library reaserch), and the research locus was carried out at the Pinrang Syariah Pegadaian Branch. The research results found that; First, regarding the practice, the Pinrang Branch of the Sharia Pegadaian provides many facilities for customers who want to start investing in gold. In addition, Pegadaian Syariah also offers products in the form of Gold Savings, which is a gold buying and selling service with deposit facilities. As for the process of liquidating (selling) gold, it is carried out in two ways, namely by reselling it if the customer wants cash and printing if the customer wants it in the form of gold bullion. Second, the Gold Savings scheme in Sharia Pawnshops is a problematic contract because one of the contracts has an element of usury, to be precise in the murabahah contract, where scholars have different opinions about its abilities. Jumhur ulama agree on the prohibition (because some scholars from syafi'iyyah and malikiyyah argue that gold is included as ṡaman (price, means of payment, money) which cannot be exchanged in installments, because it causes usury and must be done in cash at the time of the contract. Third, DSN MUI and other contemporary scholars consider that the sale and purchase of gold / murabahah gold is permissible both in cash and credit as long as they are not intended as security (price) but sil'ah (goods).

Currently in Indonesia Islamic Bank has gained a place and interested in the community, causing many emerging Syari'ah Bank and Financial Institutions of the syari'ah, and products in Islamic banks are widely used is murabahah financing. The formulation of the problem in this research are: (1). How is the implementation of the sale and purchase through murabahah financing between Bank Muamalat Harkat with customers. (2). Is trading system murabahah financing between Bank Muamalat Harkat and customers have been according to the principles of Syari’ah. (3). How murabahah financing efforts to resolve the breach between the customer and Muamalat Harkat. This research method is empirical legal research, this study was conducted in Bank Muamalat Harkat based data collection through field research such as interviews, observation and description as well as information from respondents through library research. The results of this research are: before an agreement Bank to assess carefully the prospective customer in the form of a comprehensive analysis and is divided into several stages, such as the assessment using the principle of 5C Character (Character of the debitor), Chapacity (Capability Candidate Debitor) , Capital (Capital candidate Debitor), Collateral (Collateral candidate Debitor) and Condition of economy (economic condition of the prospective Borrower). Trading system murabahah financing between Bank Muamalat Harkat with the customer has not fully based on the principles of the Syari'ah. Murabahah financing efforts to resolve the defaults can be solved by R3 is Restrukturing (Arrangement Back), Reconditioning (Terms Back) and Rescheduling (rescheduling), sales collateral and auction execution.

This study aims to analyze the character values ​​in Sirah Nabawiyah Ar-Rahiq Al-Makhtum by Syafiyyurrahman al-Mubarakfuri, so that it is revealed how the character education of the Prophet Muhammad. and analyze its relevance to current educational goals. The research method used is library research, the type of research approach is deductive and the analysis method is content analysis. Data collection techniques used were library techniques. This research succeeded in proving that prophetic values ​​based on the history of the Prophet Muhammad have a strong relevance to the concept of contemporary character education. Prophetic values ​​loaded with character education in this era, especially related to religiosity, honesty, tolerance, discipline, hard work, creative, independent, democracy, curiosity, national spirit, love of the motherland, respect for achievement, friendship, love for peace , likes to read, care about the environment, care about social, and responsibility.

This research conducted in BAPEDAL  aceh, the purpose of this research is to figure out that the aplication of accountability report and work institution of government has done well.The result of data collection is got through library and field research. Library research is done by using some literature that it has relation with the research topic. While field research is the way to collect the data that it also has relation with problem discussion.Generally, the applying of primary job and bapedal function in Aceh has applied well.  The strategic of target  decision in 2010 has succed to goal by the level of percentation result average 98,53%.    The arrangement of aplication LAKIP in BAPEDAL Aceh in 2010 based on Inpres No.7 in 1999 and then it is arranged in ministry country role of efficiency  state apparatus and bureaucracy of reformation  no. 2009 in 2010 about guidelines of arrangement  for work and accountability report of institution government that it is the basic of arranging and conveying LAKIP government.

Abstaract. This thesis is the result of a library research entitled "Review of Islamic Law Against Displaying Google Adsense Ads in Blogs". This study aims to answer the question of how the process of cooperation agreements and mechanisms for displaying advertisements on blogs, how the implementation of cooperation agreements on displaying advertisements on blogs and how the provisions of Islamic law on cooperation agreements displaying advertisements on blogs. This study aims to determine the mechanism of Google Adsense ads on blogs, the implementation of the contract in the display of Google Adsense ads on blogs, and a review of Islamic law on the Google Adsense ad display contracts on blogs. This type of research uses data collection techniques. The data collected in this research is data that has been obtained during the study by studying books related to problems and interviews with publishers and Google Adsense. The results of the study were then examined using descriptive verification techniques with an inductive mindset, this mindset is used to analyze specific data based on the facts of the research results then general conclusions are drawn. Which reveals the reality of the results of research. The results of this study explain that the collaboration agreement between Publisher and Google Adsense for displaying advertisements on blogs is not valid according to the review of Islamic law, because it does not fulfill several conditions of the syirkah contract, which is association in terms of allowing forbidden things to be prevented, and in terms of the contract object is not it can be seen that the advertisement that will be aired will be in conflict with or not with Islamic law, and this clearly contains the element of gharar (speculative), which will lead to the injury of the principle of 'an taradhin (mutual pleasure / like-like) between the seller and the buyer.Keywords: Advertisement, Google Adsense, Publisher, SyirkahAbstrak. Skripsi ini adalah hasil penelitian kepustakaan yang berjudul “Tinjuan Hukum Islam Terhadap Penayangan Iklan Google Adsense dalam Blog”. Penelitian ini bertujuan menjawab pertanyaan tentang bagaimana proses akad kerjasama dan mekanisme penayangan iklan di blog, bagaimana implementasi akad kerjasama terhadap penayangan iklan di blog dan bagaimana Ketentuan hukum Islam terhadap akad kerjasama penayangan iklan di blog. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mekanisme iklan Google Adsense dalam Blog, implementasi akad dalam penayangan iklan Google Adsense dalam Blog, dan tinjauan hukum Islam terhadap akad penayangan iklan Google Adsense dalam Blog. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini adalah data yang telah diperoleh selama penelitian dengan cara mempelajari buku-buku yang berkaitan dengan permasalahan dan wawancara dengan publisher dan google adsense. Hasil penelitian itu kemudian ditelaah dengan menggunakan teknik deskriptif verifikatif dengan pola pikir induktif, pola pikir ini dipakai untuk menganalisis data khusus berdasarkan kenyataan-kenyataan dari hasil riset kemudian diambil kesimpulan yang bersifat umum. Yang mengungkapkan kenyataan kenyataan dari hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menerangkan bahwa Akad kerjasama antara Publisher dan Google Adsense atas penayangan iklan dalam blog tidak sah menurut tinjuan hukum Islam, karena tidak memenuhi beberapa syarat akad syirkah yaitu berserikat dalam hal yang memungkinkan tidak terhindarnya hal yang diharamkan, dan dari sisi objek akadnya pun tidak dapat diketahui bahwa iklan yang akan ditayangkan nantinya bertentangan atau tidak dengan hukum Islam, dan hal ini jelas mengandung unsur gharar (spekulatif), yang akan mengakibatkan cederanya prinsip ‘an taradhin (saling ridho/suka sama suka) antara penjual dan pembeli.Kata Kunci: Iklan, Google Adsense, Publisher, Syirkah

Syarikah al-abdan is a form of muamalah that can be applied today in improving the welfare of the people. However, in practice today, it seems that there are problems among Muslims in seeing and sorting out the practice of syarikah al-abdan which is following the Shari'a. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to describe the syarikah al-abdan scheme and its current contemporary application forms. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive research approach with library research techniques and content analysis. The results of this study indicate that syarikah al-abdan is a form of business cooperation between two or more people preceded by mutual agreement in determining the results of the profits and/or wages between them. However, in its implementation, it is necessary to pay attention to the pillars and requirements of the syarikah al-abdan, and to consider the views of the majority of madhhab scholars and the Indonesian Ulama Council (MUI). In practice, this study describes the form of syarikah al-abdan in the profession of fisherman and tailor.

<p><em>The purpose of this research is to find out and to analyze the implementation of murabahah financing at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Padang Panjang its conformity with the DSN MUI Fatwa Number four of two thousand. This type of research is field research field research and library research research. The research method used is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques are observation, interview and documentation. The results of this study indicate that in the general provisions of Islamic banks that the bank buys the goods needed only on behalf of the bank itself and the purchase must be separate and have personal limitations. However, in practice, it is found that the bank provides money to customers to buy one of the items needed on behalf of the bank using an installment system based on the amount and time determined by the bank. in is allowed by the clerics on the condition that the bank authorizes the customer to buy goods under the murabahah bil wakalah contract. However, according to the author's opinion, there is no conformity of the DSN-MUI fatwa regarding murabahah with its</em><em> practice at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Padang Panjang.</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p>Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pelaksanaan pembiayaan murabahah pada Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Padang Panjang kesesuaiannya dengan Fatwa DSN MUI No. 4 Tahun 2000. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian lapangan <em>field research</em>. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasannya dalam ketentuan umum fatwa murabahah di bank syariah yaitu bank membeli barang yang dibutuhkan nasabah atas nama bank sendiri dan pembelian harus sah dan bebas riba. Akan tetapi pada prakteknya dilapangan adalah bank memberikan uang kepada nasabah untuk membeli salah satu barang yang dibutuhkan atas nama bank dengan sistem angsuran berdasarkan jumlah dan waktu yang telah ditetapkan oleh bank. Hal ini dibolehkan oleh ulama dengan ketentuan pihak bank menguasakan kepada nasabah untuk membeli barang dengan akad <em>murabahah bil wakalah</em>.</p>

Marriage has rules and regulations its implementation. According to Jambi Malay customary law,  there are several stages in marriage custom, especially in subdistrict of Muara Tembesi, first introduction period, second preparation period. thirth  day scales, fourth betel tanyo Pinang tanyo, fifth tand fill custom lumbago, sixth take delivery customs lumbago, seventh marriages marry, eight old gather, memulang lek pado penangga, ninth Berelek Berkenduri, complain Gather tuo. Next custom marriage is absolutely must be followed by  all society  of jambi because of the moral sanction if someone doesn’t follow applicable law. The purpose of  research is to know the custom marriage of Jambi Malay and position of custom law, especially in subdistrict of Tembesi. research method is Islamic law research, research type used is field research. The research approach used is a normative approach, the problems studied under Islamic law, to underestand  the Qur'an, Hadith, and 'Urf in Ushul Fiqh. The research method used is observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis used is qualitative analysis. Based on the research has done, it can be concluded  the marriage custom of Jambi Malay in Muara Tembesi Subdistrict, the analysis of `Urf is shohih custom.

This research has a problem that how is the implementation of the topo salia custom in Desa Maninili Barat, Kecamatan Tinombo Selatan, Kabupaten Parigi Moutong, and what is the view of Islamic law on the topo salia custom. The research method used is a qualitative method that describes field research. In the data collection technique, the writer used the method of observation and direct interviews with informants, namely the village head and several religious figures as well as documentation. Then, the results of the research found that first the topo salia custom is a ritual that is carried out in the month of Rabiul Awal to commemorate the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad. namely on the 12th of Rabiul Awal, this tradition was carried out with the aim of rejecting calamities and making their children live and cultured. Second, according to the view of traditional Islamic law, topo salia does not contradict Islamic law because it contains Islamic values, such as deliberation, mutual cooperation, strengthening friendship, and a form of gratitude to Allah swt.

This study aims to determine the model of privatization of the management of Joint Operations at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XIV Cotto factory Jenponto. The data collection was done by using field research, library research and document data searches. The data were then analyzed qualitatively. The results showed that the model of Joint Operation in the privatization of the management of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV Cotton factory Jeneponto to cooperate PT Supin Raya. Factors that are supporting the success of privatization is close supervision and the amount of raw material supply. Factors affecting the failure is a problem in making the agreement, the rental price of production services, late payment of rental services, limited production facilities and infrastructure.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui privatisasi pengelolaan dengan model Joint Operation pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XIV Pabrik Kapas. Pengumpulan data ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik penelitian lapangan, penelitian kepustakaan dan penelusuran data dokumen. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model Joint Operation dalam privatisasi pengelolaan PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV Pabrik Kapas Jeneponto dengan bekerja sama PT Supin Raya. Faktor yang yang mendukung keberhasilan privatisasi yaitu pengawasan yang ketat dan jumlah pasokan bahan baku. Faktor yang mempengaruhi kegagalan yaitu masalah dalam pembuatan surat perjanjian, harga sewa jasa produksi, keterlambatan pembayaran sewa jasa, keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana produksi.

The purpose of this study was to find out how to provide credit at Bank Nagari Cabang Painan. The research method of data collection uses two methods, namely library research and field research. The results of this study are the implementation of lending at Bank Nagari Cabang Painan in accordance with established procedures, starting from credit applications, credit analysis, recommendations, credit decisions, signing credit contracts, credit realization and credit supervision. The development of credit at the Bank Nagari Cabang Painan has increased every year this is due to the excellent financial performance of the Bank Nagari Cabang Painan.
