From the perspective of intangible cultural heritage, this paper takes the wood carving, one of the three carvings in “Huizhou” as an example to explore the cultural and creative artistic value of wood carving tourism. As wood carving is an important embodiment of the inheritance and development of Chinese traditional culture, its artistic form and characteristics provide rich design elements for design, and has the most artistic expression and industrial prospect, the academic circles explore its creative ideas and carving patterns from wood carving, so as to obtain new artistic inspiration. Starting with the development of “Huizhou” characteristic cultural tourism creative products, the author combines Huizhou wood carving patterns with tourism cultural and creative design from the perspective of regional culture, so as to meet the development requirements of the new era, sublimate the traditional regional elements, and how to use different design methods to show regional culture in the design of tourism cultural and creative products, it’s worth thinking about.

Ivory carving from Thiruvananthapuram, the capital of the Indian state of Kerala, was once appreciated internationally for its outstanding craftsmanship. The origin of the industry can be traced back to 17th century CE or before that, and grew as a full fledged industry under the patronage of the Maharajas of Travancore from the 19th century onwards. During the old period it was practiced by Brahmins and goldsmiths, and later by the carpenters (achary) as well. Though they are very few in number, some craftsmen are now continuing the art on alternatives to ivory such as rosewood, white cedar and, even more rarely, sandalwood. After the ban on ivory in 1990, this practice—emblematic of Intangible Cultural Heritage—looked on the brink of disappearing. In an example of Cultural Resource Management (CRM) success, the traditional carvers of Thiruvananthapuram were shifted to sandalwood carving. Presently, sandalwood is a vulnerable species and extremely expensive. In addition to the threats mentioned in the UNESCO Paris convention (UNESCO 2003), some elements of Intangible Cultural Heritage are also disappearing due to the conflict that arises from the cultural use of natural heritage, leading nature’s beings toward extinction. The aim of the current research is to analyze these problems and to formulate fruitful strategies for the safeguarding of the age-old craft with sustainable use of natural raw materials and alternative materials.

’3D printing technology is becoming increasingly popular in the automotive, electronics, and healthcare industries, to name a few, and the IoT can play an important role in ensuring quality control by connecting big data analytics to 3D printing through the strategic use of embedded sensors. The purpose is to integrate 3D printing technology with intangible cultural heritage-related cultural and creative products in the new era background, so as to achieve the double effects of economic benefits and cultural heritage. The connotation, characteristics, and types of egg carving handicraft are taken as the theoretical basis, and the innovation and development of egg carving cultural and creative products in Linxia city, Gansu Province, are taken as an example. Then, the innovation of egg carving handicraft technology is put forward, including the innovation of technique and expression form. On this basis, 3D printing technology is used, the hollow egg carving model which combines the characteristics of Gansu Linxia egg carving is designed, and 3D solid printing is carried out. The results show that the surface of the eggshell is not too bright and the effect is very subtle. The dark color of the eggshell can well set off the white font and white picture, and the calligraphy and knife method can be integrated and unified. The 3D modeling image of egg carving reveals that the selection of color and material can set off a better viewing effect. Moreover, the 3D printed hollow egg carving works have complete appearance and high artistic design, which has strong artistic effect and is in line with the special color of Gansu Linxia egg carving. Therefore, the strategy of innovative development of egg carving cultural and creative products based on 3D printing technology has a promoting effect on the inheritance and development of intangible cultural heritage of Linxia egg carving in Gansu Province.

In order to inherit the intangible cultural heritage of Yi nationality and enhance the added value of the local cultural tourism products, this paper combines QFD and TRIZ to carry out research on the creative product design of intangible cultural heritage of Yi nationality. Firstly, draw technical conflicts by analyzing user needs and product technical requirements with QFD. Secondly, describe it as a standard problem using TRIZ theory, and a reasonable solution to cultural and creative product design is obtained by querying the contradiction matrix table. Finally, through design demonstration, the integration of QFD and TRIZ provides an effective and scientific method for creative product design of intangible cultural heritage of Yi nationality, and new research idea for innovative design of cultural and creative products.

Languages reveal different value systems represented in linguistic signs. Linguistic signs are full of hidden meanings and implications that need paying attention to in the process of translation into another culture. While interpreting intangible cultural heritage one should consider the differences in the value systems. The article deals with the representation of the regional culture of Siberia in the space of the English language. It is stated that values can be studied via interpreting axiological statements with metaphors and comparative constructions, similes and epithets referring to the toponyms and ethnonyms under study. Such contexts demonstrate the results of axiological interpretation of linguistic units and reveal attitudinal meanings and stereotypes. The authors identify a number of characteristics inherent to the stereotypical image of Siberia in English

Cartoon images are one of the important carriers for the inheritance of folk literature and culture. We should pay attention to the positive role of cartoon images in the inheritance of intangible culture. So the study aims to design and develop cartoon images of main characters in the Legend of the White snake based on audience intention. So that the cartoon image can be endowed with historical and modern cultural connotations. In this way, it can play a role in inheriting intangible cultural heritage and enhance the cultural confidence. Through the combination of qualitative and quantitative method, it compared the main characters of the Legend of the White snake at home and abroad. After carrying out desk research on the historical background of the legend, we used the concept of participatory design to conduct a questionnaire survey on the preference of cartoon images and analyzed the problems of character design, carrier, communication, and etc. Finally, based on the audience's extraction and combination of design elements, the cartoon image of the main characters in the Legend of the White Snake was generated, which meets the perceptual needs of modern people. By making full use of the narrative function of cartoon images, the creatively designed cartoon images of the main characters in the Legend of the White Snake are deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. It can also raise public interest in the culture of the White Snake and arouse emotional resonance. In this way, it promotes the inheritance and development of the intangible cultural heritage, the White Snake, and provides a certain reference for the design of cartoon images of similar characters in folk literature.
