Exploring new innovative and learning modalities is an urgent move of higher education as an option in this pandemic.  As a result, to flexible delivery of Student Affairs and Services as stated in CMO 8 s., 2021, Guidelines on the Implementation of Flexible Delivery of student Affairs and Services, (SAS) programs during the Covid-19 epidemic as the continuity of student services is significant to the overall development of students during this trying time. The predictors of student affairs and services (SAS) performance among higher education institutions (HEIs) were determined using a descriptive-correlational research method. The students in the College of Teacher Education and Student Affairs and services (SAS) Unit head and staff were selected as respondents through stratified random sampling. The findings revealed that the majority of the student respondents are from HEI’s in the Province of Laguna. There is a significant relationship between the students’ affairs services in terms of Information and Orientation Services, Guidance and Counselling Services, Student Training, Student Organizations and Activities, Admission Services, Scholarships and Financial Assistance (SFA) and the effectiveness and efficiency of student affairs services. As recommended, the Guidance and Counselling unit must administer the student assessment tools regularly and periodically to determine the appropriate interventions necessary in the new normal. The promotion of mental health among students through different platforms may intensify more. The HEI’s and SAS may consider strengthening downloadable materials and their contents as means of student orientation and information dissemination; online seminars, workshops, and conferences relative to students’ program, specialization, and other relevant topics; enhance the system of recognition and accreditation, supervision, monitoring of student organizations and evaluation of its activities.

The successful application of static program analysis strongly depends on flow facts of a program such as loop bounds, control-flow constraints, and operating modes. This problem heavily affects the design of real-time systems, since static program analyses are a prerequisite to determine the timing behavior of a program. For example, this becomes obvious in worst-case execution time (WCET) analysis, which is often infeasible without user-annotated flow facts. Moreover, many timing simulation approaches use statically derived timings of partial program paths to reduce simulation overhead. Annotating flow facts on binary or source level is either error-prone and tedious, or requires specialized compilers that can transform source-level annotations along with the program during optimization. To overcome these obstacles, so-called scenarios can be used. Scenarios are a design-time methodology that describe a set of possible system parameters, such as image resolutions, operating modes, or application-dependent flow facts. The information described by a scenario is unknown in general but known and constant for a specific system. In this article, 1 we present a methodology for scenario-aware program specialization to improve timing predictability. Moreover, we provide an implementation of this methodology for embedded software written in C/C++. We show the effectiveness of our approach by evaluating its impact on WCET analysis using almost all of TACLeBench–achieving an average reduction of WCET of 31%. In addition, we provide a thorough qualitative and evaluation-based comparison to closely related work, as well as two case studies.

The article considers the historical and economic preconditions for the formation of design skills at students majoring in design. Modern requirements for students of design educational program specialization are described in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education and Secondary Professional Education. The theoretical basis of the study is the works of Russian researchers in the field of the history of design, education, design education, as well the vocabularies of professional terms. The authors studied the classifier of occupations for the relevance of design skills in design professions. The article examines some historical data on the formation of design skills in the world design schools (the Soviet VKHUTEMAS-VKHUTEIN and the German Bauhaus), which determined the fundamental positions of design education. The development of design skills was part of the fundamental training of specialists in these renowned educational institutions. The article also provides the analysis of the labour market and the prospects for economic development in two regions of the Russian Federation (the Chuvash Republic and the Altai Territory). It showed that the demand for designers will grow. Manufacturing, industry and construction are developing steadily. Consequently, the demand for designers in design and interior studios, in furniture production and furniture showrooms will grow. Based on the content analysis of pedagogical literature and vocabulary of professional terms, the authors formulated a generalized definition of the concept of design skills. The urgency of mastering design skills for design students is substantiated. A variety of interpretations of the concepts of design, construction and skill, a generalized authors’ definition of the concept of design skills makes it possible to continue this study, identify descriptors in the future, describe them and suggest some pedagogical conditions for successful formation of the above-mentioned skills.

The research aims to identify the degree to which student teachers at the primary education program in Islamic studies specialization can master the skills of Tajweed and recitation of Holy Qur’an. The researchers followed the descriptive analytical approach, using: observation card; that was applied to a sample of (22) student teachers at the College of Education, University of Bisha, and a questionnaire was applied to a sample of (35) student teachers. The method of content analysis for the courses of Tajweed and recitation in the program reached (5) courses. The most important results of the research: Student teachers were able in Tajweed and recitation, in light of the objectives of the program’s courses, in most of the observation results with an arithmetic mean indicated mastery with an average score of (2.8), a few with an average of (1.8), and very few with an average (1.2). The value of the arithmetic mean for the total observations reached (2.0), that is, the performance was to a small degree according to Likert scale with a standard deviation (0.98). While most of the student teachers’ mastery results, from their point of view, indicate that they have an average score of (2.6), a very large with an average (4.0), and that the value of the arithmetic mean is (3.5), that is the performance is highly according to Likert scale, On the availability of Tajweed and recitation skills in the program; the lack of repetitions in some skills were observed, and their increase in others. This confirms the importance of conducting this research and suggesting an enriching list of Tajweed skills, to develop them among student teachers, and to integrate technology in teaching those skills to help master them.
