<p class="SammaryHeader" align="center"><strong><em>Abstract</em><em> </em></strong></p><p><em>Determination of the top performers in the Environment University of Indo Global Mandiri is determined based on an assessment of performance. The performance assessment is carried out consisting of knowledge of the work, creativity, planning, implementation instructions, execution of the job descriptions, work quality, cooperation and attitudes toward other employees, initiative, reliability, presence, attitude work, perseverance, and honesty. C45 algorithm is an algorithm that is used to form the decision tree. With the decision tree is generated from the algorithm C45 can build a decision support system that has the ability to analyze the selection of outstanding employee, in which each of the criteria employees compared to one another so as to provide output intensity value priorities and produce a system that provides an assessment of each employee so that will get the most feasible given the employee reward or appreciation.</em><em> </em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords :</em></strong><em> C45 Algorithms, Decision Trees, Outputs, Rewards</em></p><p align="center"><em> </em></p><p align="center"><strong><em>Abstrak</em></strong><strong><em> </em></strong></p><p><em>Penentuan karyawan berprestasi di Lingkungan Universitas Indo Global Mandiri ditentukan berdasarkan penilaian kinerja. Penilaian kinerja yang dilakukan terdiri dari pengetahuan tentang pekerjaan, kreativitas, perencanaan, pelaksanaan instruksi, pelaksanaan deskripsi tugas, kualitas kerja, kerjasama dan sikap terhadap karyawan lain, inisiatif, kehandalan, kehadiran, sikap pekerjaan, keuletan, dan kejujuran. Algoritma C45 merupakan algoritma yang  digunakan untuk membentuk pohon keputusan. Dengan pohon keputusan yang dihasilkan dari Algoritma C45 dapat membangun sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan yang mempunyai kemampuan menganalisa pemilihan karyawan berprestasi, dimana masing-masing kriteria karyawan dibandingkan satu dengan yang lainnya sehingga memberikan output nilai intensitas prioritas dan menghasilkan suatu sistem yang memberikan penilaian terhadap setiap karyawan sehingga akan mendapatkan  karyawan yang paling layak diberi reward atau penghargaan.</em></p><p><strong><em>Kata kunci</em></strong><em>: Algoritma C45, Pohon Keputusan, Outputs, Rewards</em></p>

Grand Sirao Hotel is a hotel that stands in the middle of Medan City, located on Jl. Semarang. Grand Sirao Hotel is an attractive hotel in the sector of cooperation in certain fields, but in this hotel it often happens in cooperation with outside companies. One of the problems that often occurs at the Grand Sirao Hotel is the constrained stock of goods needed for guests staying at the hotel, items that are often constrained which are usually in the form of sandals and toiletries that are in short supply. This problem often arises because of the many other factors between companies related to hotel owners themselves, debates that often arise from hotel owner claims include quality of goods that are sometimes incompatible with reservations and need to be taken into account, inventory can be exhausted, prices always go up because of skyrocketing market prices and other problems. This collaboration problem arises due to lack of success in determining partnerships with related companies that are not appropriate and in company selection is also still manual and there are appropriate systems and criteria. Therefore a decision support system is needed in the selection of partners upon the proposed approval. One solution to this problem that is right is to make a decision system in the decision of the company's business partners so that the determination of cooperation in accordance with the right requirements. By using a Decision Support System (SPK) is expected to help the company in making decisions made by the right company partners in increasing the efficiency of the decision. PSI (Index Selection Preference Method) is a method for solving multi-decision making (MCDM) decisions. In the proposed method it is not necessary to submit among the attributes. There are no attributes required in computing that are involved in decision making. It is hoped that by using the PSI (Index Selection Preference) Method, it is necessary to establish a decision support system which can assist in the selection of corporate cooperation partners at the Grand Sirao Hotel.Keywords: Determination of Cooperation Partners, Decision Support System, PSI (Index Selection Preference)

Students rank requires several considerations and criteria. Determination of the criteria must be prepared as much as possible because it is related to the selection of outstanding students. However, this ranking is considered less than optimal and requires a long time because it is processed manually by the school. The right Decision Support System is needed to produce quick and accurate ranking decisions. This study uses the Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE) as a Decision Support System. This method will use multi-criteria as the main input in decision making. PROMETHEE will be used to analyze criteria based on alternatives compared to rank according to students' grades and abilities. Based on the research sample data, the highest value was 0.739 for alternative A16. This shows that alternative A16 is the best alternative compared to other alternatives based on consideration of all criteria. The development of PROMETHEE with application-based Decision Support Systems is much better because it produces fast and accurate calculations.

AbstrakCV.Yulindo Multipratama merupakan perusahaan baru dan masih berkembang yang bergerak dibidang tekstil. Dalam proses persaingan bisnis, diperlukan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten dan selalu termotivasi, salah satu solusinya yaitu dengan membuat sistem yang terkomputersisasi guna meningkatkan motivasi karyawan, yaitu sistem pendukung keputusan penentuan karyawan terbaik. Proses penentuan karyawan terbaik CV. Yulindo Multipratama masih dilakukan secara konvensional sehingga kurang objektif dan efektif. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, diperlukan suatu sistem yang baik. Metode yang penulis gunakan dalam membuat sistem pendukung keputusan yaitu metode Analytical Hierarchy Process, serta untuk pengumpulan data dengan cara oberservasi, wawancara, studi pustaka, dan kuisioner. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah adanya aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan penentuan karyawan terbaik dengan metode AHP. Dengan adanya program Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penentuan Karyawan Terbaik Pada CV. Yulindo Multipratama, secara tidak langsung dapat memotivasi karyawan, menjadikan pemilihan karyawan terbaik menjadi lebih objektif dan dilakukan secara terkomputerisasi. Kata kunci : Analytical Hierarchy Process, CV.Yulindo Multi Pratama, karyawan, Sistem Pendukung KeputusanAbstractCV.Yulindo Multipratama is a new and still developing company engaged in textiles. The method that I use in making a decision support system is the Analytical Hierarchy Process method, as well as for data collection by means of observation, interviews, literature study, and questionnaires. The result of this research is the application of a decision support system for determining the best employee using the AHP method. With the program of Determination of the Best Employee Decision Support System at CV. In order to motivate students to continue to excel, MTs Al Falah undertakes activities to develop students' potential through determining exemplary students. However, the decision to determine exemplary students is not based on academic and non-academic abilities, but on the subjectivity of the principal and teachers. So that many complain about the decision of the selection of exemplary students who are not well targeted or deserve to be exemplary students. There is no information system that supports the determination of exemplary students on MTs Al Falah, It is less precise in determining the exemplary students on MTs Al Falah, decision support systems in Determination of the Exemplary Students using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is based on 5 criteria, namely the value of knowledge, the value of skills, class rank, extracurricular activity, extracurricular values. The results obtained will be in the form of exemplary student rankings. Then the student who gets the highest score in five categories with a percentage of 0.97 is Afifah Angelia Azhariyanti. The Simple Additive Weight method can help the school especially in determining a number of issues regarding education, one of which is to determine exemplary students. Because this method is a weighted method of rating the performance of each alternative.

Abstract In an organization or company, employees as Human Resources (HR) are seen as a person's ability to do work within the company, especially when viewed from the portion to help the company achieve its goals. One form of good Human Resources (HR) management is to provide training for employees in the company in order to improve the knowledge and skills of employees. PT Hinai Daiki as a company engaged in the export garment sector in Tasikmalaya conducts training in the form of sending apprentices abroad. Problems that occur So far, the determination of prospective overseas internships at this company is not as expected, because the selection is direct without using a decision support system, causing inaccurate assessments and not on target. This study aims to apply the MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis) method in assisting the selection of employees who will be sent for internships abroad at PT Hinai Daiki. The MOORA method is used in the calculation process that produces output in the form of alternative employees who will be sent for internships abroad. The criteria used in this study include activeness in work, mastery of work, discipline, knowledge, teamwork, personality, mastery of language and health. Based on the research results, the MOORA method can be well applied to the decision support system for the selection of interns at PT Hinai Daiki.

Determination of residence in a new area known is influenced by many factors namely location, facilities, contract systems and prices. This journal determines the criteria used in selecting a residence. These criteria were analyzed using simple additive weighting (SAW) method. The results of the analysis obtained in the form of location criteria to determine the most suitable boarding house because the existence of boarding houses in the vicinity of public facilities is highly expected for migrants in a new area. With the advancement of information technology it can answer the need to find a boarding house, and will be very helpful both from the owner and tenant side. And not only that, with this internet technology, prospective tenants can also select a boarding house that suits their wishes. Planning a system that can assist in the determination of temporary housing is needed by tenants in finding housing that fits the desired criteria. With the creation of a DSS (Decision Support System), the selection of boarding houses is expected to help resolve the problem of alternative housing. Therefore a decision support system application program is needed to determine a temporary residence or boarding house. Decision support system is a computer-based system that aims to assist decision making by utilizing data and models to solve unstructured problems.

The dormitory is one of the facilities provided with the aim of helping students to get a place to live because some of them come from distant places. The Trunojoyo Madura University dormitory has regulations that serve as a place for the process of character education, spiritual deepening, moral improvement. With these regulations, plus the boarding house is a conducive, economical, and strategic place to stay making many students interested in being able to live there. The problem is that each semester change is carried out by the selection of dorm residents and so far it is still done manually by way of discussion of each individual. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to help the board by building a decision support system in determining residents who are still eligible to live in a dormitory and provide opportunities for other students to live in a dormitory. We develop systems based on mobile applications. TOPSIS method (Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) is implemented as a multi criteria decision making method with four main criteria including routine absence, non-routine absence, violation and notes. The final results of this decision support system are ranks and colors that indicate the status of boarding residents. Ranking starts from the top (1) to the bottom (216) accompanied by a status of green to red. The color status is divided into 3 namely green (safe), yellow (vulnerable), and red (issued). From 216 boarders we took 10 samples of dormitory data for testing. The results of trials with 10 data samples by applying the TOPSIS method obtained an accuracy of 90%.

All colleges each year organize the selection of new admissions. Acceptance of prospective students in universities as education providers is done by selecting prospective students based on achievement in school and college entrance selection. To select the best student candidates based on predetermined criteria, then use Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) or commonly called decision support system. One method in MCDM is the Elimination Et Choix Traduisant la Reality (ELECTRE). The ELECTRE method is the best method of action selection. The ELECTRE method to obtain the best alternative by eliminating alternative that do not fit the criteria and can be applied to the decision SNMPTN invitation path.

The head of the environment is an extension of the head of the village head in assisting or providing services to the community both in the administration of administration in the village and to other problems. Previously, the selection of a dipling in a sub-district was very inefficient and seemed unfair for this exemplary selection to use a system to produce an accurate value, and no intentional element. To overcome the process of selecting an exemplary kepling that experiences these obstacles by using an application called a Decision Support System. Decision Support System (SPK) is a system that can solve a problem, and this system is also assisted with several methods, namely the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) method that can assign weight values to each of the criteria based on their priority level. SUMUT Bank is one of the Banks in Indonesia with the name of the company PT. Regional Development Bank of North Sumatra. The North Sumatra Bank has branches in each region in North Sumatra both in the district and in the sub-district, and each of these branches is led by a branch leader or branch head. The head of this branch is responsible for the reversal of the Bank being led. The best and most accomplished branch heads deserve more and more awards. The selection of the best branch heads is selected transparently and structured in the hope that it can be a motivation for all branch heads to be able to further improve the quality and service of the Bank they lead. Making the best branch head selection done manually will take a long time and tends to be less transparent and structured. One solution so that the implementation of the selection can be carried out easily and quickly, it requires a Decision Support System that can provide consistency of assessment. In this study the method used is the VIKOR method (Visekriterijumsko Kompromisno Rangiranje). This method makes cracking on alternatives based on criteria that have been determined with an ideal compromise solution or the best solution, so that this system can later be beneficial for the SUMUT Bank to get the title in determining the best branch head.Keywords: Decision Support System, North Sumatra Bank, Branch Head, Vikor
