At this time, the number of students of elementary school teacher programs at the Universitas Terbuka (UT) in one study group as many as 20-30 people in some places there is a tendency challenging to be fulfilled. This challenge because most elementary school teachers already have a bachelor's degree. Meanwhile, the location of students at this time tends to be increasingly scattered with distant geographical areas, so it is necessary to provide a particular service called the Non-Face to Face Tutorial Package System (NFFTPS) for Practical/Practicum courses. The sample in this study was the undergraduate students of elementary school teacher programs in the regional office of Pangkalpinang, Serang, Bandung, Denpasar, Ambon, amounting to 75 respondents. This research is categorized as a qualitative descriptive study. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the NFFTPS program has been implemented quite well. However, in its implementation, there are still many obstacles encountered and need to be refined in the future. Besides, there is a need for a synergy of academic guidance services for NFFTPS programs in regional office and UT central so that they can provide quality, appropriate, timely, and targeted services.

English is very important, since English is one of international language for communication. Although English in Indonesia is a second language, in fact not all Indonesians use  it well. It was determined by their mastery on vocabularies. Therefore, one of the creative efforts to create fun learning is by using a vocabulary game called Go Fish. It uses Flash Card media. This study aims to explore whether the Flash Card or Go Fish game media can improve student’s vocabulary or not. Experiment with Class Action Research (CAR) is used as the method of this study. The population of the study is fifth graders of Elementary School. This study uses 2 Cycles in which each cycle has 3 times. 2 material meetings or playing games and 1 meeting is a post test. In the first cycle the value of students is still below the KKM of the school, with an average of 62.5, while the English language standard of KKM School is 65. It is required to  do the second cycle to achieve the KKM score of the school. And after doing the second cycle, the students' values have reached the School KKM score with an average of 81.75. This means that there is a significant difference in the average value between the first and second cycles. Therefore, it shows that the media of Flash Card or Go Fish games can improve students' English vocabulary.

The problem-solving ability is still a big problem for students. Many studies show that Indonesian students are still low in solving math problems. One thing that is needed in solving problems is self-resilience, so that students have resilience in facing problems. This study aims to analyze the differences in problem-solving abilities of pre-service elementary school teacher in terms of self-resilience. This study used a Quasi-Experiment method with the type Nonequivalent Pretest-Posttest Control Group. The population of this study were all elementary school teacher candidates at Majalengka University with a sample of 60 respondent. This study resulted in a significant difference in the increase in problem-solving abilities of student-teacher candidates. Based on Self Resilience, the group of students who received Problem Based Learning had higher problem-solving abilities than the group of students who received expository learning. Mathematical problem-solving ability requires students to have self-resilience because in solving problems, a person needs to have confidence in his ability to face problems.

The purpose of this study is to describe the readiness of PSTEstudent to become an elementary school teacher through self reflection study. The methodology in this research is qualitative with documentation dan observation approaches. The data source was PSTE sudent batch 2017 on President University, namely 4 participants who were chosen based on research needs. The result of self reflection study found that readiness of PSTE student to become elementary school teachers varies depending on their standard on self reflection. In addition, it was also found that there were two groups of PSTE students in this study, namely 1) a group of student  who made self-calling as standard in their self regulation and 2) a group of student who made competence as standard in their self regulation. The readiness of PSTE student to become elementary school teachers could not be standardized by the self-reflection model because it was personal, subjective, and dynamic following the development of each individual. But, self reflection could be tool for helping PSTE student to prepare themselve as a prospective teacher in the future. The findings from this research can be used as a reference for teacher education program on enhancement PSTE student readiness especially on pedagogy and English language skills and develop habit of self-reflection as prospective teacher.
