The aim: To determine learners’ (doctors) needs and draw up proposals for upgrading educational communication processes in the “provider-consumer” system of educational services. Materials and methods: The biblio-semantic, biostatistic and sociological methods were used. 754 author questionnaires were processed. Results: The socio-professional characteristics of learning service consumers at Shupyk National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education were analyzed as well as studied their proposals. Evaluating communication interactions in the “provider-consumer” system of educational services concerned determining the most comfortable organizational modes of education for a consumer, making a careful analysis of the learning service characteristics by “accessibility” and “effectiveness” criteria. The determination methodology and research results can be used by universities and colleges regardless of the educational program specialization. Conclusions: Ensuring the educational communication processes effectiveness in the “provider-consumer” system of educational services is achieved by studying learners’ adaptation according to such principal criteria as organizational modes of education, the learning service accessibility and effectiveness. The learning service providers adjust customer requirements to the capabilities of a particular educational institution (personnel availability, facilities and resources etc.) and so that they ensure competitiveness.

The article considers the main methods of diagnosis and treatment of pain syndrome (BS) in accordance with traditional Chinese medicine, which are used in a lecture course theme usovershenstvoniya in reflexology. Mechanisms of development of the BS associated with the failure of "vital substances" forms premorbid background for the development of BS. Excessive emotions depressive and negative also create additional conditions for the development of BS. This article describes the clinical features of the BS manifestations and treatment tactics depending on the depth of localization of lesions and the BS. Recommended special acupuncture technique for pain relief can extend the theme of the lecture course at the Department of  Neurology and Reflexology, Shupyk National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education based on the analysis of data in the literature and practical experience in acupuncture.

The article is devoted to the problems of continuous professional education of doctors within distance learning. The effectiveness of continuous professional development of specialists in the field of health care, the use of information technologies in the educational process, the introduction of web technologies in distance learning, as well as the factors of efficiency and productivity of distance education have been investigated. The own results of distance learning introduction on the basis of Donetsk national medical university for the doctors who have received special training with a cycle “Medical psychology» during a global quarantine have been presented. Four main categories of problems faced by students and teachers within the distance work have been identified. The ways of solving the established problems have been outlined and the steps of effective organization of distance learning and feedback of students from the cycle “Medical Psychology” have been given. These outlined problems are divided into organizational, competence, learning and teaching, personal — characterological. The solution of the outlined problems can be divided into levels: organizational problems are solved at the level of the educational institution; competence — the level of the educational institution and faculty; educational and methodical — within the profile department or departments; personal-characterological — within the system of interaction “teacher-listener”. Competently organized distance learning improves the educational process, improves the quality and control of acquired knowledge and forms effective feedback.

The article deals with the necessity of establishing feedback with consumers of educational services in the context of implementing the requirements of the International Standard for Quality Management System (ISO 9001) by getting opinions and feedback from educational services users; outlines the feasibility of using remote technologies for feedback organization, in particular at the postgraduate education stage; defines the advantages of using remote technologies during surveys, in particular: communicative, accessible, productive and economical; presents the results of a survey conducted among interns of the Bogomolets National Medical University using remote technologies, in particular, using the e-questionnaire developed with help of Google Forms to determine satisfaction with internship preparation (chosen specialty, teaching quality, manifestations of official abusing and corruption, satisfaction with the direct supervisor of internship, educational materials, material and technical base, etc.); highlights the information obtained during the survey of employees of the Bogomolets National Medical University; describes the practice of remote polling of scientific and pedagogical staff, which is considered not only from the point of view of ensuring effective feedback, but also as part of the training course, since the distance format of the survey creates an opportunity for the teachers to be attracted to the practical application of modern communication technologies in the process of learning.

Printed publications are a separate direction for using the technology of augmented reality.In the press, these technologies have found their place in presenting relevant news from the scene, interviews, in advertising technologies and the like. However, today no medical journal in the world uses the augmented reality, and only the editions of the Shupyk National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education and NAMS of Ukraine for the first time start the program of applying augmented reality for their materials.

The article outlines the basic requirements for postgraduate training of interns according to modern international standards, taking into account the integration of active medical education in Ukraine into European educational space. It highlights the gradual optimization of scientific and methodical process using modern computer technologies, distance education involving leading national and European experts, electronic textbooks, CDs, presentations, interactive encyclopaedias and reference books. It stresses the expediency of retraining the educators, improvement of methodological skills, methodological assistance to heads of postgraduate centers, development of new methods of internship training. The observations in the article are based on the decades of experience of the Department of Neurology and Reflexotherapy with the Shupyk National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education. Based on our own experience of international cooperation, the department is implementing the latest systems of education of future specialists.

The analysis of the most frequently recommended medications is showed in the article. The results of the survey of dentists conducted at the Shupyk National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education in collaboration with Ukrainian Dental Association on dental conferences in February-March 2015. The basic group of pharmaceutical drugs – nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, antibiotics, and medicines for local use were researched. The analysis presents the most commonly prescribed drugs by dentists during the period of first half-year 2015. The survey results demonstrated the necessity to better inform dentists about new drugs and their indications for the usage based on evidence-based medicine, contraindications, and side effects in order to achieve high clinical efficacy of the treatment.
