<p><em>The aim of this study is to determine and analyse the effect of </em><em>ESOP, leverage, and the size of the company partially and simultaneously to the profitability of the Investment Company Subsector Company in IDX Period 2015-2019. The data used in this study is library studies and documentation. Sample selection in this study using nonprobability purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results prove that ESOP and company size partially have no significant effect on profitabilitas, but leverage has a significant effect on profitability. Then simultaneously ESOP, Leverage, and Company Size have no effect on profitability. The results of research with Agency theory and signal theory, ESOP is expected to increase the loyalty of the company manager to the owner of the company in improving profitability, and ESOP does not affect the contribution of profitability information of a company in assessing the condition of a company, between the relationship of the manager and the owner of the company.  Leverage, in the explanation of signal theory is one of the factors that influence in providing information to investors on the profitability of acompany. Size of the company is determined by the management steps to manage the company's profit as best as possible, which we know companies with large scale does not necessarily have a good company performance also in improving its profitability. Stock price is one important indicator in a company, this shows how much interest investors to invest in a company. The stock price is also an indicator of the success of management in managing the company. the purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of CR, ROA, NPM, and DPR on stock prices. This research includes quantitative research by referring to the analysis of company performance which is used as a reference to predict future stock prices. This research was conducted at food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2015-2018 period. The sampling method used in this study is based on a purposive sampling technique that is in accordance with the criteria of 11 food and beverage companies used in this study collected through the observation method using data registered on the IDX. Testing of hypotheses in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis that is sampled. The results of the research show that there is an influence of CR, ROA, NPM, and DPR on the 2015-2018 price of food and beverage company stock. The benefits of this research are as a material for consideration in making decisions regarding CR, ROA, NPM and DPR on share prices and as a reference to improve company performance in achieving the goals set by the company.

<em>One of the main determinants that influence the success rate of a company is employee performance. Efforts to improve employee performance, including by pay attention to work satisfaction and competence. This research was aimed to determine the effect of work satisfaction and competence to employees performance of AirNav Indonesia company. The population in this research were employess of AirNav Indonesia company at financial department were amounted to 387 people. The sample in this study were amounted to 80 employees using Slovin formula with random sampling technique. The method of data technique which used in the research was using multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis test. Before being analyzed the instrument test was carried out. The results of this research can be known that work satisfaction and competence have a positive and significant influence to employees performance of AirNav Indonesia company.</em>

This study aims to determine the effect of the size of the company, size of the board of commissioners and industrial sensitivity to the disclosure of corporate social responsibility partially and simultaneously. The data of this study were taken from 87 observations. The number of samples used in this study was 29 LQ-45 companies listed on the IDX in 2014-2016. The samples were taken by using purposive sampling technique. The method of data analysis used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the research showed that size of company significantly influenced the disclosure of corporate social responsibility with significance level by 0,021, while size of board of commissioners did not significantly influence the disclosure of corporate social responsibility with the value of significance by 0,621, but industry sensitivity has significant influence to corporate social responsibility disclosure with a significant value of 0,010. The simultaneous test showed that firm size, board size and industry sensitivity simultaneously and significantly influenced the disclosure of corporate social responsibility significantly by 0,004. The GMS members who have the authority to propose, appoint and dismiss the board of commissioners should consider the candidates of the board of commissioners to be proposed, and the further research should expand the object of research and develop other factors that can affect the disclosure of corporate social responsibility such as foreign ownership, growth company, good corporate governance (GCG) practices and several other factors.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of production costs and operating costs on net income in the consumer goods industry sector for the 2015-2019 period. The sample selection uses a sampling technique. In order to obtain a sample of 15 companies and a total of 75 data. The regression analysis analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis through classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of this study indicate that partially production costs have an effect on net income and other research results partially operational costs have a significant effect on net income. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of company size, profitability, leverage, liquidity, company activities, board directors, independent commissioners, and audit committee on sustainability report disclosure. The population of this research was non-financial companies listed on the IDX in 2013-2017 as many as 483 companies. The sample was selected using purposive sampling technique and obtained 17 samples with 5 years of observation so there were 85 units of analysis. Data collection technique used documentation technique. The analysis tool to test hypothesis was multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that variables of liquidity and audit committee have a positive effect on the sustainability report disclosure. Leverage has a negative effect on sustainability report disclosure. Meanwhile, company size, profitability, company activities, board of directors, and independent commissioners do not affect on sustainability report disclosure. The conclusion in this research is variables of leverage, liquidity, and audit committee can provide an important role in sustainability report disclosure. The suggestion for the next researcher is to pay attention to the calculation of corporate ratio, whether using net sales or gross sales.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Company Value, Leverage, and Company Size on Earnings Persistence in Companies Listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). Data obtained from the page www.idnfinancial.com. The data in this study are secondary data. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. Sampling technique using purposive sampling technique and data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Samples that fit the criteria were obtained by 23 companies during the 2015-2019 observation period. Then the data were analyzed using the SPSS data regression analysis model.26.0 The results showed that firm value had no significant effect on earnings persistence, leverage and firm size had a significant effect on earnings persistence on companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for the 2015-2019 period.

The purpose of this study is to study the interaction of tax socialization, tax knowledge, and calculation of tax rates at the level of tax collection of students as SMEs. This research was conducted at the Accounting Study Program of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University, using a saturated sample. Where the number of samples in this study were 30 people, namely the entire population of accounting studies program students in 2016 and 2017 who have a business producing samples. The sample selection method uses a purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results found that taxation socialization, tax knowledge, and calculation of tax rates at the level of tax participation of students as SMEs. This research was conducted at PT. Prosperous Indobali Trada all branches in Bali. Data collection is done by questionnaire with saturated sampling technique. The number of employees who become respondents is as many as 46 people. Data Analysis Method used in this research is to use multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis found Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on company performance. This shows that the greater the leadership style the company will increase. Positive and significant organizational commitment to the company's performance. This shows the higher level of organizational commitment, the higher the company will be. Positive and significant work motivation on company performance. This shows the higher level of work motivation, the higher the increase in the company. This study aims to examine the variables of the proportion of independent commissioners, leverage, sales growth and profitability that affect companies to carry out tax avoidance. This research was conducted on all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2014-2017, with a total of 200 samples. Sample selection using probability sampling technique is purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is a multiple linear regression analysis test. The results showed that the proportion of independent commissioners, sales growth and profitability had no effect on tax avoidance while leverage had an effect on tax avoidance. AbstrakThe purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of firm size using Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Assets, and Earning per Share on the level of initial stock underpricing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.The population in this study were companies that carried out IPOs in 2012 - 2013. Samples were selected using purposive sampling technique, and the sample are 13 companies. Data collection is done by taking company financial report data from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) book and downloading the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 23.0.The results showed that the Company Size had a negative and insignificant effect on the initial stock undepricing level on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Debt to Equity Ratio has a negative and significant effect on the level of initial stock underpricing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Return on Assets has a negative and significant effect on the level of initial stock underpricing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Earning per Share has a positive and insignificant effect on the level of initial stock underpricing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Keywords: Company Size, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Assets, Earning per Share and Underpricing.
