Online service is a service that uses the help of the internet. This service can solve various types of business without having to meet directly with employees. This can be done quickly and on time. Especially when we are currently experiencing the Covid-19 pandemic, all existing services are carried out online and this is increasingly being done by many parties, because they can maximize in helping people's affairs online. This service makes it easier for the public to register which will be done online during this pandemic. The data that will be processed in this online service from 2019 to 2020 is about data about people who do not understand online services, negative community responses, positive community expectations. The method used in this study is the method with the C4.5 algorithm where this is one of the algorithms that will be used to determine a classification or group of data and will be predictive. The advantage of this algorithm is that it can produce a decision tree which will make it easier to implement and will have an acceptable level of accuracy. The results of this study are able to predict a value or determine the level of community satisfaction in 2021 appropriately. Therefore, this study can be used as a reference to determine the level of satisfaction at the Padang City Population and Civil Registration Office. The method used in this study is the prediction method using the C4.5 algorithm by using as many as 14 attributes. The data used in this study is sourced from data from online questionnaires and stored in the Disdukcapil database which has as many as 50 community data which have been presented in a CSV file. The analysis in this study uses the help of tools in the form of rapid miner software version 5.3,000. The results of this study are that there are 3 rules from the data processing process using the C4.5 algorithm where the rule is the final result of the decision tree form.

One of the impacts of the quake was heavily damaged, the even tsunami killed at no less. One cause many deaths is because many can not predict the impact of earthquakes. Data earthquakes that occurred earlier can be used to predict the incidence of the quake will probably happen someday. One algorithm that can be used to predict is the algorithm C4.5. Abstract - Credit is the provision of money or equivalent claims, based on agreements or agreements on loans between banks and other parties which require the borrowing party to repay the debt after a certain period of time with the amount of interest, compensation or profit sharing. From the credit customer data available at BSM KCP Kemang Pratama still has Non Performing Financing (NPF) or Bad Credit.In analyzing a credit sometimes an analyst does an inaccurate analysis, so there are some customers who are less able to make credit payments, resulting in bad credit. So the researchers conducted an analysis using the C4.5 decision tree algorithm and Rapid Miner application for determining credit worthiness. From the analysis of credit customer data using the C4.5 decision tree algorithm method, the feasibility of credit recipient customers is very effective and produces a value of accuracy on Rapid Miner 5.3 of 80%, Precision of 100% and Recall of 0% so as to minimize the risk.Keywords— Credit, C4.5 Algorithm, Rapid Miner, Value AccuracyAbstrak - Kredit merupakan penyediaan uang atau tagihan yang dapat disamakan dengan hal itu, berdasarkan persetujuan atau kesepakatan pinjaman-pinjaman antara bank dengan pihak lain yang mewajibkan pihak peminjam untuk melunasi utangnya setelah jangka waktu tertentu dengan jumlah bunga, imbalan atau pembagian hasil keuntungan. Dari data nasabah kredit yang ada pada BSM KCP Kemang Pratama masih memiliki Non Performing Financing (NPF) atau Kredit Macet. Dalam menganalisa sebuah kredit terkadang seorang analis melakukan analisa tidak akurat, sehingga ada beberapa nasabah yang kurang mampu dalam melakukan pembayaran kredit, dan pada akhirnya mengakibatkan kredit macet. Peneliti melakukan analisis menggunakan algoritma decision tree C4.5 dan aplikasi Rapid Miner untuk penentuan kelayakan pemberian kredit. Dari analisis data nasabah kredit menggunakan metode Algoritma decision tree C4.5 menghasilkan kelayakan nasabah penerima kredit sangat efektif dan menghasilkan nilai akurasi pada Rapid Miner 5.3 sebesar 80%, Precision sebesar 100% dan Recall sebesar 0% sehingga dapat meminimalisir resiko yang terjadi.Kata kunci— Kredit, Algoritma C4.5, Rapid Miner, Nilai Akurasi

Abstract: According to the WHO report in 2004, Indonesia is the largest country with the highest number of sufferers and death rates due to dengue fever. If it is not handled properly, the postponed treatment can be fatal. In this study, the authors used the kepuutsan tree method with C4.5 algorithm to process patient data to predict whether patients experienced bloody help regarding existing indications with the help of Rapidminer software. The results of data processing using Rapidminer were evaluated and validated with a confussion matrix and AUC curve, the results of data processing using the C4.5 algorithm had an accuracy of 72% and AUC had a value of 0.758 with a fair classification category. The Karate sport is a kind of sport that is quite popular today. All regions in Indonesia are racing to improve the performance of their karate athletes. Various developments were carried out to be able to improve karate sports achievements. This research will later be used as a benchmark for developing and realizing good sports performance, especially in the karate by using the concept of data mining. To apply the concept of Data Mining, one way that can be done is to implement the C4.5 algorithm. C4.5 algorithm or also called decision tree algorithm, is a very strong and well-known classification and prediction method. The application of the concept of data mining with C4.5 algorithm is done by analyzing what factors support the achievement of karate sports. After that, the C4.5 algorithm is calculated to find out what is the most decisive factor in the development of karate sports achievements. This aims to maximize the role of these achievement supporting factors. The results of this study are expected to provide great benefits for the development and improvement of the achievements of karate athletes in West Sumatra.

This study aims to determine the best service quality at the Pematangsiantar City Population and Civil Registration Office, which includes services for making Identity Cards (KTP), Family Cards (KK), birth certificates, marriage certificates and receipt making. The method used in this research is the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire technique that is distributed directly to the people who come to take care of the needs of personal and family data files. The parameters used consist of the facilities provided, employee behavior, services, and provisions. Determining community satisfaction with a service can be seen from the quality of the type of service. The results of this study were obtained in rank-1 with a normal value of 0.49126400, rank-2 family cards with a value of 0.18988000, rank-3 birth certificates with a value of 0.16073800, marriage certificates rank-4 with a value of 0.09707200 and Finally, rank-5 receipt services with a value of 0.06104600 With this research it is hoped that it can help the Pematangsiantar City Population and Civil Registration Service to evaluate the services provided to the community in order to meet community expectations in terms of managing the needs of personal and family data files and knowing the types of best services.

One of the tasks in the field of marketing finance is to analyze customer data to find out which customers have the potential to do credit again. The method used to analyze customer data is by classifying all customers who have completed their credit installments into marketing targets, so this method causes high operational marketing costs. Therefore this research was conducted to help solve the above problems by designing a data mining application that serves to predict the criteria of credit customers with the potential to lend (credit) to Mega Auto Finance. The Mega Auto finance Fund Section located in Kotim Regency is a place chosen by researchers as a case study, assuming the Mega Auto finance Fund Section has experienced the same problems as described above. Data mining techniques that are applied to the application built is a classification while the classification method used is the Decision Tree (decision tree). While the algorithm used as a decision tree forming algorithm is the C4.5 Algorithm. The data processed in this study is the installment data of Mega Auto finance loan customers in July 2018 in Microsoft Excel format. The results of this study are an application that can facilitate the Mega Auto finance Funds Section in obtaining credit marketing targets in the future

This paper also analyses the main connotation and significance of aesthetic cultivation and puts forward the effective infiltration way of aesthetic cultivation in Chinese language and literature in the context of new media, aiming at promoting the comprehensive and coordinated development of Chinese students.

In current, there are complex relationship between the assets of information security product. According to this characteristic, we propose a new asset recognition algorithm (ART) on the improvement of the C4.5 decision tree algorithm, and analyze the computational complexity and space complexity of the proposed algorithm. Finally, we demonstrate that our algorithm is more precise than C4.5 algorithm in asset recognition by an application example whose result verifies the availability of our algorithm.Keywordsdecision tree, information security product, asset recognition, C4.5
