This research conducted in BAPEDAL  aceh, the purpose of this research is to figure out that the aplication of accountability report and work institution of government has done well.The result of data collection is got through library and field research. Library research is done by using some literature that it has relation with the research topic. While field research is the way to collect the data that it also has relation with problem discussion.Generally, the applying of primary job and bapedal function in Aceh has applied well.  The strategic of target  decision in 2010 has succed to goal by the level of percentation result average 98,53%.    The arrangement of aplication LAKIP in BAPEDAL Aceh in 2010 based on Inpres No.7 in 1999 and then it is arranged in ministry country role of efficiency  state apparatus and bureaucracy of reformation  no. 2009 in 2010 about guidelines of arrangement  for work and accountability report of institution government that it is the basic of arranging and conveying LAKIP government.

Nafkah merupakan salah satu daripada hak isteri yang perlu ditunaikan. Hukum ini telah termaktub di dalam Al-Quran dan sebagaimana yang diketahui oleh semua muslim, salah satu kewajiban seorang suami itu adalah menyediakan nafkah buat isterinya baik dalam  tempoh  perkawinan  maupun  pasca perceraian.  Namun,  mutakhir  ini,  banyak kasus yang melibatkan perilaku suami yang mengabaikan nafkah isteri pasca perceraian. Bahagian Sokongan Keluarga (BSK) merupakan pihak berwenang yang mampu mengatasi dengan sebaik mungkin segala permasalahan berkaitan dengan pemberian nafkah. BSK memberi peluang kepada mantan isteri untuk membuat tuntutan nafkah jika suami gagal atau enggan membayar nafkah sekaligus mengembalikan hak isteri. Pertanyaan yang diajukan dalam permasalahan ini adalah bagaimana peran BSK dalam menjamin terpenuhinya  nafkah isteri pasca perceraian dan bagaimana efektifitasnya (BSK) terhadap masalah penegakan nafkah isteri pasca perceraian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang peran (BSK) dalam masalah pemenuhan nafkah isteri pasca perceraian. Penelitian dalam skripsi ini adalah yuridis empiris yaitu kajian lapangan (field research) dan yuridis normatif yaitu kajian kepustakaan (library research). Adapun Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan penulis dalam skripsi ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan telaah dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, bahwa peran BSK dalam masalah pemenuhan nafkah isteri pasca perceraian berjalan secara efektif karena BSK memantau dan menangani masalah ketidakpatuhan mantan suami terhadap perintah nafkah Mahkamah Syariah melalui pembentukan Unit Khidmat Nasehat dan Perundangan, Unit Penguatkuasaan dan Pelaksanaan Perintah dan Unit Pengurusan Dana. Keberadaan BSK telah menjadi tempat rujukan dan   memberikan bantuan kepada mantan isteri. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dapat difahami bahwa pokok permasalahan dalam penyelesaian masalah pengabaian nafkah apabila mantan suami memahami  hal  berkaitan  agama  Islam  serta  mengetahui  hak  dan  tanggung  jawab terhadap isteri pasca perceraian.Kata Kunci: Bahagian Sokongan Keluarga (BSK) dan Nafkah Isteri Pasca Penceraian Living in one of the rights of wives that need to be shown. This law has been contained in the Koran and as it is known by all Muslims, one of the obligations of a husband is to provide a living for his wife both in the period of marriage or post-divorce. However, these cutting-edge, many cases involve the behavior of husbands who neglect the living wives post-divorce. The Family Support Division (BSK) is the authority who can cope with the best possible problems relating to the provision of the living. BSK allows the former wife to make a living claim if the husband fails or refuses to pay the living while returning the right of the wife. The question posed in this issue was the role of BSK in guaranteeing the fulfillment of the postpartum wife and how effectiveness (BSK) has been to the problem of establishing a divorce post. The study aims to find out about the role (BSK) in the issue of fulfilling wives after divorce. The research in this thesis was empirical, i.e. field research and normative juridical (library research) study. The methods of data collection used by the authors in this thesis are observations, interviews and documentation study. The results of the research obtained, that the role of BSK in the problem of fulfillment of wives post-divorce runs effectively because BSK monitors and addresses the problem of non-compliance of ex-husband against the order of Sharia court The establishment of the Advisory and Legal Unit, enforcement Unit and the execution of the Order and fund Management unit. The existence of BSK has been a referral place and provides relief to the former wife. Based on this, it can be understood that the subject matter in solving the issue of living if the former husband understands the matter related to Islam and knows the rights and responsibilities of the post-divorce wife.

This study aims to determine the model of privatization of the management of Joint Operations at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XIV Cotto factory Jenponto. The data collection was done by using field research, library research and document data searches. The data were then analyzed qualitatively. The results showed that the model of Joint Operation in the privatization of the management of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV Cotton factory Jeneponto to cooperate PT Supin Raya. Factors that are supporting the success of privatization is close supervision and the amount of raw material supply. Factors affecting the failure is a problem in making the agreement, the rental price of production services, late payment of rental services, limited production facilities and infrastructure.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui privatisasi pengelolaan dengan model Joint Operation pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XIV Pabrik Kapas. Pengumpulan data ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik penelitian lapangan, penelitian kepustakaan dan penelusuran data dokumen. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model Joint Operation dalam privatisasi pengelolaan PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV Pabrik Kapas Jeneponto dengan bekerja sama PT Supin Raya. Faktor yang yang mendukung keberhasilan privatisasi yaitu pengawasan yang ketat dan jumlah pasokan bahan baku. Faktor yang mempengaruhi kegagalan yaitu masalah dalam pembuatan surat perjanjian, harga sewa jasa produksi, keterlambatan pembayaran sewa jasa, keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana produksi.

This study aims to determine the practice of product contracts and a review of Islamic law on gold savings products in Sharia pawnshops. The research method used a field research approach (filed reaserch) which was qualitative descriptive, and data collection was obtained through observation, interviews and library research (library reaserch), and the research locus was carried out at the Pinrang Syariah Pegadaian Branch. The research results found that; First, regarding the practice, the Pinrang Branch of the Sharia Pegadaian provides many facilities for customers who want to start investing in gold. In addition, Pegadaian Syariah also offers products in the form of Gold Savings, which is a gold buying and selling service with deposit facilities. As for the process of liquidating (selling) gold, it is carried out in two ways, namely by reselling it if the customer wants cash and printing if the customer wants it in the form of gold bullion. Second, the Gold Savings scheme in Sharia Pawnshops is a problematic contract because one of the contracts has an element of usury, to be precise in the murabahah contract, where scholars have different opinions about its abilities. Jumhur ulama agree on the prohibition (because some scholars from syafi'iyyah and malikiyyah argue that gold is included as ṡaman (price, means of payment, money) which cannot be exchanged in installments, because it causes usury and must be done in cash at the time of the contract. Third, DSN MUI and other contemporary scholars consider that the sale and purchase of gold / murabahah gold is permissible both in cash and credit as long as they are not intended as security (price) but sil'ah (goods).

Abstract: Imanuel Botang congregation had resources both human resources and natural resources that were quite abundant, but had not been managed optimally. Seeing these conditions, researchers were interested in researching the role of church assemblies in the economic empowerment of congregations by focusing research on economic empowerment activities in the field of horticultural agriculture and chicken and pig farming. This research was designed according to qualitative research. Qualitative research aims to find out the role of church assemblies in the economic empowerment of congregations. Data collection techniques were carried out through library research and field research through observation and interview. The study was conducted at the Congregation of Emmanuel Botang from September to November 2020. The results showed the role of the Church Assembly in empowerment is as a consultant and empowerment but this is still not realized because it does not fully understand the duties and vocations as a church assembly, the lack of skills / skills of the church assembly in the field of horticultural agriculture and local village pig and chicken farming, lack of free time and lack of good cooperation.   Keywords:  Economic Empowerment,  Role of the Church Assembly, Toraja Church of Imanuel Botang Congregation  Abstrak: Jemaat Imanuel Botang memiliki sumber daya baik Sumber Daya Manusia maupun sumber daya alamnya yang cukup melimpah, namun belum dikelola secara maksimal. Penelitian ini didesain menurut penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran majelis gereja dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi jemaat. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penelitian pustaka dan penelitian lapangan melalui pengamatan (observasi) dan wawancara (interview). Penelitian dilaksanakan di Jemaat Imanuel Botang dari bulan September sampai bulan November 2020. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peranan Majelis Gereja dalam pemberdayaan adalah sebagai konsultan dan pemberdaya namun hal ini masih belum terealisasi oleh karena belum memahami secara utuh tugas dan panggilan sebagai majelis gereja, minimnya skill/ keterampilan majelis gereja pada bidang pertanian hortikultura dan peternakan babi dan ayam kampung lokal, kurangnya waktu luang dan kurangnya kerja sama yang baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini, yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana optimalisasi peran Penyidik Polri dalam penyidikan suatu tindak pidana, dan untuk mengetahui apa saja kendala-kendala penyidik Polri dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya sebagai penyidik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif normatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Polres Mamasa. Fokus pada penelitian ini adalah tindak pidana penganiayaan. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik penelitian pustaka, penelitian lapangan. Kemudian data diolah dengan tahapan Editing, Coding, dan Tabulating. Selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan model interaktif, yaitu dimulai dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam kasus tertentu penyidik mempunyai peran meneruskan ke proses hokum atau kasus itu diselesaikan melalui pendekatan restorative justice. Kemudian kendala yang dihadapi penyidik adalah ketika proses restorative justice yang ditempuh terkendala oleh pihak keluarga korban yang tidak bersedia melakukan perdamaian yang ditandai dengan adanya surat pernyataan yang meminta agar pelaku dapat dihukum dan diproses layaknya pelaku dewasa. The purpose of this research is to find out how to optimize the role of Police Investigators in investigating a crime, and to find out what are the obstacles for the Police investigators in carrying out their duties and functions as an investigator. This type of research is qualitative descriptive normative research. This research was conducted at Mamasa Police Station. The focus of this research is on the criminal act of maltreatment. Data were collected using library research and field research. Then the data is processed through the stages of editing, coding, and tabulating. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using an interactive model, starting with data collection, reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results show that in certain cases an investigator has a role to continue to the legal process or the case is resolved through a restorative justice approach. Then the obstacle faced by investigators is when the restorative justice process is constrained by the victim's family who is not willing to bury the hatchet which is marked by a statement letter asking that the perpetrator must be punished and processed like an adult perpetrator.

The Village

The aim of this study was to obtain a picture of how the role of the local government in the counseling of medical care of broiler chickens in the village of Tanrara, South Bontonompo District, Regency of Gowa and analysis counseling medical care of broiler chicken farms. Type of research used is descriptive qualitative , Data is collected using a technical field research, library research and data searches on line. The data were then analyzed qualitatively to explain or describe the data examined of the field, both primary data obtained from interviews, as well as from secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the Agency's role in the maintenance of broiler chickens counseling is to provide education to farmers (educational roles), provide assistance to farmers, as a facilitator for the farmers, as well as help increase the productivity of resources and ranchers. Counseling of medical care of broiler chickens may improve outcomes farm broiler chickens caused by could encourage increased production and productivity of poultry broiler, encourage availability  broiler chickens is always stable on the market, local goverment encourage increased incomes and welfare of broiler breeders as well as help the marketing of chicken broiler widespread.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang bagaimana peran Dinas Perikanan, Kelautan, dan Peternakan dalam penyuluhan pemeliharaan ayam broiler di Desa Tanrara Kecamatan Bontonompo Selatan Kabupaten Gowa serta ananlisis mengenai penyuluhan pemeliharaan ayam broiler. Tipe penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah diskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan teknis field research library research dan penelusuran data on line. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis secara kualitatif dengan menjelaskan atau menggambarkan data yang diteliti dari lapangan, baik data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara, maupun dari data sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran Dinas dalam penyuluhan pemeliharaan ayam broiler adalah memberikan pendidikan kepada peternak , memberikan pendampingan teknis kepada peternak, sebagaifasilitator bagi para peternak, serta membantu meningkatkan sumber daya dan produktivitas peternak. Penyuluhan pemeliharaan ayam broiler dapat meningkatkan hasil peternakan ayam broiler disebabkan oleh penyuluhan mampu mendorong meningkatnya produksi dan produktivitas peternakan ayam broiler, mendorong ketersedian ayam broiler selalu stabil di pasar. Pemerintah daerah mendorong meningkatnya pendapatan dan kesejahteraan peternak ayam broiler serta membantu pemasaran ayam broiler yang semakin meluas.

Currently in Indonesia Islamic Bank has gained a place and interested in the community, causing many emerging Syari'ah Bank and Financial Institutions of the syari'ah, and products in Islamic banks are widely used is murabahah financing. The formulation of the problem in this research are: (1). How is the implementation of the sale and purchase through murabahah financing between Bank Muamalat Harkat with customers. (2). Is trading system murabahah financing between Bank Muamalat Harkat and customers have been according to the principles of Syari’ah. (3). How murabahah financing efforts to resolve the breach between the customer and Muamalat Harkat. This research method is empirical legal research, this study was conducted in Bank Muamalat Harkat based data collection through field research such as interviews, observation and description as well as information from respondents through library research. The results of this research are: before an agreement Bank to assess carefully the prospective customer in the form of a comprehensive analysis and is divided into several stages, such as the assessment using the principle of 5C Character (Character of the debitor), Chapacity (Capability Candidate Debitor) , Capital (Capital candidate Debitor), Collateral (Collateral candidate Debitor) and Condition of economy (economic condition of the prospective Borrower). Trading system murabahah financing between Bank Muamalat Harkat with the customer has not fully based on the principles of the Syari'ah. Murabahah financing efforts to resolve the defaults can be solved by R3 is Restrukturing (Arrangement Back), Reconditioning (Terms Back) and Rescheduling (rescheduling), sales collateral and auction execution.

This type of research is a type of qualitative research. This research was conducted at SD N Suryodiningrata 1 Yogyakarta. The subjects in this study were to schools, class teachers, and students. Data collection techniques use observation, interview, and observation techniques. Based on the results of the study show that the forms of student bullying behavior that occur are that students make fun of and mock friends, find out friends and ask for pocket money to their friends. The way the class teacher handles student bullying behavior is by conducting classical and individual guidance. The role of the class in addressing the behavior of bullying students, be a mediator when the bullying occurred in class, and give advice as well as motivations to students.
